I was stranded and asked for a tow. They advised I needed a flatbed and after an hour delay they stated it would arrive in 15-20 min. I have been waiting for 3 hours with no luck. I attempted to contact them and no one answered anymore. Horrible customer service, horrible response time, no assistance. Shouldn't even be associated with AAA services. read more

The absolute worst people on planet earth to deal with when you're in an already bad situation. My original ETA after being assigned to them by AAA for the tow to get my car unlocked at 2AM was 3AM. Then guy from dispatch says AAA was wrong and it will be 3:30. No show or call by 3:45 they say "5-10 mins away"...... 4:15 rolls around and I give them another call. Goes straight to voicemail. Call again, amanda wants to give us another 10min ETA.. but this time is "guaranteed" LOL. 5AM no show no call no update. 5:30 this asshole shows up with an attitude, doesn't check my ID or ask my name or even say hi. Jumps out- pops my door in 3 secs tells me, "stop talking- I don't want to hear it.." when I tell him I'm frustrated about the inaccurate ETA(s) and squeals away. The most unprofessional group of idiots in the game. Can't believe they're still a contractor for AAA and they should be relieved of that responsibility. The only reason they get 1 star is because he did successfully open my door. read more

Chris, truck #206, has renewed my faith in humanity. My key fob was locked in my car, and I was already running late for a very important appointment, and AAA indicated it'd be a half an hour wait. However, Chris was there in less than 10 minutes, completely friendly, and opened my door in less than 60 seconds! And he made sure my car started before he left. Very cool. My battery was dead and I used my Onstar for help. I waited the 35 mins and the driver tried to start my battery 3 short times and told me there was nothing he could do and left me and my two young girls in the parking lot. I called AAA which is what I should have done in the first place and Sam showed up. Right away he knew I needed a new battery and located one under the seat that I didn't even know was there. He called in for a new battery another driver showed up and he installed my battery right there in the spot. Everything went by fast which I needed because both my kids had the flu and I needed to get their medication. I was hesitant to have to spend $200 on the spur of the moment but he was patient with me while I made my decision and very cooperative. Great guy and Great Service! read more

Wonderful service from Feras driver #242, very professional and polite... Battery needed to be changed and he prorated the battery price accordingly. AAA needs more towing company like Hadley. We had a very bad experience from Vernola towing in Norwalk... the difference was night and day, keep up the great work we appreciate your great service Update: 1/22/20 Called AAA again because my other car did not start. Ofcourse, knowing what I know I requested Hadley to assist me. It took awhile but they kept me informed. Switched out my battery in no time and had my car started right up. He even helped me with the flat tire even tho he only normally does battery service. Horrible company& staff at the FULLERTON location. I only gave stars to be able to have this review made public. I called AAA at 1:15 pm and the tow company never showed up. The girl that answered the phone, all 3 times that i called back, stated the wait would be 90 mins EVERY TIME i called. Here we are 6:30pm and no one showed. Upon calling to see what happened they stated the driver SUPPOSEDLY called and No one picked up so they canceled my trip. Lies! No one ever called. I was referred back to AAA. Unbelievable how UNPROFESSIONAL this company can be. Keep in mind next time you call AAA request to know what tow Co they are sending. Beware of Hadley Tow, unless you want really shitty service or No service at all. read more

After a flat tire, AAA sent Jeremy from Hadley Tow to change the tire. Unfortunately, he was unable to due to the busy street I had to pull over on but went above and beyond to ensure the correct vehicle was sent, the driver would be able to find us, and that AAA got another driver to us ASAP. Jeremy even waited with me to make sure the next driver would find us and when Robert arrived they worked together to get the tire changed fast. They were both fantastic and made the entire process quick and painless. Thank you Hadley! read more

About two weeks ago I was in South County and needed a battery replacement. I called AAA and they sent out a tech from Dunivin's Towing Services in San Juan Capistrano who replaced the battery no problem- or so I thought. Today I was driving on the freeway between Mission Viejo and Norwalk. While driving, I notice my radio would turn off/on/off on its own. So I turned it off for a little bit then turned it back on- no biggie. No dashboard warning lights coming on. I'm good. I stopped in Buena Park for no more than two minutes. When I got back in to start my car-DEAD. No lights, no engine turning over...NOTHING. I thought to myself, "God please don't let it be the alternator, it has less than 100,000 miles." I called AAA and explained the situation. The customer service representative said they would send out a tech to test the battery, etc. The tech was David from Hadley Tow. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! David checked under the hood and said, "Well I found out what the problem is..." What was it you asked...the battery had become COMPLETELY DETACHED! Not only that, but it was the WRONG BATTERY for the make and model of my vehicle. The vents were not flushed so the leads weren't connected tightly enough to avoid falling off either way. Icing on the cake...the battery hold down wasn't re-installed so the battery was never secured to begin with. Overall it was lazy and poor installation on the other tech's part. David tested the battery and it was good. The battery is under warranty but since it was testing "good" he couldn't just replace it and I wasn't about to spend another $125.00 for a new battery... The good news and the whole point of this review is to point out that David from Hadley Tow is an exceptional worker. In my opinion, he definitely went above and beyond. Not only did he explain what was going on but he was very patient and offered me advice about what to do next. I called AAA back and spoke with another representative who confirmed with David the situation. AAA agreed to have David swap out the battery for no extra charge and they would file the complaint with Dunivin on my behalf. David had to leave and come back with a new battery but it was super quick. Overall, he is amazing. Obviously I don't wish for anyone to be stranded but if you are, hopefully you will be lucky as I was to have a person who is knowledgeable and cares about the quality of work they do. read more

Have no idea what this man's name is that came out to tow my car but rude is an understatement. It seems as if we caught him on his worst day ever, he physically threw a car jack across the floor unloaded our car then proceeded to say "Here is your f****** car." From the beginning he was rude and we barely spoke 2 sentences to the man for him to be worked up. Being stranded then having to deal with someone going through anger issues was the icing on my day. Shout out to Memo for helping me out with my car. Initially needed the car towed to a tire shop because I couldn't change out the wheel to the spare due to the lug nut sizes. I got into accident Sunday, Hadley tow came and took my car, Edger, who tow my car, told me he work with Geico insurance company all the time so I let him take my car. But later I found out they don't. I have told them to release the car to Pacific Elite in Fullerton, but they told me come down to their tow company to sign the release from. I went Monday and singed it. but they would not release my car to Geico because they can't find my paper work. This is Wednesday and still car is there, and we had to pay $65 every night for car storage fee. WTF. I am stress about accident already, I do not need more drama. Initial wait time was 3.5 hours and I was dreading the wait. Two minutes later, I get a call saying he's on the way (AAA, why you scare me like that?). 20 minutes later, Jimmy comes and starts going into trouble shoot mode. He accurately called what was wrong with my car (bad fuel pump) and took me to a mechanic he recommended. All in all, friendly and quick service which is what you want when you're in panic mode. Hopefully I never have to call these guys again, but if I do, I want Jimmy to come pick my car up again lol read more

My mom was driving on the road and she got a flat tire after driving over a big pot hole. Unfortunately, she had to stop of the side of the road because her tire completely blew out. It was scary because a lot of cars drive fast on this road. Luckily for us, Paul from Hadley Tow was able to help us out. My car had a flat but my car has a lock nut on the tire. I couldn't get it off because the key was striped. Called AAA but the guy from Hadley couldn't get it off and said I needed a tow. He called for a tow and said they would be there in 45 min. An hour later, I called AAA and they said there was no tow order but would send one immediately. Thank you Hadley for sending out Jimmy in the tow truck. He's prepared to tow me but looks at the lock nut and finds a way to get it off in a matter of minutes.
