Above and beyond expectations here. Herbie, Aimee, Leydi, and Jose at their shop in North Hollywood did an amazing job on my brand new Ioniq 6. I requested an emblem delete that not many shops were doing, it's more complicated for a vehicle like mine since emblems are screwed into a concave placeholder. Quote was completely done through text, just sent some pictures and they gave me a price that beat out some shops I had to bring the car into. Paperwork was all done through electronic communication as well, so once I had to pick up my car it was as simple as a payment and sign off. No need to sit and wait to process paperwork for long periods of time. I went during a lunch break and was back in time. The work will speak for itself but the awesome level of communication and ease of process makes this place stand out. I felt very welcome all the time I was over at the shop and I felt very at ease. The price I paid for the work was very very fair. Perfect paint match and the clean up work was on point as well. I do detailing as a side hustle and I can see a visual indication of where the emblem used to be, but you need to look at it from a certain angle to even be able to tell and even at that point it's miniscule. Anyone else looking would probably never realize there was supposed to be an emblem there! The turn around time and estimation was on point. They will also update you on the process when you request. Thank you guys so much. I'll be coming back to get my new wheels painted when the time comes.

I don't know where to start but after going through several reviews I wanted to give this a try myself. I am a car enthusiast, and I brought my 1993 SL600 for some body work and change of headlight. Herbie the owner and he's amazing team we're very helpful. To be honest, I left with a very good feeling about my project. They gave me a very good customer service feeling. Not only did they do an amazing job, but throughout the whole process they were sending me progression of the work. From A-Z it was perfection. I repainted and fixed my front bumper and change the old headlight to new euro headlights which I had brought myself but they made the change and everything came out great. I've couldn't gone anywhere else and this is my place now. Not to mention pricing over any other places are very good! Satisfaction for sure. Thank you HADD customs!

We reached out to a few body shops to get a small paint correction on our Prius. Hadd Customs was the only one that reached out in a timely and pleasant manner. Other body shops refused the job, quoted a much higher price, or were lacking in communication. After the initial quote (165 at Hadd's, 400+ at other body shops), we dropped the car off and were told it would be done in a few hours. It took slightly longer than expected but it was a job well done. Everyone there were extremely nice and professional. They even wiped down our embarrassingly dirty car. So all in all, great people, great prices, and great service. Would recommend!!

Because living and driving in LA is a full contact sport, my new car had gotten side swiped leaving a hideous dent. I reached out to several places looking for the best option. The staff at HADD Customs reached out with an estimate, were on top of their game, and were easy to work with through the entire process. They gave a full estimate vs. other places that only priced out a portion in their response. Not only that, but they continued to check in and were more than understanding that I was taking my time to choose a vendor, and even more than helpful when I was organizing my time to drop off my car. Their prices were reasonable. And, once the work was finished, to make things even easier, they delivered my car back to me with no extra charge. 10/10 would use again.

I'll keep it short. Do you guys know how to run a business and communicate with clients/customers. My car is my lifeline. Getting in an accident and giving it over to a shop was scary for me, not knowing if It would be totaled or if I'd ever gets it back. The team at Hadd customs was responsive and gave frequent updates. They helped me feel like had nothing to worry about. This was key when the insurance company I was dealing with stopped answering both of our calls for a week+. Hadd stayed on them with me, took detailed notes on the lack of communication on the part of the insurance company and probably saved me the worst headache ever. Great people. Great work. Less than a week after I bought my 2021 Tesla, someone in a car parked next to me opened their door too wide and created a small dent but a deep one. I searched on Yelp and found Hadd with over 100 5/5 excellent reviews. I contacted them and decided to accept their repair offer. Eventually they did an excellent job...moreover they were able to pick up the car and deliver it upon completion. A few weeks ago, a metal ladder fell, actually leaned against my car when some boxes toppled over behind it in my crowded garage creating two dents on both the front and the back passenger doors. Without thinking, I called my friends at Hadd who restored the car and now it looks as nothing had happened to it. The pics here are from the second incident before and after. I also have to add that Hadd are extremely professional. You will only understand what I'm talking about when you actually deal with them. If you need their service, don't hesitate, request a quote.

Hadd Customs is such a gem amongst dozens of shops without half as much knowledge, skill, and care as you'll find here. Herby and his team are genuinely committed to their work and it's been more than I can ask for when concerning my first car. I've come here for minor collision repairs a couple times now and while I hope to never again need to bring my car in, I know that this is the only shop I'd seek out for any services.

I cannot recommend this shop more highly. Had an amazing, pain-free experience. My neighbor backed into my MX-5 Miata and left a huge dent in the rear bumper. I was a little heartbroken, it's basically my attainable dream car, I love it and try to take good care of it. I put out feelers for estimates and the professionalism at Hadd Customs was apparent right at the start. They had a very quick turnaround and even sent me initial estimate paperwork. I was able to route that estimate directly to my neighbor's insurance and Hadd took it from there. They handled all communication and payment details with the insurance company. They could have stopped there, but they didn't. They sent a driver to pick up the car and bring it to their shop. They updated me a few times with photos and videos of the repair progress. They made suggestions helping me with the few interactions I did have to have with the insurance company. And they alerted me promptly when the repairs were done, and let the workers know I was coming so they had my car ready and waiting right when I arrived. It was sparkling clean - they even cleaned the interior! Aimee and Herbie and the whole Hadd Customs shop - thank you so much! You made what could have been a very stressful experience into a total breeze.

Back in November 2022, I hit a pillar at my work garage parking lot and I contacted them for a quote and got a response pretty quickly. Due to some unfortunate event, I was not able to prioritize fixing it. Fast forward to last week March 9,2023. I contacted them again, send some pictures and got quote. It was $1000-1500 less than the other ones and based on their responsive and review, I went with them. They made a group chat and had the paperwork done electronically and the car was picked up the same night! After they inspected the car they informed me that there is were misalignment of the door due to the accident and will cost supplemental (extra $$$) if I wanted to fix it. They sent pics and videos and didn't try to force me but I still approved. It was still less than other quoted I got. Picked up the car today and I was in awe. Seriously no complaints here! This is an amazing body shop - they provided the best quote. They do pick up and drop off for free, super fast responses, communicative, and accommodating for your plans. They seriously are perfectionists with their work and have their work guaranteed if any paint chipping or shrinking happens. They even fixed up small bumps and scratches for free. Someone hit my parked car and I was looking around for a shop to fix my car, HADD Customs was my #1 choice, I sent out for quotes through yelp and they were very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. This was the first time something like this happened to me and they made the process super easy! Other shops said it would take four plus days to repair the car and they were able to get the job done perfectly in 48 hours! I also chose to repair some other scrapes I had in the front and everything looked brand new again! I am very happy with the results and all for a great price! This review is overdue but here goes- Couple months back I let my friend borrow my car and the rest is history. Before we were introduced to HADD through a mutual friend, the other shops gave me a quote somewhere between 4-5K to cover the cost of damages. They gave me an extensive itemized wish list of things they were going to repair without really pinpointing the actual problem. I eventually took it to HADD and they immediately knew exactly what the problem was and told me it would cost about half the cost, including the body. I couldn't believe it at first, but they assured me that my car was in excellent hands. They've got a great team working together and were very communicative throughout the whole process. My car was good as new within a couple days, and my friend wasn't slapped with a huge bill so everyone went home happy. I mainly talked with Herbie regarding the car, but Aimee was also very sweet and accommodating as well! Great service, reasonable price, and honest in their work. I had a great experience at HADD Customs. I brought in my Audi A7 to get my emblems blacked out and the entire experience from beginning to end was incredible. Herbie and Bonnie are extremely friendly and genuine in what they do. They respond quickly and make you feel valued. In my situation, they even stayed a little bit after they closed up shop so I would have enough time to pick up my car without having to wait until the next day to get it. Oh yah, and just as importantly, they did a great job with the work. I have to say that I was not sure what to expect since I was going off Yelp reviews. What distinguished HADD from other shops is that Herbie was responding to my inquiries and seemed to hustle. His responsiveness prompted me to give them a try. background: My car had been hit a week or so earlier and also suffered from a botched repair performed by a "mobile repair" so I wanted to make my car look presentable. My car was repainted and the quality of work was great. The finish was even and DID NOT have Orange Peel, drips, or impurities in the paint. While Herbie's shop is frequented by high-end vehicles, he treats customers with every-day cars just as well. read more

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE! Some little kids smashed into the front of my truck and left tire marks on the bumper. I messaged various repair shops asking for an estimate and they all gave me something over $400, some even said the bumper had to be replaced. Thankfully, I got a reply from the business owner; an honest reply saying maybe it just needed some buffing and that would only cost around $50. I hesitated a bit since it was a 45minute drive from my location. But it was definitely worth it. It didn't take him even 10minutes to take care of the issue. Left very impressed and happy with the work, they will definitely be my go-to shop for auto repairs. read more

Had a great time with Herbie, explained everything he was going to do , turn around time was very quick for the job, I had some scratches and damage to my car after a trip to big 5 and the rep dropped a box on the car , herbie and Aimee came by, picked up my car from my job and took it to be worked on immediately for a one day turn around with a GREAT price ! You pay for what you get and I got more than what I paid for. Overall just a great experience even to him dropping off the car detailed and looking great! Aimee and Herbie were awesome in helping me fix a loose undertray in my Prius. I usually don't write reviews for anything. But this was such an amazing experience that I had to recommend Hadd Customs. I had a crack in my McLaren 600LT's front bumper. Other places quoted me almost $5k. Hadd offered to fix the whole thing and another minor rock chip for only $1.3k. The team provided me with daily updates on how the repair was progressing. They are also incredibly transparent about all of their pricing. Instead of weeks like other repair shops had told me, Hadd Customs fixed everything in just 3 days. My bumper now looks and feels like brand new. The repair is so flawless that it's like the accident never ever happened. I can't thank Hadd Customs enough and will most certainly be back in the future for other needs such as wrapping my new car. read more

Do you do custom cars from being to end with donor car (donor car needs to be stripped, I have exterior body kit and interior body kit), how much do you normally charge for something like that?

Based on that, I uploaded my driver's license and proof of insurance, completed the required paperwork, and paid the rental amount and then I later paid the remaining delivery fee. The company had approximately 55 days to review my documents. During that time, I was never told there was any issue with my insurance. I even called the company about three days before my reservation regarding my remaining payment, and no insurance problem was mentioned. Then, one day before my scheduled rental, I was informed that I could not rent the vehicle because I was not listed on my family's insurance policy. At that point, I had virtually no opportunity to correct the issue. The company refunded my delivery fee and about half of my rental payment but retained approximately 50% under its cancellation policy. My disappointment is not simply about the cancellation policy. My concern is that Falcon Car Rental had my documents for nearly two months, told me I was eligible, and waited until the day before my rental to notify me of an eligibility issue that prevented the rental from happening. If you're renting from this company, I recommend confirming every insurance requirement in writing as early as possible rather than assuming your documents have already been reviewed.

This is a father-and-son-owned shop, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. The photos I've posted show the old exhaust parts that were cut and removed, the replacement components, and the finished install underneath the vehicle. Everything was fitted cleanly and solidly--no shortcuts, no sloppy work. They replaced my muffler and repaired the damaged section from the theft in just a little over an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The car sounds right, drives smoothly, and feels properly repaired--not patched together. What I appreciated most was their honesty and efficiency.
