I finally found my GO-TO auto detailing person! I have a 2009 Honda Accord (White) and a few months ago I paid off my auto loan. So to treat my car for something special I've been looking for an auto detail place for a while. Thank goodness I found Herbie and his business! The thing I love about HADD customs is that they come to you! So I scheduled an appointment with Herbie to meet at my place, not only were they on time but they got started on my car right away. Herbie and Rachel were very professional they explained to me the details of the job and what they were going to do. The detailing came out amazing, my car looked like it just came out of the car dealer. I had this massive oil stain in the back seat because of my bike chain and also a 3-4 years old gum that was stuck on the carpet, and everything came off! The tires and the rims just looked spotless, I couldn't find anything wrong on this job. My favorite part of the detail was the engine part. WOW, the first time I saw it, it looked like it just came out of the factory. It's been a few weeks later and it's still looking good!!! After they finished with the detail they also took the time to explain to me how to take care of the car inside and out and they answered some of the questions I had. My next thing on the list to do to my car is to get that shine back. Right now the white color on the car is dull, but Rachel was telling me that they're able to bring that shine back, so I'm definitely going to save up some more and hire them again for the rebuffing. Extra kudos for Herbie and Rachel because the day of this job, it was over 98 degrees in LA, they were working under the sun for 2 hours in the excruciating heat and heard no complaints. The owner was unpacking while I was purchasing, so there was no "like new" interior to say the least. There were stains on almost all of the carpets (now I wish I had taken the 'before' photos!) Needless to say, I never had it professionally cleaned. First of all, if you click on their yelp page and scroll down, they "recommend" two other businesses that also auto detail...how many businesses do you know do that???NONE...this pretty much sealed the deal for me. I figured they mush be an honest business and talented with their capabilities. I was correct. They arrived on time and were done in a little over 2 hours for my filthy car!! I have a 2001 BMW with hazy headlights (which always bothered me), stained carpets, plenty of dog hair (I have 3 dogs), and crumbs in cracks you couldn't imagine (I frequently breakfast en route to work). Oh my, I literally almost cried...my headlights are super clear and sparkling!!!! My car looks brand new! By the way, I purchased the full detail. These two, are a great team and do such an amazing job! I could go on and on, but I really think you all should see for yourselves. It had gotten a little dark, so they said if they missed anything due to the decreased lighting to call and they would come back. NO NEED!! Saw the amazing reviews here and decided to have my car fully detailed and waxed for the first time in over a year. Emailed Herbie and got a quick response. I started my morning off on the frustrated end of the world. Having battled a stray television in the street with my noble steed (I accidentally ran over a television and rammed the corner of my car bumper into the side as I went), and lost terribly (my front end was super screwed), I was desperate, and anxious with how to repair the front end of my car, at an affordable place, with a place that I trust. I had purchased a vehicle over a year ago, the first day I drove it to the grocery store, I parked far away at the end of the lot, someone parked next to me and put a nice dent in the rear passenger door and rear quarter panel as they backed out. Since I haven't been driving the car I felt this was a good time to get it fixed. I sent out photo's for quotes on Yelp and received 6 right away with various levels of detail. When u moved to la 5 months ago, i used a u-haul trailer to tow my car out here. They didn't do a good job of the tire straps on, so hallway to la, the straps came loose and the trailer fender pushed against my door and left an ugly scratch and a nasty dent.
