Lamb was incredibly tender and savory and the spiced split-pea saffron stew went well with the fluffy rice. After waiting quite a while, I had to get up and ask another employee for assistance. I believe her name was Michelle. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful, and she did her best to turn the experience around. Her customer service was excellent and was the only positive part of our visit. That said, the service at the beginning was completely unacceptable. Management should address situations like this, as customers should not have to wonder whether employees are drinking while on the job.
