the prices are good but the place is just soo dirtly i cannot believe it. They use other people's towels, and scizzors..when i brought up the issue with them, she said this is a new scizzor but i saw it myself that she just used the same exact scizzor from the previous person without even cleaning it....Because it's in walking distance to my home, i sometimes go here but if i had a better place i would definitely go there instead. Also, none of the hair cut personnel know anything about layering or coloring hair that much. i highly recommend to go to somewhere mroe expensive but at least you know they can layer or color your hair properly. read more

My family has been coming here since we moved to Campbell about 15 years ago. Sandy is so good. Everyone is really professional and the place is clean. If you bring a picture Sandy can do it for you. The prices are very good, but over the years the place has become very popular. I used to just drop in no problem. They still take walk ins but it's better to make an appointment. read more

I moved to Campbell recently, needed to get root touch and did not want to drive long. So, I walked in to this store. Owner colored my hair really fast, kept on asking for nail but I was busy talking over phone. Since she was done fast, I asked if it was done thoroughly. This upsets her so much that she pulled me to show everything in mirror and stared shouting that I talk, don't pay attention and what not. I reminded her that it was a simple question but her dictatorship attitude did not stop there. After a while I told her that I will pay half since you color and I will go. She asked for full price, which I paid. She kept I lecturing me for that and at the end I got agitated too. After that she got super ugly. Horrible place, stay away. 0 customer service. read more

Eric is one of the best barbers in town.... hands down! He is extremely dedicated and passionate about his craft. He pays attention to detail and always goes an extra mile for all his clients. recently i took my sister to get a hair cut (the usual a-line) but this time when we told Sandy that she wanted the front a little longer she started arguing that it wouldnt work and we should let her make it shorter. finally when we thought we convinced her to do it the way my sister wanted she ended up butchering her hair it was incredibly uneven and extremely short. When we wanted her to fix it she refused and we had to argue with her boss as to why we werent happy. In the end she kept saying it was our fault but you better believe we got our money back and thats the last time I take my sister to her. If you want someone to cut your hair which ever way they feel like then go to Sandy otherwise steer clear. read more

An old lady (75yrs) goes in to get a pedicure. Enjoys the first pedicure, then decides to go in for another pedicure. The 2nd time, she is cut by the pedicurist, bleeding and then bandaged up by the Mgr. The old lady, pays them and then has to call her doctors office, because (as the pedicurist knew before working on her), she is diabetic. The nurse tells her to go out and get medicine to help with her pain ($8.50), then has to visit the doctor the next day ($25), and is prescribed medication ($25) for her to take four times a day, for the next three days. She then decides to go back and politely asks them to pay for the $50 that she ended up paying out, along with the $25 that she'd initially paid for the pedicure. Initially they say No and the old lady is being yelled at by all of the salon's workers; and they take photos of her foot, and her prescription - WHAT?? What are they trying to cover up? The manger proceeds to tell her that she isn't hurt - WHAT?? I ask the manager when she received her medical degree - the Manager shuts up after this. Etc., etc., etc.. In the end, the video I took shows the pedicurist admitting that she did cause the old lady to bleed and the $25 is returned to the old lady. Here is hoping that you all walk out of this place without having bled yourselves, have to visit the doctor and end up with a prescription to heal yourself from the pedicure you end up receiving... read more
