This spot is in a shopping mall center, and is a little tucked away. Free parking, in case you were wondering. Service was passable, but only just. Took a minute to get my order placed with the waitress, but because she was the only one working, I give them grace. But at the end of the day, it was not a full shop, so there isnt a lot of reason to have any waiting. Tokotsu ramen - pretty good ramen. The broth was flavorful, and the bowl was packed with flavor. Yaki gyoza (pork) - were good, pan fried and had a nice tange of flavor. Geso fry (squid legs) - they were only okay. Probably wouldn't get them again honestly. They were more chewy than I would have anticipated. They had around 5 pieces and even though there weren't that much, they were a very nice size. Brussel sprouts - were not what you would expect. They have several half sprout pieces that are basically tempura. They come with a ketchup like sauce (actually it probably was ketchup). They didn't taste like there was much seasoning. As of the chef only fried them, and that's it.

Dine-in: Saturday 5/27/23 12:30p I stopped by Hajime for quick lunch. The restaurant was not that busy. Menu accessed thru a QR code. The ramen here is average. The broth is rich, but a bit salty. The noodles are fresh and perfectly cooked. They have different selections of ramen broth base, but at the time there was only pork broth available. Each ramen entree come with slices of pork and and a perfect cooked soft boiled egg. I like that they offered other options like rice bowl, curry and a lot of variety of appetizers. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, foods was average, service staff is pretty good, restaurant atmosphere is casual.

Service was good but food mediocre. The noodles were okay but rich broth a bit above average. Pork and edamame were good. Eggs were erratic. We ordered extra eggs and one had shell on it. One was hard boiled. Two were so soft boiled the inner egg was raw rather than runny. Ambiance was very nice, and did come at what appears to be an ff time, but didn't expect very loud deliveries at one PM on a Saturday through the middle of the eating area.

I dined at Hajime for lunch on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 12:30 pm. The restaurant was pretty empty when I went, but got busier a half hour later. Ambience: The restaurant had an industrial design with the unfinished slab floors, exposed ceilings, and Edison light bulbs. The kitchen is exposed with the glass windows. Super casual chill vibes here. Food: The menu was pretty simple and straightforward. There is a standard selection of ramen that already comes with an egg and sliced pork. Additional toppings were available at a charge if you want to customize your bowl further. I had the spicy miso ramen, which I thought was a little salty. I liked that the noodles tasted fresh. The egg was slightly undercooked as I'd prefer it to be medium-boiled instead of the yolk being a little runny. The egg was also not marinated enough, if not, at all. I think nori seaweed should be a standard topping for all ramen, which was missing from the ramen bowl. The octopus ball takoyaki tasted flavorful and pretty much equal to other takoyaki I've had at other Japanese restaurants. Service: Our server was friendly, attentive, and professionally answered our questions about the menu. Waters were refilled and the food came out in reasonable time. Overall, I think the ramen could be slightly improved in terms of balancing the flavor in the broth. Service was excellent.

We stumbled upon this ramen spot while in the Buckhead area, and I'm happy we did! Hajime's ramen was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor, freshness and spice. We tried their takoyaki, kimchi chicken ramen, chicken buns and ultra spicy ramen (level 1). The restaurant was pretty chill, service was good, plenty of parking!

Back to overindulge at one of my favorite restaurants! The service is always wonderful. It's spacious and peaceful and there are gender neutral restrooms if you're into that. The honey miso ramen is just as delicious as when I first tried it. Of course I got the buns and pork chasyu.

Go here right now !!!! I found this cute hole in the wall place from TikTok and let me tell youuuuuu. I did not disappoint, the service was so good I'm definitely coming back to this place. The atmosphere was amazing and just homey. The food was the best part, everything they made it's like the made it with love and perfected it. We had the Kani No Ebi Maki that was so perfectly combined and buns and I believe we got the Ultra Spicy LV 5 and the Tonkotsu Ramen.

Awesome ramen in Atlanta! I first heard about them when I was camping in the smokys and a group of campers were planning on driving an hour out of the way to have their ramen on the way home... I knew I had to try it if it was that serious lol. Fast frwd a few yes later and I finally got tge chance.. and they did not disappoint! I got the ultra spicy ramen with a heat level of 2 and it was perfect! My friend got the tonkotsu and she loved it! My wait is finally over and it easily met my expectations!

I was actually heading to rain sushi but for some reason their doors were locked. I think goodness they were because it led me to go to Hajime for lunch. Tucked right in the corner of the Briarcliff shopping center is this hidden gem. Upon entering I was greeted by my server instantly I also noticed the restaurant was much more spacious than I anticipated. I was told to sit wherever and decided to best see that the house was at the bar. Initially the QR menu was not working for me so I asked the waiter what he recommended for an appetizer and he said the kani no ebi maki... Of course I had no idea what that was but it's shrimp wrapped in cucumber topped with a crab mix and a spicy Mayo sauce on top. It was delicious! I inquired about alcohol and my waiter told me about go to fridge and pick what I thought looked good. Well I was in luck because I found a lychee seltzer that was perfect not too sweet. I wish they sold those in stores. For my entrée I already knew based on the name that I was getting the stir fried kimchi Ramen with the spicy noodles. If you're wondering it was not really spicy at all. But the flavor was absolutely delicious and to my surprise the chicken was cooked perfectly. That dish was The perfect size and hit the spot the noodle to ingredient ratio was spot on as well. I could definitely see myself going back to try some of the other things they have on the menu since my initial experience was so great.

This review is for takeout only. We ordered over the phone at 8:10 on a Sunday night and it was ready in 15 minutes. Staff is wearing masks. Here's what we got: - Tori Ramen ($12): The broth was super good. Loved the fried onions and soft boiled egg. There was kale instead of spinach, but I didn't mind. - Tonkotsu Ramen ($11): My husband really enjoyed his ramen. It was packaged really nicely for takeout. The bowl with the ingredients was big enough to pour all the broth into when we got home. For the price, the portion, and the taste, we would definitely order from here again!

This is absolutely the best ramen in Atlanta. We have been coming here since their first week and let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. The staff is super friendly and remember us and what we order. Casual dining in a non-stuffy atmosphere. Highly recommended. Pictured: Cabbage Ramen and Ultra Spicy Level 3

    Seafood Ramen

Hand-made ramen noodles freshly made in the restaurant. Cooked by passionate chef and served by polite staff. Tonkotsu Ramen (pork belly), Seafood Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen were both delicious and filling. House made Kimchi was a surprised bonus. Takoyaki was great too! 8 balls for $10 making it both the best deal in town. Ume Ice Tea was as refreshing as can be. Overall very fair pricing overall as well. Highly recommended.

My food was fresh made to order, very good flavor. I had been craving a authentic noodles for a while and finally found a place that I'd recommend. Super nice service and a clean environment. Thank you

I hadn't been back in almost two years and unfortunately, this visit just didn't hit the same for me. I ordered the same spicy Tonkotsu ramen I had before, but it tasted completely different this time. I remember the noodles being very fresh and the broth having a much richer flavor. This visit honestly reminded me a little of Jinya's ramen, which personally isn't my favorite style. The broth almost tasted creamy, like milk had been added. Maybe not, but it just didn't taste as fresh to me with a deep flavor as before. Someone also recommended the Okiboru buns, and I wasn't too impressed with those either. I originally wanted the braised ribs, but TikTok hype convinced me otherwise, so that part is on me. Looking back, I think the ribs or even the panko shrimp probably would've been the better choice. The shrimp is my normal app so I take fault for the switch up. Overall, I'd still say give it a try for yourself because everyone's taste is different. There are a lot of ramen spots around Atlanta now, though, and this visit just didn't leave me as impressed as my previous ones did. Just being honest.

There are a limited number of free parking spaces, but there's also a parking garage conveniently located right next to the restaurant. The restaurant was clean, and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Since there were only about three occupied tables, we had our pick of seating. The menu is accessed through a QR code, but I appreciated that they also provide a tablet for guests who prefer not to (or can't) use their phones. The service was excellent. Our server took the time to explain the menu, answer questions, and clarify which substitutions were available. Hands down, the best gyoza I've had in Georgia. The wrappers were perfectly crisp with a juicy, flavorful filling that disappeared far too quickly. I ordered the Hot Miso Ramen, and it arrived looking just as incredible as it tasted. The vibrant crimson broth was topped with tender slices of pork chashu, a perfectly marinated jammy egg, sweet corn, scallions, sesame seeds, and seasoned ground pork, creating a bowl that was as visually inviting as it was delicious. Despite the name, the spice level was approachable; it added warmth without setting my mouth on fire. The broth was rich, savory, and layered with flavor. I'm usually not a fan of pork ramen, so I ordered the chicken karaage to add to my meal, but it honestly wasn't necessary. The pork was exceptionally tender, well-seasoned, and completely changed my opinion of pork ramen. My daughter ordered the Hangover Cure Ramen, which was equally impressive. It was soothing, deeply savory, and comforting; the kind of meal that warms you from the inside out. It was lighter than my bowl but still packed with flavor, making it the perfect choice if you're looking for something nourishing without sacrificing taste. We finished with a mochi ice cream. While it was refreshing and served as the perfect palate cleanser after such a savory meal, I do think it's a bit overpriced considering it's a single piece. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. From the warm hospitality and attentive service to the beautifully presented, flavor-packed food, E Ramen exceeded our expectations. Whether you're a ramen enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this spot is absolutely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back.

We walked into a modern, energetic space that feels approachable whether you are stopping in for a casual lunch or settling in for dinner. The atmosphere is polished without being overly formal, with a layout that works well for both quick meals and longer visits. The energy in the room stays lively, but the service keeps things moving smoothly enough that you never feel rushed. The signature ramen and Dark Knight ramen are among the restaurant's most talked-about dishes, both built around rich broths and deeply savory flavors. We tried the signature bowl and found the broth well balanced, with a depth that comes from proper technique and quality ingredients. The Dark Knight brought a more intense profile, with layers of flavor that built with each spoonful. The lobster ramen and wagyu ramen add a more indulgent twist, while the Dirty Vegan ramen has developed a following of its own thanks to its creamy broth and unique spinach noodles. The variety across the menu means you can explore different styles across multiple visits without feeling like you are repeating the same order. Part of what makes E Ramen stand out is its ability to cater to different preferences without making anyone feel like an afterthought. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diners will find several options designed specifically for them rather than simple menu modifications. The service tends to match the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere, with staff who are knowledgeable about the menu and willing to guide you through the different options without being pushy. The pacing of the meal was comfortable, and the team checked in at the right moments to make sure everything was to our liking. Rather than relying on a single signature dish, E Ramen succeeds because of its range. Whether you are craving a classic bowl, a richer specialty ramen, or one of the restaurant's well executed vegan options, it offers enough variety to keep both first time visitors and regulars coming back to explore more of the menu. The quality holds up across the board, making it a destination that delivers on its reputation without feeling like it is trying too hard to impress.

I got a tofu rice bowl, which I typically don't get and it was delicious! I asked if the salad could be put on the side rather than in the bowl and was given a full side salad that I wound up mixing into my rice lol. I also added broccoli to the bowl, which I probably wouldn't do again because it was pretty bland, but overall the bowl was good. Now the vegan dumplings... were FANTASTIC! We shared the dumplings and everyone agreed that they were easily the best thing that we had eaten the whole day. The green color threw me off at first, but the crispiness and texture of the dumpling was amazing. I would love to go back and try the ramen to see how it measures up, but again, great experience. Also, when you are paying the check, they bring you a small bucket full of dum dum lollipops, which I thought was a great touch. Me and my adult guests all left like happy children, which is exactly how eating out should make you feel.
