    Nam Tok Beef($18.95)
    Giao O.

Amazing Thai restaurant with a good selection of local dishes including boat noodle and Yum Woon Sen. I was happy to find this place because not a lot of Thai resto offers refreshing Yum Woon Sen to enjoy in the summer. Another highlight is their Nam Tok Beef with juicy and tender pieces. Their place is kinda small, but still a good place to hang out.

10/5 experience. Absolutely incredible! We ordered the spicy chicken panang curry, medium chicken pad thai, mango sticky rice, and thai tea. The panang curry had a beautiful flavor that was rich with spices and heat. The mango sticky rice is to die for, delicious mangoes that are perfectly ripe, not to sweet or dense. Everything we ordered came out very fresh and super hot which was great. The restaurant itself is really cutely decorated with a beautiful mural and thai decor. Service was really fast, we were there close to closing time and everything came out quickly. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend to anyone who wants thai.

Located in plaza with tons of spots to eat. Taqueria del sol and Starbucks on each side. Be careful finding parking. Not everyone is cautious. Menu is good. Covers all appetites. I don't eat octopus, but they have an interesting appetizer if you're an octopus lover. Where this place shines is the service. I was asked in a great way about spice level. They have several. Inside is quaint and intimate, decor is themed beautifully. I ordered the popular drunken man noodle, spicy with tofu and loved it.

TLDR: excellent food, great service My favorite Thai place since moving to Atlanta last year. The quality of the food and service are high and consistent. The menu and decor changed since the first time I came but it appears more streamlined and service remains great. Boat noodles are now available only as a special but still good when available. The khao soi is excellent and also only available as a special. All the other items are consistently good and reasonably priced. There's not a ton of seating but usually that's not an issue.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The khao soi with chicken was amazing. The chicken was really tender and everything tasted fresh. I will be back. The tempura was fried perfectly. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and it's quiet.

Bangkok Street Food is a relatively new restaurant in a popular shopping plaza in Brookhaven. My husband and I passed it numerous times, and we finally stopped in for a very late lunch one Saturday. We were the only patrons dining in, but I did see a lot of to go orders being placed. The host and server was very pleasant and made us feel welcomed. The inside of the restaurant was as very cozy and a perfect spot for a cute date. From The painted murals on the wall, to the relaxing cafe music, I loved the ambiance. For food, my husband and I ordered several dishes: we shared a Papaya Salad which was divine! For entrees, he ordered the Crab Fried Rice, and I ordered a Thai Noodle dish. Both were very good, but the Crab Fried Rice was some of the best I've had! It had so much lump crab meat and the flavor was so fresh. I hope this place stays around for a while, because it is a much needed addition to that area. We'll be back soon!

Loved this new Thai addition to the Chamblee area! The intimate setting was perfect for our family of four who tried a little bit of everything and nothing disappointed! The curry puffs were light and fluffy, and the pork gyoza dumplings were definitely made fresh in the back and came out nice and hot. Both the Thai fried rice with chicken and veggies and masaman curry with chicken were delightful with tons of flavor. Topped it off with a solid recommendation by our great server of the coconut ice cream which was surprisingly superb. Great and attentive service throughout. Looking forward to our next visit soon!

Chicken Drunken Man Noodle, Tofu Pad Thai, and Green Curry with Tofu

Bangkok Street Food is a small restaurant serving big flavors! I heard about this spot on a Facebook group for Asian food in Atlanta. It was being complimented by Thai people so I knew I had to check it out. It is located in a plaza so parking can be a hit or miss as there are a lot of shops and restaurants next door or nearby. Moreover, there are not a lot of tables inside due to the tiny space. However, there are beautiful graphics on the wall that gives it a kind of "street food" and "night market" vibe. The service was nice and our food came out quickly, but we were one of the only customers dining in. My friends and I got the Chicken Drunken Man Noodle, Tofu Pad Thai, and Green Curry with Tofu. Specifically, I got the Chicken Drunken Man Noodle at medium spice and it was delicious! The aroma that came from the dish delighted my tastebuds and the spice level was perfect for me. The noodles and chicken were very tender and coated well in the sauce. As for the other dishes, my friends enjoyed their food! I see that this place has mixed reviews, but I personally enjoyed my food. I would encourage people to give places like this a try! This might be my favorite spot for Thai food in Atlanta... at least for drunken noodles.

Bangkok street food never disappoints. The host is always so sweet and friendly. The ambiance and decor transport you to Thailand. Our favorites here are the Fried Rice ( all of them! ), Chicken Sa-Tay and the Mamasan Curry!

To each their own experience, but I loved everything about this place. With the reviews not being too stellar on here, I didn't have high expectations going in. The chicken pad Thai was very unique, and it's something I was pleasantly surprised about. It sort of reminded me of the one I had in Thailand. The noodles were of a different kind and had a unique flair that wasn't so cookie cutter feel from one Thai restaurant to another. This different noodle type made the ingredients meld together nicely. The nam tok beef wowed me along with the pad Thai. I'm usually whatever with beef dishes, but tasting this widened my eyes -- that wowing moment. It was super juicy, and flavorful. There was something on top of the beef that gave it a crystalized crunch and elevated the dish even more for me. The Thai papaya salad was surprisingly the spiciest but still very bearable as I can't withstand that much heat. But with this and most of other dishes being at a medium spicy level, it was tasty and flavorful without making you cry. Our friend said to definitely get this, and it did not disappoint. The chicken green curry at a medium spice level was decent to me. The hubs did like it, but he said another spot did it a little bit better. I thought the curry was a little watered down. The flavors were good, but it felt too weak and not strong in its flavor profile. Overall, the food with wowing moments, vibe, business aesthetic and somewhat price brings my experience to 5 stars.

10/10 service, Thai selection, and beautiful setup. Bangkok Street Food had great quality grilled steak, spring rolls, and mango sticky rice! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Atlanta again.

I'm not certain why all the Mixxed reviews with this place but I enjoyed it. I can say that I didn't try many things this time but what I did have was amazing the soup and the puffs were so flavorful. I love Thai food so I was very excited to try this place. I will be trying more things next time. I noticed a lot of people were getting takeout, but the inside of the restaurant is very cute. I love the decor even the plates and silverware were cute. Service was fast and precise. I will go back to try more items on the menu.

Super cute Thai restaurant with great service and food. We loved everything we got. Highly recommend the Thai green tea (perfect amount of pandan flavoring!) and mango sticky rice, as well as drunken noodle! We'll def be back to try the coconut ice cream among other things!

The restaurant was clean, and we were able to be seated right away. There was a steady flow of people to include take out but it didn't feel overwhelmingly busy. The waitstaff was excellent and made sure we fully understood how the menu worked. Our food was delivered promptly and all at one time. New Lan Zhou Noodle is one of the restaurants in the China Town food court. It's pretty popular due to their freshly made daily pulled noodles. Pre-pandemic, you used to be able to see them do it behind a glass screen. Now, you cannot see the back kitchen. Hubby and I ordered a noodle dish each (him was Seafood and mines were Short Ribs) along with their soup dumplings (that they're known for) and Twisted Cruellers. Food took very long to make, but it's understandeable. Bowls were very big and full. Meats looks good, but the white broth did not look good at all. We took a spoonful of broth to start off with without adding any condiments and OMG...no flavor at all! We were thoroughly disappointed. The meats part were good and tender (though again, no flavor), but most disappointing was that even with condiments, the broth was bland. We kept on saying to each other that we will not order from here again. The noodles were just okay. Nothing earth shattering about it. Twisted cruellers tasted like it was just heated from a frozen one. I didn't get to taste the soup dumplings because we were running late for appt since the foods took so long and had to pack it to-go. I can't really comment on that. I will not order from here again and would like to try the surrounding stalls around it.

My only issue: inconsistent filling. I've been back for the dumplings specifically, and some days... they'd be rather light. It was quite disappointing to have a dumpling that's 70% wrapper, and I should've taken a pic honestly... but it still tasted good (oop). The other food options are pretty good too, except the curry, which I found ok at best. It was kind of bland in comparison to everything else I tasted. Not actually "Szechuan Spicy" as it states and the curry was a little thin. If something says mala though, believe it... to a degree. Not as tongue numbing as others I've had, but you can still feel it. OH! You have to pay for your rice though. It does not come with and is $2 for each bowl you want. Never before have I had to pay for steamed white rice, but ig it's a first for everything. Dining in here is a bit similar to ordering take away. You have to scan a QR for the table to place your order, which you pay for ahead of time, before your food is made and brought out to you. There isn't much service besides someone getting you a drink. I don't think it's really worth sitting down and eating there, and if you wanted food here, I would only truly recommend the dumplings like I was.

She made a rich golden chicken noodle soup and sealed in the flavor, heat, and aroma with a layer of chicken oil; and packed the other ingredients separately so that her husband could have a fresh meal as he studied. This dish and style of preparation/presentation eventually became known as Crossing-the-Bridge noodles and is categorized as an intangible cultural heritage for the region. Similar to hot pot, you're supposed to cook the individual ingredients in the hot broth when it all comes out; however, the pot isn't constantly cooking and it should all go in when it arrives at the table. The original broth is really flavorful, while remaining delicate and hearty, and all the various components go well together. The only thing is that the broth does cool down relatively quickly once you start putting in all the other ingredients, so some things weren't as hot as I would've liked. But, overall, I enjoyed my experience! Service was wonderful and there's always parking in this plaza.

Everything came out on real dishes--not to-go boxes--which I loved. You order and pay at the counter, grab a seat, and they bring the food out to you. Now let's talk about the food... DELICIOUS. The spice level was just right--flavorful with a nice kick, but not overpowering. If you like it hotter, you can definitely add more heat, but I was perfectly satisfied as is.
