HORRIBLE!!!! My truck was towed yesterday and was unable to pick it up due to work. Asked if I pick it up today what the price would be: $285. Now on site I am being charged an additional $50. It has been less than 48 hours but I am being charged by calendar days. Really??? Asked to speak to the manager and after I explained what was quoted to me he simply walked away and said there is nothing he can do. What kind of etiquette is that??? RUDE service. Since they have possession of my car I have no option but pay instead of incurring additional storage fees. I will report to BBB. read more

What a great experience with Allen the tow king-pin. Great positive attitude. Nothing too hard or tedious for this man. We had a large boat that needed saving (towing) from San Juan Capistrano all the way up to Canyon Country. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. We love our boat, but our tow vehicle had different plans for us, stalling out as we exited Crown Valley Drive. No problem, they arrived quickly and effortlessly re-riged his car tower into a trailer tow. No bs, no issues, just a pleasant man who wanted to make sure we made it home safe and sound. If you're lucky enough to get Steve, your day will be so much brighter I guarantee! My steering wheel locked up while driving and I pulled over to call a tow. They said 40 minute wait and $260 to take my car to Arcadia. Good enough I guess. An hour and fifteen minutes passes, I'm sweating, thirsty, no food. I call the tow and ask where my driver is and they say, it'll be little longer but they don't give me an estimate. I cancelled the tow and called another company. Same thing 45 minute wait, $290. Might as well. At this point, I'm sobbing and feel hopeless. While I'm waiting, I see a tow come through the street so I flag over the driver and test my luck. I told him my car broke down and I've been waiting for almost an hour and half for a tow, would you be able to take me since you're already in the area? Steve gave me his number, the number of Hadley tow and said book through Mari and tell her I'm picking you up. I did just that and he was there in half an hour to pick me back up. He gave me water, let me charge my phone, and sit in the air conditioning while waiting for my dad to pick me up. While we were small-talking and he asked if I was from around here, I said no I'm in OC but I come up to LA for auditions, I'm an actress. He asked me how it went and when I said not as well as I'd hoped, he said you know you gotta just throw it in the back of your mind and move on, it'll work out for you! $130 for the whole thing, half the price of the other quotes. Hadley was an absolute miracle to a lost 22-year old sweating in a broken down car. After the payment went through, Steve texted me: "Glad I was able to help you, remember....... there's no such thing as luck. Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity...... Hope to see you on the screen one day!!!" Thank you Hadley tow for employing genuinely good and efficient people. No one likes having to get towed, and I'm sure towing is a pain in the rear too. My Car was stuck at Autozone in Pico Rivera. I bought a new battery, When they went to swap it out. The battery cable snapped. And they couldn't replace it. I called AAA and Sal from Hadley tow arrived. Instead of just towing me. He swap out the cable clamp and diagnosed it was my alternator. These guys are crooks! I had my car stolen and went to pick it up from the tow yard and they wanted to charge me over $1,000. Although it was part fault of the Fullerton police station for not filing the proper paperwork they had no customer service and we're not willing to contact the police station or willing to help. I know they just want your money but there obviously was an error and refused to look into it. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Hope I never have to deal with these guys again. Makes me reconsider being a triple A member since these guys are the go to guys they use. read more

This experience went from an unfortunate experience to a great experience. My call was for a battery replacement. I waited over an hour, which is passed the timeframe AAA had texted me. Andre arrived 33 min after the arrival time. I continuously checked the tracker to see where Andre was, which was around the corner from where I waiting waiting. Clearly Andre was taking his sweet time to come to my rescue as my daughter and I waited for his arrival. I had to call AAA again since the driver Andre didn't want to help me out. Andre told me to call AAA again and have another driver come who carried batteries. I can't figure out why he couldn't have helped me? Andre failed to provide me with a new battery after he knew that my battery needed to be replaced after checking the battery with a battery tester. He failed to show me the battery results which is mandatory to show the AAA member. I waited over an hour for Andre to come help me, and all he did was jumpstart my car for me to get home. Andre told me he didn't carry batteries. That was clearly a lie, he had batteries in his Prius. It was clear to me that Andre needed to cut my service call short since his shift was almost over. He was so unprofessional. A new driver/battery technician, Nathan had arrived after I called AAA again (for the second time). Nathan went above and beyond by explaining the process step by step, showing me the printout of the bad battery/good alternator. He changed my battery with a proper sized battery. It didn't take no more than 10 minutes to replace, and another 3 minutes for paperwork. He apologized for Andre's poor work ethic. It's very clear that Andre does not care about his job or care to represent the company name, Hadley's Towing. Nathan informed me of my warranty and asked if I had any questions. He really cares about his customers, thanks again Nathan for all your help. I hope you won't get Andre and experience what I went thru. Nathan definitely deserves 5 stars! I will be following up with the company, and let them know about this horrible experience. read more

OK It was a few weeks ago. My old beater broke down and I called AAA. (Thank GOD for AAA) But they sent Jimmy and his trainee out. Both were nice, Hooked up and off we went. Was towing me from the rear and Jimmy noticed my front tires were acting weird. We pulled into a parking lot and Jimmy called his buddy/fellow employee to come with a flatbed. Jimmy offered me a drink and both him and his trainee stayed with me until the other guy had me hooked up. The flatbed guy was nice. Didn't get his name, but he bought me a Starbucks coffee and did a great job getting me in a parking spot on the street. If I was an undercover boss I would be proud of them and have to show my appreciation. Good job guys. read more

My car needed a jump for the 3rd time in two months. AAA said it would be about an hour, 45 mins later Renan called to let me know he was nearby. Showed up and was super awesome and nice! Have him some info on prev issues and he offered to have a battery guy come out to replace my battery. Since my battery was old I agreed and Nathan came by (even though he had just got back to the yard to go home). All in all in about an hour and a half I had a new battery for about $100.00 and super friendly service from both Ren and Nate! They are so good about updating you on your status and making you feel comfortable. My dad was all the way in DTLA when a women hit him and the car was inoperable. I didn't want him to have it sit in a yard in LA so instead Hadley drove alllllll the way to DTLA and gave my dad a ride home at midnight where the car sat closer to us and my dad was safe.
