My wife was an 8 on the wrap. She enjoys the dharma at a nearby middle eastern market a few miles south of here. She gauges all shawarmas to theirs‍. The salad was quite fresh, crispy, with subtle flavors of spice. Dressing was the best. I'd buy it if they sold it. A lamb worth of gyro on top, a 10 for me. Soup was good and hot, wished for more lemon taste and more and larger chunks of chicken, this had more pea sized pieces. I'd give it a second try for sure.

A few moments later, another person, who appeared to be the owner or manager, came on the phone and abruptly stated that it was lunchtime and they were busy, then hung up on me. I completely understand that restaurants can be busy, especially during lunch hours. However, if staff are unavailable to discuss catering, a polite response such as offering to take my information or asking me to call back at a better time would have been appreciated. As a potential catering customer, I was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Customer service matters, especially when someone is considering spending several hundred dollars on a catering order. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a negative impression and caused me to look elsewhere for my event.
