I recently had an awful experience with this company at the end of October/beginning of November. I was in an accident and against my will the police called Hadley tow to move my car out of the way of traffic instead of allowing me to use the roadside assistance I pay for as part of my insurance. To take my car 0.6 of a mile cost me $175, does that sound like a reasonable amount? $29.16 per tenth of a mile, $291.66 per full mile?! No. And that's just the beginning. Upon my car being towed to the location I knew I would have to leave it there at least overnight so I asked about what fees are associated with the towing and storage of my car... I was told it would all be covered by my insurance despite having already told them that I only had liability and did not have collision. I was given absolutely no receipts, brochures, forms, just absolutely nothing except a generic business card upon leaving the business. I call them approximately 10 days later because my mom had been in the hospital and they inform me that I owe $855 in storage and towing fees. I was never told anything about the prices they charge and upon telling them this they insisted that they actually remembered telling me all the information the day of the accident. I had myself, my grandma, and my brother there that day and none of us were ever told anything about pricing even after questioning the employee. I did receive an invoice of sorts in the mail 6 days after the accident that stated prices but that's still 6 days too late. I would have moved my car from the lot the very next day if I had known but alas their deception lead to me having to pay up money that I could not afford to give. I would NEVER use this company again. Customer service was unreasonable, they are very unprofessional, and they are deceptive. read more

What a terrifying and horrific experience I had from this tow company Hadley I am 70 years old and I am a woman called Triple A at 3:30 needed a tow they said eta would be about an hour ok then An hour went by called the number Hadley gave they told me it will be another 2-3 hours called triple A ask for another tow they said they find me another but it was the same company they told me 6:25 they be there 7:30 comes nothing called Hadley told me they canceled cause no one was there I told them I have been there for 5 hours with my flashers on then they told me that they'll put another order in another 90min at 835pm finally a tow driver showed up I was on my phone with my son-in-law he's trying to keep me calm cause now I'm scared tried and upset it's almost 9 at night this driver didn't introduce himself nor did he even say anything to except to ask for my ID and why do I need a tow my engine died and it won't start. Then I asked are you going to take me home with my car and he said no cause I was being rude he left me there alone dark out at 9:00 at night no where to go and 5 miles from my home it might not seem far to some but for elderly woman it is and for me it's late triple A should not be associated with this company they are the worst people I've ever had to come across and the lies they tell and how they deal with their customers ! they don't deserve that star but I can't post this unless I push a star Believe me they Deserve NO stars they are a terrible company and people read more

Extremely thankful for my tow. My tire exploded on the freeway and was forced to pull over to the side of the rode where my car and myself were unsafe. Called Hadley, once they realized where I was and how unsafe the ramp was, they immediately sent a driver. My car was towed off the freeway within 15 min of me placing the call to them. The driver of that tow truck was a rude asshole who didnt give a shit about his customer or whatever i am to him. Luis was very kind and patient Wound made me feel like I was a human. He did not speak harsh to me like Olga or Olga today about 2:30 while in an emergency needing to pick up my grandkids. I am in a lot of pain and trying to get car situated before my surgery on Tue having to have a total knee replacement. I am dealing with a lot more and she just sent me over the roof with no compassion.And having to have her speak with disrespect was so frustrating. She must have had a very very terrible very bad day. I was thinking of not renewing with AAA. But Luis was so kind . Whoever hired him should get a raise . Spent our President's day with my Boyfriend's truck breaking down......again! We called AAA, Jimmy was sent to our rescue!
