I will not mention any names but there was a woman who would sit in the corner closest to the sink and always have something to say about my nail lady. Her customer could be sitting right infront of her and instead of focusing on her client she would criticize my nail techs work and rush her. Girl you're gonna get no where worrying about someone else's work when yours isn't even good. My nail tech takes her time and just because you want her to rush doesn't mean she has to. Everytime I saw any of your sets they were pretty mediocre tbh. Never returned because of her making me feel uncomfortable when I should be at peace. If ur coworkers customers are not upset at their own nail tech then mind your own business. kept in touch with my nail lady and am now following her else where. Unprofessional and rude to their employees and I have been there a couple of times. Another thing that annoyed me is why give me a loyalty card knowing I pay card stamp it one time then the next I returned say you'll only stamp if I pay cash. For the entire duration of my two-hour appointment, about five employees repeatedly cracked and snapped open large sunflower seeds in their shells on the salon floor, which is gross, unsanitary, unprofessional, and rude. I asked for it to stop because the noise was extremely disruptive, but they continued. There was laughing and staring in my direction as if they saw my irritation as amusement. I contacted management afterward, requested a call back, and sent an email hoping the issue would be addressed. After five days with no response, I decided to leave a review. I also had gems fall off my nails in less than 24 hours. I returned to have them fixed (improperly), but more fell off afterward, and employees were again eating sunflower seeds on the floor during that visit. If you care about professionalism, atmosphere, customer service, and how concerns are handled, just know my experience was disappointing. I put on my headphones so I could try to drown out the noise.

She's very clean, very meticulous and didn't break skin, she was very sweet and not in a hurry. Mom was so happy with her care and quality of work. Pricing is a bit higher than mom's previous place, so that's also where quality comes in and one-on-one care comes in as well with a private room in a spa environment.
