If this wasn't a recurring issue I would rate BiBi 4 stars.

Sit down at the place is really dirty immediately I wanted to walk out since I already entered the place I told dad just to walk out Well anyway I sit down, There's one gentleman he's just running around back-and-forth place looks really scary and really dirty and then I decided to walk out and smells really bad and I ask him how much is it he said $40 I gave him $40. I didn't even touch the hookah and he said oh I feel bad that you guys are leaving take a couple of drinks with you and I said no thank you very much. Amazing place! The ambience was amazing! I was visiting from Dallas and this showed up on top, and I can see why. Food was great, the owner was super nice and friendly! Very warm! The hamburger was delicious! He Gave us plenty of stuff for free, was very humble and changed our hookah when we said the smoke was not enough. Fixed every problem promptly! I tried Ambrosia and Red Gummy Bear mix and it was amazing! I was visiting with friends, some of whom didnt smoke much at all, but they fell in love with the mix. Must visit if you're into hookahs! This place is perfect on the weekends if your looking for some fun and a good smoke session with friends. Always has good music choices, friendly staff and good service. Place is always clean and they handle everything with care, I highly recommend this place to people and encourage others here often. Beats out many other lounges even in Hollywood because it has space and everyone is friendly, don't have to worry about parking on the street. Quality hookah and bowls are packed perfect. This is bar none the best hookah in the Santa Clarita area. The hookah itself is tasty and the staff will take care of your coals often. I was coughing when it got harsh and right away someone who heard was there to fix it! Very friendly and professional people serving and running the place. Tastefully decorated but also a fun chill vibe and I have yet to run into a crowd I didn't like either (other places seem to attract flies but not here). Omg this is by far the best hookah I have ever smoked. Fady is the cutest and nicest owner ever. He found out it was my first time going so he gave me free basboosa, an Egyptian sweet.
