I can't believe I have never reviewed this Habit before. Been here so many times. They make some great burgers, really all their food is very good, fries, onions rings, chicken options, salads, drinks, etc. all pretty tasty. The staff here is very friendly, greeted me when I arrived, took my order and had my food out soon after, good service. This location has a large parking lot, a nice big outdoor patio as well as a good amount of seats inside. They also have a hot pepper and jalapeño self serve bar as well. They used to have pickles in the bar, which they did not today, bummer, love a lot of pickles. My visit today, I was treated to a free charburger for my birthday, nice perk if the app. You do need to purchase $5 to get the free charburger, so I got an order of fries and a drink. Perfect amount for a quick lunch. I recommend using the app, you can save time by ordering ahead and earn some discounts and freebies as well. Enjoy! read more

The Habit Burger Grill never disappoints, but this visit was even better! We tried the new Korean Char, and it was packed with flavor--the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little kick. On top of that, we were able to take advantage of the Dodgers win promotion and got a free Double Char, which made the meal an even better value. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Julio at the Chatsworth location was absolutely amazing. Food selection: Tons of selection to choose from, sandwiches, burgers, tons of different style of sides, and when you place an order make sure you get a ranch, and spicy ranch on the side. Most of the items are so good but I wanted to try the $10 gotta have it meal, so if you take a chicken breast and cut it in half, then cut it in half again and do it one more time, that's how much chicken you get in the wraps which basically is not a chicken wrap it's a salad wrap with some chicken as croutons . Not what they have displayed but if you're looking for a salad wrap then sure why not! read more

I stopped by this Habit last night to take advantage of their buy 2 side for the price of 1 deal. I found parking easily since they were not busy at all and I came an hour before they closel. This place is inside a plaza that's basically a ghost town after the movie theater closer. When I walked inside, I told the man working the counter that I was going to use the deal so he put in the deal of the fries and tempura green bean. I wanted to just get two fries but he told me I couldn't even though the deal was for get any two side for the price of one. So I had to pay higher for the green bean compared to the fries price. It took a while for the fries and green beans to come out, I think it was the green beans holding things up. I ate my fries inside of the place since they weren't busy. The fries tasted more overcooked so it wasn't as tasty like I'm use to because usually Habit fries are good. I even added black pepper but it didn't help much. I just give the green beans away to my mom since she likes that. read more

Not my usual review of a habit. Admittedly I like the habit. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and my wife bought a grilled chicken. My wife's chicken was skimpy and somewhat greasy. My sandwich meat seemed small. We split the 50/50 fries and onion Rings. The fries were generous but we received only 4 Onion Rings. The staff were great and the place was clean. Very small inside, very hot sitting at the tables near the west facing windows around 3-5 pm. They don't have pull down shades on all windows. Only other option is to sit near the restroom which stinks every time someone comes out. They tried to serve me old , cold and brown fries. When I returned them to get new ones, they never brought them to me. 10 minutes later I went to the counter. They forgot! So I waited another 5 minutes. By then we were done eating. They didn't offer any compensation. Terrible customer service. I won't return to this location. read more
