False advertising on DoorDash. Refused to help. 0% customer service skills. Purchased 3 combo meals and none came with rice but were still priced high. Literally clicked what type of rice I wanted for all 3 combos and nothing came. Lady on the phone in the restaurant said they don't come with rice and rudely hung up the phone. I heard so many good things about this restaurant but the location stopped me from visiting. Finally I got over myself and stopped by to give them a try. The door was open and when I walked in I was greeted and welcomed in. There are photo menus and hand written menus all over the wall. They also have a bucket of colorful take with you menus and a stack of plain black and white menus at the register. What I quickly realized is that this restaurant does not limit menu options. I ordered a pork egg foo young and a large shrimp lo mein. The egg foo young blew my husband away. He loved every bite and feels that it is the best in the area. The gravy that went over the top of the egg foo young was very flavorful and not as thick as the other restaurants have. I liked the shrimp lo mein. We have been patronizing and recommending this establishment for the last few years and always had good fresh food there until the last months. 4 weeks ago we purchased Hawaii5 O and 4 egg rolls. The egg rolls were fine but the Hawaii5 O was not. It did not have any claims in it and instead some artificial crab meat which tasted rubbery and bad. The shrimp was also not as good and the flavor wasn't the same. We ended up throwing it out, Last night we got our usual Diced Chicken Cashew with vegetables and 4 egg-rolls. We open the egg roll package and 4 fried Chicken Wings were inside instead of egg rolls. The Chicken in the main meal was not diced and instead very long strips and the flavor wasn't good. My wife ended up getting sick on it so we threw it all out.
