I have problem with my van. Called AAA for towing service. It is a busy Tuesday and take a while for driver to come. Before his arrival, he did call and notified us the time of arrival. When Matt, the tow truck driver arrived, he greeted us with a smile. Asked what happened and started checking on the possible issue, above and beyond what he needed to do. Yesterday I needed a tow to get my car home. Called AAA and was told that Hadley Towing was on the way. I set a scheduled time to have my car picked up because I was still away from the shop. Before I knew it, Juan from Balcaceres Brothers showed up with a wheel lift and was incredibly unprofessional. He stated that my AAA membership was classic when I had it upgraded to Plus. He wanted me to pay him over $300 just to get home. I told him to check with his dispatcher because my membership is Plus and that that tow was covered. To avoid headache and issues like I had with Airport Mobil Ontario, I took my front bumper off and placed it in the cabin to avoid further damage from being towed. I later found out that he reported my car of having been in an accident when it clearly had not. He even saw the bumper when he asked me for my registration because I had to remove the bumper enough to open the glove box. I then check back and got Chris #206 from Hadley Tow. He was polite, courteous and professional when he called to update me on the ETA. Chris was there at the scheduled time and is definitely a step above any tow truck driver that I've worked with in the past. Not only is he self sufficient, but careful, practical, resourceful, and prepared. He had wood to get my car on and off of the flatbed without scraping my exhausts. He is one of the drivers that knows what they're doing and pays attention to each task at hand. I've had many drivers before where I had to step in to steer my car as it was getting too close to the flatbed side edge, but not with Chris. For a professional like this, I would wait for him to be free. He is definitely my go to for tows and if a situation came up to where I didn't have any Service calls with AAA left and had to pay out of pocket, I would with Chris. He secured my car properly y the wheels and did not put added stress on my frame like other drivers. He is also the only driver that's been able to get my car into my garage without any issues or damage. All others except one have tried to put my car in the garage. The other driver cracked my windshield, but not with Chris. My car is safe, my driveway is undamaged, and I was more than happy with Chris' Service. He's a good guy that knows what he's doing and if I need a tow, he'll be the one that I request. All service professionals should strive to reach this level of professionalism and quality. I would give him 10 Stars because give stars just isn't enough. read more

Excellent service! We had to call to have my daughter's car towed because it wouldn't start. Geo and Chris showed up quicker than we could have hoped and went way above and beyond what we would have expected from a towing company. They had bottled water for us (it was 97 degrees outside) and, despite the heat, they both tried everything they could to get the car started for us. We wound up having to have the car towed home, but they managed to get it into place in the driveway instead of the street so that we wouldn't get a ticket on street cleaning day. We were in middle of errands on a sweltering day when the low tire pressure light came on. I thought - another nail? I decided to stop at a gas station and see if I could put some air in to limp along. At that point tire wasn't too bad, but the gas station air nozzle was shot, could not seal. All I accomplished was let air out of tire, those things are worse than useless. That was a Texaco. Had to continue up the street, now steering was pulling, and saw another station, Arco. Dang if that wasn't in the same condition. My husband even tried the nozzle. Called AAA and Cole came out from Hadley on Orangethorpe and saved our day. Only took about 15 minutes from calling for him to show up. I explained to him the poor condition of the nozzles so he turned his truck around to get access to his air pump. We decided it wasn't a nail, but probably a crack in the tire - (they are getting old although not many miles on them). So change of plans - Cole got out our run-flat and got that on there, we got the old tire loaded up in my tiny car and good to go. He was friendly, worked patiently and took all safety precautions. I really appreciate his help. Highly recommend Cole for the job! read more
