Came here and it was delicious as expected. I got the new spicy chicken sandwich but I do not recommend it. For this, go across the street to Dave's Hot Chicken. Much better! I usually go with a burger and should have gotten that but wanted to try something different. This is exactly why I don't venture from what I know is good. Next time, I will have my go-to, a char burger. This place was spotless. The new establishment was very clean. Food was served fast and didn't have to wait long. I'm used to this chain restaurant taking awhile for the food to be done. I guess they do too because they give you a buzzer. At moat, I waited 8 mins for my food. I've had longer waits times at other places. Not here. This place was super small on a busy street. One blink and you may miss it. Dining area is small but perfect. Cashier never greeted or acknowledged our presence at the front counter, we waited for a few minutes and she turned around and rudely point at the kiosk and said: "place your order there". This place was a huge disappointment. We got our food to go and were only about five minutes away, so there's really no excuse for how poor the quality was. The fries were cold and soggy, the cheese on the burgers was dry and barely melted, and the "Gotta Habit Meal" was seriously underwhelming. It looked like a patty with tiny pieces of bread around it, not an actual meal. To make things worse, they forgot the 5-piece Crispy Chicken Bites that were supposed to come with it. The restaurant wasn't busy and there was no line behind us, which makes the mistake even harder to excuse. What really sealed it for me was the price: over $39 for 3 burgers, 1 fry, and the Gotta Habit Meal. For nearly the same price, you could get almost 4 combos at In-N-Out across the street and get much better quality. Overall, this was overpriced, poorly prepared, and not worth it. This is the second time I've came to this location and unfortunately both times have been terrible. I've placed my order through door dash. Not sure if the hours affect the quality of the food because this location still takes orders after 8pm. The fries were very soggy and you can visibly see that they were not fresh. Came in with my daughter to enjoy some burgers walked in & was about to order in kiosk however an employee popped her head & I asked if I can order with her instead she looked a little bothered as I proceeded to tell her my daughters order a kids charburger meal she then asked is it just the burger. I was a little confused at her question. I then said "ohh it's a kids charburger meal" she then responded that's not what you said! I was sooo confused as to why she was responding so rudely & mind you this was the manger taking the order you would think she would have some type of customer service but of course she didn't ! We then walk to get a table to eat to our surprise all tables were dirty. We tried getting ketchup which was also empty... another employee came out to replace it I then asked her if I can have a ranch & she quickly responded it's $0.65 cents & walked away as I was telling her that's fine I'll take it. I don't know what's going on with this location it's like the started off really good there food was awesome. Went there the other day and was surprised they charge for ranch .60 okay prices are going up and they can't give it out for free I understand ordered 2 ranch and was charged $1.32 I said I thought it was .60 each she said there's tax on ranch I was surprised but okay it's not her fault then I asked for ketchup and was shocked at what I found in my bag when I got home this cashier gave me for free 23 ketchup packets omg I was confused she charged me for ranch but gave me enough ketchup for my pantry for free huh the burgers looked so sorry and I got a small amount of fries I suggest you guys go to the Habit on Valley View and Pepper off the 10frwy the staff there are extremely nice food is awesome they don't charge for ranch and have the best service food always looks good and full. read more

I've been to this location a few times and the quality was what I've come to expect from this franchise. Yesterday, I went there around 11:30 AM and no one was there working. I find it hilarious you guys are begging for reviews, so here we go! Been here a couple times on my lunch break. I really don't understand why I keep coming back, both times I come I am met with rude attitude. ZERO urgency for being in the drive thru. And last time my Caesar salad wasn't tossed, so today I asked for my salad to tossed, again met with attitude that they don't do that anymore. Which I can understand not tossing the regular salads, but Caesar salads are supposed to be tossed...? Regardless, I didn't think it was a crazy request. So I watch her tell the kitchen I want the dressing on the salad...I get my food and leave. My salad was still not tossed, barely had any dressing, barely any chicken and over loaded with croutons. Brand new location for The Habit. So happy it's finally open so close to our house! Food is good, service has been good both times we have been there. Take note that seating is *very* limited. Inside has two 4 tops, two 2 tops and a small bar with 2 chairs. Outside has two 4 tops and a 2 top. So my suggestion is to get takeout, though we found seats both times we went. Employees are rude. Automatic attitude and they just opened! They're all too busy talking to each other that they miss things in our order (such as sauces that are charged for). It's like the hiring manager hired a big group of friends. I understand it's important to get along with your coworkers but this was ridiculous. Lastly, the girl working cashier asked for my bag back to double check that I wasn't lying about a missing item. She was the one who handles the cash and I don't think she should have been putting her dirty hands in my bag searching through the food being that the fries and such items like that don't come in covered containers.
