Not at all what I had wanted. I had showed them a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and gave them simple instructions it turns out they couldn't follow. Not only did they cut my hair way too short and tried to convince me it was the same as my photo, but they mocked me and said negative things about me. DO NOT recommend. read more

I've been going to Supreme Salon regularly for about a year. I get a haircut by Andy and a facial by Kim. I had my first real facial there for a special event, and now I get them regularly. Kim does a marvelous treatment of my skin. When I had tried a facial at a chain salon, they just put on a mask. Kim does a much more thorough treatment. It's amazing, especially for the price. And since I'm allergic to waxing, she uses tweezers to remove facial hairs. The price is also reasonable for the haircut from Andy. He's a good stylist and a really nice human being. read more

He was really nice and even shampooed my hair and gave it a nice cut with layers. I've been cutting two of my boys' hair since the pandemic. I'm not great and it takes forever so I Just took them here after several people recommended this place, Andy in particular but people have said other stylists are just as good. We needed hair cuts ASAP and Andy didn't have any appointments available so we just did a walk in. Both haircuts were terrible I had to fix both when we got home. Decided to take another chance and this time I set an appointment with Andy. My husband got there and was told they didn't have appointments and waited over 30 min to be seen by Andy. I had my hair cut here a month ago. It was $20.00 then when I wanted to pay they told me the fee was going to be $22.00. I bought a brush that was told last month was $12.00 now the owner wanted $13.00. When I told him last month it was $2.00 he said things go up. I bought the bush anyway! i've been coming here for 20 years and have had mixed results but it was cheap so I kept coming. But.. This last haircut by a new girl was the last straw. If you are able to book Andy, then I think you'll be pretty satisfied. But.. That is a rarity and I don't think I've ever even seen Andy do men's hair anyway. Poor customer service. I had an appointment with Lily to cut, color, and highlight my hair. She was very unprofessional. After she washed my hair, she had me wait 25 minutes with wet hair to work with two other customers who came after me. After 25 minutes of waiting with wet hair, I asked her, what's going on and she said the other people had appointments. I reminded her that I also had an appointment before them and I shouldn't have to wait with wet hair. She was rude, unapologetic, and ignored the fact that I had an appointment with her before the two other people. Also, they charge a 3% credit card surcharge and they don't tell you about this charge. I just noticed it on my receipt. Go somewhere else. read more

I've been crying ever since i stepped out of this place. I went into get my bangs trimmed. They had grown a bit and were getting in my eyes. I walk in and a guy tells a woman to trim my bangs to which she responds in their language, clearly unhappy. I showed her 5 pictures, 4 pictures of me and 1 of a model to make sure she understands that i want the sides a tiny bit longer. She then started butchering my bangs and i mean it when i say buthering. The lady sitting next to me was shocked, even the owner was kind of looking at me like " what the heck has happened". I would've done a much much better job myself! So furious over this. If your staff is not professional, then don't ruin people's appearance for some 7$. I've been going to this salon for 5 years now and getting my hair cut by Andy. He takes great pride in his work and does an excellent job every time. I've changed hairstyles a couple times and he can work with either a picture or me simply describing how I'd like my hair to look. I can call and make an appointment and Andy will get me in either same day or within the next day or two. I haven't gotten my hair cut by any of the other stylists, but I have no doubt they are all equally as good. I would highly recommend this salon. I've never had a bad experience there. read more

You get what you pay for I suppose. Went in to get a trim and some layers and came out looking like a man from the 80's. My hair was COMPLETELY butchered. You know it's bad when you come home and your HUSBAND says "OMG what happened to your hair?!" I went to a different salon (paid $60 instead of $15) and she was horrified also. Said she couldn't even figure out what the stylist at Supreme Hair was trying to do. My longest layer was 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair... I looked like I had a mullet. Went here for my haircut a few weeks back and damn, I realized that my hair just never flowed so well in my life. LET ME BE CLEAR: 1. I don't pay more than $15 for a hair cut. 2. I am male. 3. I have short... excuse me, SHORT hair. I am something of a cheap cut connoisseur. I've been to Great Clips, Super Cuts, Fantastic Sam's, Haircuts & More Too (uh huh) and sundry other barber shops. Generally speaking, when you work the $10 circuit, you take certain risks - not unlike gambling. For example, at a Super Cuts in Santa Fe, a woman in a clown suit cut my hair. She was also drunk, and I wound up shaving my head. Yes, I let a drunk clown near my head with scissors, now move on. At Supreme Hair Styling, I never get the racetrack jitters. I've been here dozens of times, had my hair cut by most of the stylists, and I've had maybe one poor cut. The girls here listen to your requests, and they take their time. The extra time they spend is HUGE. Unlike the 5 minute Great Clips time trial, the Supreme stylists make sure that everything is perfectly even, groomed, and to my liking. By my limited criteria, that's perfection. They charge $11 for a standard men's cut. I'd pay more. read more

Needed a quick trim and my regular fabulous gal that does my hair (Jessica Russo..check her out here on Yelp) wasn't able to fit me in real quick last minute. I remembered a friend of mine telling me she goes to SHS to get her hair cut. She always has a super cute bob...so I thought I would give them a shot. Bad Idea! So I walk in and the "owner" i'm guessing he was...looks up and mumbles something. I said pardon me and he repeated himself "what you need". Just a trim. There were two gals working who had great hair and looked like they were doing a great job on their clients. Figured I would have to wait a few for them. I was wrong. There was a little "auntie" cleaning up...looked like she usually does nails. The owner calls her over and she tells me to come sit. Then she asks me "what you want"...ok...just a tiny trim...my hair is thick..it's grown out a bit...please make the back even and a little bit of blending on the side. I have a pretty sever A-line cut. After explaining this to "auntie" 3 more times...and everyone just looking at me like I'm crazy...and the other "Professional" gals don't step in to help...we are ready to get started. "Auntie" picks up a pair of training scissors...like the kind you first get at Beauty School. Round tips and not very sharp. Yeah...that was my cue to leave. I apologized and told her never mind...i'm sorry for wasting her time and took off. I don't know how my girlfriends hair comes out so cute every time...but I can't believe this place actually generates any business/revenue. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here to lighten my hair from a medium brown to a caramel color..nothing that was too big of a deal (or so i thought). I was there for 7, i repeat 7 hours!! The owner was the one doing my hair so I thought I would be in good hands, but I was so wrong. First, he left the hair stripper on my head for too long and my scalp began to burn. When I told him that it was burning he just told me that was normal and that it needed longer. He then had me get out of his chair so he could work on someone else. After rinsing the stripper out of my hair, he had me sit and wait while he finished another client. Once back in his chair, he handed me the blow dryer and told me to dry my own hair! Once he finally came back, he started to put the bleach in, which he also got on my forehead. I then had to get out of his chair again so he could take another client. After my dye had processed he rinsed my hair and had be sit and wait some more while he finished his other client. Once I was back in his chair he handed me the blowdryer yet again and told me to dry my own hair. I finally left the salon with a good color, but a burning and itching scalp. Supreme hair salon is one of the best places i have ever been to. I have been going here since i was a little girl and some of the hair stylists i would recommend would be Lori, Andy(the owner), and Tina. They always make my hair look so amazing and im always so satisfied with the end result. If you wanna get your hair done you should get it done here because the staff is really nice and its pretty cheap. Some people say that the staff isnt nice but i think that its just cause of their personal lives so we shouldnt be so quick to judge. Out of the three people I recommended i would say that Tina is the nicest and she makes you fall in love with the end result, shes really good at womens and mens hair so if any of the other stylists are busy you should ask for Tina. read more
