Came in and used the bathroom first. No dirty looks given which is appreciated. Passed the self service order station and the person running the drive thru told me just a second. Ordered and waited a little longer for my food, but that was my fault. My order was up, but I missed them saying my name. Order was great. Fries very hot and had a napkin over them to keep them hot. Burger good, just like my normal location in Redlands. Friendly location, Clean, Good food. Thanks! I really don't understand why habit burger doesn't have higher reviews! I think the burgers tastes better than most burger fast food chains. They have amazing onion rings. The only thing is price is a little high. But they often have discounts. read more

First time to this location. It's a super convenient location, a nice drive through. We placed two orders. It was a short wait. The French fries were fresh and HOT! My BBQ burger didn't have BBQ sauce that I could taste, everything else was good. I appreciate that they serve Pepsi. And I wish they still had their garlic Parmesan fries!!! read more

Worst Habit I've visited in SoCal. First it was hot inside. I know it's the desert but c'mon. Entry door handle was burning hot, even the restrooms were hot- lawsuit waiting to happen. We ordered and waited. it took a while to get our food in an empty restaurant. We had to get up to get our food at the counter, but the non-hispanic customers that came in after us were served at their table. Burgers were soggy to top it off. I do not recommend this place and I will not return. read more

Stopped by over the weekend before our trip to Sam's Club. Ordered a garden salad with chicken... to my surprise their was a dead lady bug at the bottom of the salad. Horrible. I did go back and they gave me my money back for the salad but it's just a very unfortunate situation to deal with. Hope management talks to their employees and they are more careful when preparing food. This is the second situation I've encountered at a Habit restaurant. No acknowledgment or tell me they'd be right with me. They forgot my fries and my avocado on my burger which I paid extra for. The fries were hard. I'm honestly surprised at the fact that it took me so long to try this burger grill. Here's what I loved: Quality- this definitely is restaurant flavor and quality! I was pleasantly surprised as how fresh and well put together my sandwich was. (Albeit $16 for a combo, ouchhh, you have to pay to play lol) My sandwich- I got a #9 chicken sandwich club.toasted sourdough bread, grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce, bacon, and avocado. I appreciated that the chicken breast was seasoned well and the sandwich was big enough for me to take several deep breaths just on the first half. My drink was a lemonade and it was fresh and lip smacking good (yes, lip smacking lol) Heres what I didn't love so much: Drive through lady was meh, she did NOT want to be at work that day lol My fries were pretty wet and I'm assuming this was due to packaging? I literally didn't wait to eat them because I started munching on my food in the car otw back from a grocery run. I can't say much about the inside as we were in the drive through. Who would think that Taco Bell could keep this fast food restaurant relevant, so I'm a char lover and these guys do it right! From their burgers, chicken and my favorite ahi tuna! We stoped here after doing a little shopping in the area. And I always loved the habit. My wife was a little hungry so we stopped here. I had a ahi tuna sandwich and ordered a side of cauliflower with garlic aïoli sauce. It's seasonal and very good. My wife had the burger chard with cheese. The fries and onion rings are definitely my favorite. We also enjoy the ice tea, black tea and paradise ice tea both are out of this world! The service is always amazing and it's always clean inside! One of my favorite fast food places! If you never tryed it I suggest you do. read more

This is my 4th time going to the Habit Burger & Grill fast food restaurants. And while the first few visits were good this recent one was not like the other experiences. I was greeted poorly matter of fact I wasn't greeted at all. This worker Maria I believe was being very hostile towards me. They didn't give me the proper service id expect, was rushing my order when there where no people behind, and once done she hands me my receipt and wait for my food and released when I got got home I was missing half of my food order. I then proceeded to head back to the facility try to get my burgers back but Maria again was being hostile and utterly rude towards me. Do better!!! read more

We've visited many Habit Burger locations over the years and we have always enjoyed the food. That said, service has been a continuing issue in almost every location. This location has screens to allow customers to enter and customize their order. It takes more than twice the amount of time to place an order this way than talking to a human. The customization process was thorough but time consuming. And, if they don't read the order you placed, they still got it wrong. That's what happened. Habit Burger is consistent, I'm sorry to say. It's not a system problem, it's a people problem. read more

I went shortly after 8om, so there was virtually no crown and I got my order fast. The portobello mushroom burger was delicious and the fries were very good. Only two drawbacks: two of the booths were dirty, inexcusable given I was the only one in the restaurant. The second thing the restaurant has no control over -- the design and layout of the parking lot. It's like a maze and you play a guessing game deciding which driveway to turn into. Regardless, my order was delicious and I'm pretty sure I'll be back for more. read more

Ate at this location. Was only my second time eating at a Habit. Our food was great and they were super quick taking out order. It took them forever to cook our food considering there were only 2 other groups in the restaurant and the drive thru was not very busy. If you like cauliflower definitely try their garlic roasted cauliflower. The double burger and the crispy chicken sandwich were both good and the fries were whatever. We have been waiting almost 40 minutes for our food. The workers here are slow and not friendly. This was not a good experience at all.

Our experience here was very bad. For starters there dine in was closed, and it was 9pm. The employee came to the door and very rudely told us to go through the Drive Thru. We told her that it doesn't close until 10pm. She said they close at 9pm & I pointed at this sign (see pic) and she was just shaking her head saying to go through the Drive Thru. The staff is closing early, and if you read previous reviews there's complaints about that. That's just plain lazy. The food, was mediocre, which is sad because we really like this restaurant but this location sucks. When we asked for easy ice on our drinks the lady at the drive through said they were already made and she couldn't do anything about it. Hope it closes down. read more

Love Habit!! This is the third location I've been too and it's now my favorite. I'll be coming to this one even though I live in La Quinta. The Ahi sandwich filet was cooked perfectly, and the Cesar salad was tossed with the perfect amount of dressing. To top it off, the manager JJ was very attentive. He has a great sense of humor and told an appropriate joke that had me laughing when he came to check on our table. It's very simple you expect good food for the price you pay. The burgers we ordered were dry. The fries were cold. You could tell they were not fresh. They weren't even salted on top of that. They charge you a dollar for a small ranch. The best part about that place is they have really good ranch Think about this a dollar for a small ranch the amount of food that we ordered you would think a ranch would come with a meal, but the manager was very clear. Ranch does not come with your food. You have to pay a dollar for a small one. I'm not trying to complain, but the food was not very good at all And then they have the audacity to charge even more money for a tiny ranch. I won't go to this location again I know the one in Palm Desert doesn't charge and at least their food is fresh. read more
