Entered my to go order at the kiosk at 5:51pm. I attempted to add my coupon for a free burger (scanning and manually) x 3 w/o success. I ended up paying for everything so as not to hold up the line. I did tell a staff member... she said, "oh sometimes that happens at the kiosk" and that was the end of that conversation. My order was finally ready 57 minutes after the original order time. *I wouldn't wait this long in a fine dining establishment but I had already paid.* Arrived home, everything lukewarm and missing the chicken nuggets. Returned and told we would receive a #20 piece replacement nugget order. The cook did #10 nuggets by mistake so waited an additional 10-12 minutes. I also received a discount certificate for a next visit. Overall a very slow and bad experience since they seemed to be properly staffed. On a positive note, a young lady with brown hair and long braids working the front, handled many angry customers with apologies and a smile even though the situation was clearly out of her control. Do not come here! I placed an order and had to wait 30 minutes for it to first come out. It came out the complete wrong burger so I had it remade. That then took another half hour to get. I took this one to go since I had already waited a whole hour for a burger. I then get home to find out I was sent with the complete wrong burger again. Complete waste of time and money. read more

Received a burger I hadn't ordered which they then tried to scape off the avocado and bacon with their hand and tried to serve to my daughter! Burgers were so salty, horrible! Chicken tenders came after I had finished eating and were dipped in the fryer for at least six times! Fries were cold and half cooked. Happy Easter Brand new location, thought we'd try! Friendly gal to take our order, manager that couldn't crack a smile. Ordered double burger, plain crispy chicken sandwich, fries and onion rings. They ruined this location. No more drive through, you must order on the app. Wait times are wrong on the app. Told me 10 minutes and when I went to pick up they told me it's another 10 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and they told me another 5 minutes still. Not what you want to hear when you've had a crying toddler in the car for almost 30 minutes. They completely killed any thought of wanting to return to habit ever again. Did drive thru here yesterday and was preparing for super long waits like other Habit locations, but everything was super smooth. Waited about 10-12 mins total in the line and the food was all correct (at other locations they forget to take off pickles). Service was friendly too and I'm glad I tried out this location! We have eaten at this location many times before and enjoyed it. The last time has us thinking we might not eat there again for a long time. We placed our order for a hamburger and a chicken sandwich at 12:25 PM for in-restaurant dining. We received the order at 1:06 PM and both meals were luke warm. 41 Minutes is too long for fast food. The kitchen was completely out of control like there was no manager there. Someone needs more training in how to run a restaurant. read more

Wonderful meal, 10/10 from taste to presentation. Service was quick I don't know what some others mean by long wait times. So the food here is pretty good, when you actually get what you order. Order fulfillment is a disaster though. I just got shorted on 2 orders of french fries and now need to waste my time putting a complaint into their corporate to try to get my money back. I've had other orders blown here before also, kids meal items omitted, and nothing but problems. My family and I do enjoy eating Habit, but we're done with this location and possibly this franchise completely. For the price premium they command over cheaper options like McDonalds and In N Out, the least I expect is to not get shorted when ordering food. Not good. read more

My family always loved Habit. When we lived in Cali, they came to our town and we're always consistent. When we moved to AZ, there weren't any in our area. Now this one opened off of Power near Ray. So, I was very surprised with the very poor Yelp reviews for this new location. I can understand some hiccups for a new place, but you'd think they were serving slop and raw beef. Today, I stopped by and am writing this as I'm eating. Order: cheeseburger, tempura green beans, drink. Cheeseburger: fresh. Bun toasted, not soggy. Hot burger. Good char taste. Beans: hot, crunchy, not greasy. I always get theses. Very good Drink: well- it's a fountain drink! Service: ok. Lady nice, but not that enthusiastic. Its fast food. Hard to get help that is enthusiastic, which is too bad. Not sure what all the poor review were all about. Maybe a competitor?? I don't own the place and don't know anyone here. First time trying a Habit Burger. I went through the drive-thru and I got it to go because I was taking it home to eat and home was over an hour away. I heated the patty up a little bit in the microwave before taking my first bite. It had a strange taste to it that I couldn't quite place. When I took it apart I realized the bottom bun was burnt. You could see black and you could taste the burnt with each bite. So I ate the burger without it. The burger itself was good. Please take more care when grilling your buns and serving them to your customers. read more

This location has caused the entire chain to lose my business. 1. Wait time was outrageous. It took me personally 32 mins to receive 3 burgers and cold fries. 2. They try to do a self service model for ordering but it is not user friendly. 3. Order was wrong after all the wait. Missing food and orders didn't have what was requested. 4. Local staff was no help. I tried to initiate a return for a refund and the on duty manager stated he wasn't aware how to do it. I left my information for the morning supervisor and never received a call. I finally was told after several attempts to contact someone I had to initiate my refund via their website which still took another week and change. Food is decent but not worth the trouble I went through. Everyone will have their own experience mine was just awful. read more

Started going here to get a quick snack for the family. We only use the drive through because it's easier with children. Pulled up yesterday to the drive through the entire menu board is gone. Voice asks what our mobile order number is. I said no I wanted to order food like I do almost every weekend. I was told it is no longer a drive through...... even though I'm in a drive through.
