Highly recommend the veggie burger- vegan by default and surprisingly tasty. It's easy to customize your toppings when you order, and they have a self-serve station with some jalapeños and other peppers. They also offer a vegan impossible patty but the impossible burger is not vegan by default. Prices are decent- I spent less than $10 total including tip for my burger. The cashier who took our order was extremely friendly and came to check in on us halfway through our meal. Interior and bathroom are nice and clean. read more

For being a regular at Habit I was very disappointed with our meal. The crispy chicken sandwich was served bread, sauce and pickles only. When I asked about the fixing that normally come on I was told they we're out of coleslaw. So I asked if they can add regular lettuce instead of just giving me bread and chicken. My husbands SB char was cold, over well done, the lettuce was wilted, and avocado was brown. We have been regulars for over 15 years and we were very upset. Unfortunately this will be our last visit. We ordered 1 burger, 2 sandwiches, 1 side and 1 shake, our total was $46. The prices have sky rocketed and the quality is no longer there. read more

I wanted to try their food so I decided to download their app to check out their menu. As I walked in, I noticed their menu & special items advertised the register & digital board. I was not greeted right away but saw they were a little busy. Once greeted I placed my ordered for the Charburger with Cheese with a strawberry limeade. A tip download their app & free burger w. A purchase of drink ($3) will be added to your account. My sandwich & drink was very good & I will be back again. A plus, they have family meals available via app which is great for families for $20-40. read more

I don't like to write a bad review. We have been going here for several years and everything has been good. The last two times the meal I had was totally wrong. I always get the Ahi sandwich fixed rare. I have gotten this sandwich over 15 times in the last couple of years at this store and at different places. The workers here are very nice and seem to want to please. If they can't fix the 'Ahi as ordered they should say something. The Ahi was ordered rare. It was served very well done. Did not resemble Ahi at all. This was the same-way it was delivered the last time I ate there. I refused the meal this time and requested it be redone. The second piece was as very well done as the first. It was like the Ahi had been pre-cooked and reheated. I went ahead and ate the sandwich, which I should not have done. I should have just got my money back. I don't understand. read more

For being a large chan the habit does a great job I always get there double char burger love the little burt bits on the burger nice change from the flattop I use to get the superfood salad but they took it away that was very sad the greenbelt fries are a must there price are cheaper then most too Food 5 Service 4 Price 5 read more

I received the wrong order. I asked them to fix it and still received the wrong order. Requested a refund and was told that I was unable to receive a refund due to using a card. Poor customer service and communication. This is the second issue I've had at this location. read more

Received our order with one order missing. The food we did get was cold. Let the gal know at the counter and she said "I'll have it fixed and bring it right out to you." After about 10-15 min I could see our food on a try. The poor gal got busy (can't blame her for that), but the other lady there was just standing around. Walked up and finally got the rest of our order...my daughters was fine, but mine (the one they forgot to make initially) was just made and was cold! No apology for the screw up. I don't need free stuff but at least acknowledge you messed up. On top of that, the seats were unpleasant to sit on because they were covered in tape, and we also had to change tables because there were some ants. Do better. read more

The service is quick, staff is friendly most of the time. The hamburgers are the best but my favorite is the Santa Barbara Chard. The teas are very good too. There is inside tables but during weekends it gets busy and not enough tables are available. read more

Mya, and Brandon had amazing customer service, great quality food great service and in a timely fashion, will definitely be back.

Absolutely the worse burger ever !!! It was smothered in mayo , sloppy , soggy and not good. Very disappointing burger to say the least. I attempted to scrape of the excessive Mayo , but the buns were already soggy ... read more

I have been at this location multiple times and each time there's an issue. I frequently order on the app so that I don't have to wait and my food is ready when I get there. Each time I go to pick up my order something is missing from my order and when I ask them about it, they tell me "oh we don't have it." Then instead of refunding my money, they replace it with something that's less expensive. Whoever does the order for this location needs to find a new job because this has happened on more than one occasion. I am getting tired of donating to their business and getting nothing in return. It's kind of ironic that they have a sign about quality, and they can't deliver quality service. read more

We hadn't been here in awhile and were in a rush so stopped by for a quick dinner. The BBQ Chicken salad was surprisingly VERY good! Hubby had the ahi tuna, excellent. The burger wasn't so great, super small patty. Fries were excellent and nice sized portion. Tables could've been cleaner. Glad there's a new owner who seems to trying to turn this restaurant around. Good job! read more

This is a new shop ( now open sign in the parking lot) and they were obviously understaffed at 11:20 on a Sunday. 2 burgers, 2 salads, 2 sides and a milkshake took 30 minutes to prepare. And two items were wrong. This was not my neighborhood Habit. Large grain of salt for growing pains. The food was tasty, when we got it, even if it's not what we really wanted. read more

Not bad but the bun taste/reminds me of Burger King. The onion rings are good. They give you ranch with it. I got a regular burger. You can order thru the app or instore. They have chairs to sit outside too. read more

Came in on a Friday evening while running errands for a quick burger for my husband. The wait took forever; after 25 minutes we asked if we could just get a refund and the cashier said she didn't even know how to refund our order. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a simple cheeseburger, no sides and no other entrees, just a cheeseburger. read more

Meh. Ordered delivery via Uber Eats last night. I was craving a cheeseburger so badly. I got my food extremely quickly. I think the photos speak for themselves. I went with the Santa Barbara burger. The sourdough didn't taste at all like sourdough. It was more like a couple slices of white Wonder Bread. The avocado was mushy. The burger pattys were fairly thin and almost non-existent. Next, I ordered sweet potato fries and for some reason, I was given a half of regular fries with my order. I didn't ask for regular fries. I asked for sweet potato fries. No idea what happened to this part of my order. Long story short, there are waaaaaaaay better burgers available here in the Valley. This my first time eating with Habit Burger and truth be told, it's likely my last. It's a step up from fast food, but not by much. read more

Delish! Always a 10/10! Their ranch is extra ranchy! My son says the French fries are "really really really good and salty". Their grilled chicken is great and always a solid choice! read more

Stopped in for lunch, the service was efficient and friendly. They have socially distanced the tables and are leaving placquards to indicate they have been cleaned. I ordered the southwest Cobb without chicken. When the salad arrived, it was a little disappointing to see it was finely shredded lettuce. I chose to get blue cheese dressing on the side and the red vinaigrette (tasted like balsamic). All in all kind of a sad salad for $8. My spouse and kiddo got burgers. They said the buns tasted stale instead of toasted and the fries were disappointing. Delicious onion rings and tempura green beans though! All in all, just a so so experience for the price. read more

I'm not a huge burger fan but for the whole time I've been here, somehow the Habit burger grill been a walking distance to all three of my hotels I've been at so I finally cave in and decided to try them out. The protein was cooked perfectly with the crispy bacon but I would like my buns to stay a little longer on the grill because with the juice from the burger and sauce, it was a little messy eating it. I like that they have peppers and jalapenos near the condiments counter for us to grab some. The tempura green bean was good but nothing to brag about. When I took my food to my hotel, I didn't see any dipping sauce for the green bean. Over all, I enjoyed my burger. read more

Been to different Habit restaurants around Arizona and this was disappointing. Huge areas for improvement in Customer service. First I was told to order from the computer even though there were open cashiers. I ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich. Sandwich was ok but it had minimal sauce. When and went back and I asked for extra sauce the cashier snapped at me and told well I will have to charge you 69 cents. ouch !!Other Habit restaurants are much nicer. read more

Closer to 3.5 stars. We were the only customers in the restaurant when we ordered. I am fairly certain they were filling internet orders as well, but a 14 min wait for fast food is a bit excessive. The food was hot and fresh when our buzzerr buzzed. San Francisco burger is a large sandwich. It is not messing around. The bread was toasted. Toasting allowed the bread to stand up to all that was inside. My husband said the same about his bun. Being toasted kept the bun from being soggy towards the end. Onion rings were okay. I did like that they came with ranch for dipping. The fies were a bit better. We ate there, and they didn't have that crispness on the edges that I look for. Condiment bar has various peppers. They even have little packets of Cholula. read more

We came in today around 10:45 am and had astounding service. I didn't get his name, he seemed like a manager, very, very tall man with dark hair working the front counter went above and beyond to help us. He greeted us warmly and didn't hesitate to ask if we needed any assistance. The food was phenomenal. Restaurant AND bathroom were spotless. 10/10 service, we will be coming back to this location. read more

Visited today and the customer service was extremely wack! My friend came in to honor his free birthday burger and the Manager wouldn't accept his email offer. Says they close at 9 but doors locked at 8:11 it would be a little helpful if they changed hours on google

90 min wait for a burger. They will not refund you as well! Worst place ever! Never again!

Took my vegetarian wife here for lunch. She typically orders sandwiches anywhere with no meat, but is charged full price. General Manager John worked the order on the register to compensate the difference. No other companies we work with do this. Wonderful surprise! I ordered and handed him a coupon offering a free char burger (no expiration date). The register did not like the coupon and again he worked it so his personal 20% off card would compensate. There were 3 employees working the slow shift including him around 2:30 pm. We watched John hustle to wipe tables, clear trash, etc when no customers were at the register. He is a great employee and a fantastic example for his employees. 6 stars John! read more

An upscale fast food burger joint with more ambiance that the in-and-puts and Five Guys. I'm super sad. Really wanted to like this place because it's supposed to be a kind of healthier version than Inn and out right? They have sweet potato fries which I love! But im bummed it costs so much MORE than Inn and Out but you seem to get less? First time I ate there with my husband, seemed nice inside, clean and food was pretty quick but husband and I both thought burger was small and not filling. Fries were great. Then 2nd time sent hubs there just for an order of fries and an order of sweet potato fries- cost $9? They gave me normal order regular fries but the sweet potato fries were seriously lacking - not even coming to top of carton thing. Then this 3rd time I take out for 1 burger - 1 order regular fries and 1 sweet potato. Burger so small and thin the bun drowns it. Burger does come close to edges of bun. They gave good amount regular fries again but still barely any of the sweet potato?? See pictures Paid $11 for this? Nope Won't be coming here again for a thin rubbery burger read more
