Anyway I found myself trying to locate two Tee-Unions that needed today, but most of the Truck Parts Dealers in Tyler all closed at 5:pm or earlier. I found Rush Truck Center in Tyler, TX to open until 7:30 and it was on my way out of town. What I found was the "Shop" is open until 7:30 but "Parts" closes at 6:PM normally. I said "normally", as pulled into their parking lot Chris was locking the door and heading out. I called out to him that I was need of a couple connectors, he turned around opened the door and told me to come in. He opened the parts department to a non-commercial truck owner, a guy with a small motorhome that needed a couple of inexpensive parts. They recommended two places, the other shop, who eventually repaired the issue, didn't call us back. Until I called begging after being deserted by Rush. So first, the first guy arrived without the proper plug-in for testing. Based on a guess, he sent the TCM, transmission control module, out to be repaired. This was after he borrowed a pad and tried it. It was not the TCM. That company cleared the code and sent it back. This took two weeks. Next, they tried another pad. Each time, I had given them the trouble shooting guide to determine the issue. The 2nd man they sent went through half of the guide and determined it was wiring. He was directed to borrow a 2nd pad and try it, then take it back. He had said he was being sent somewhere else where the next day. He left everything unwrapped and disconnected. We didn't realize no one was coming back until I received a call to pay the bill by entering my credit card into a website. No bill, no explanation of what was done, nothing!! Not only did they not take correct actions to determine the issue, but when they couldn't, they just threw their hands up and gave up without

So far, it's needed an oil change because that hadn't been done since April, a newly installed fender has come off and broken air lines because they don't understand the concept of how to attach these, multiple lugs have come off, they installed the light/liscense plate holder piece on the back of the truck on upside down, a check engine light for water in the fuel on, which was "fixed" while he was still there is on, and now it's getting towed because the whole thing is dead. These people are complete scammers that sell junk equipment and I intend to review them everywhere I can.

I purchased this Big Tex dump trailer new from an authorized Big Tex dealer near me in early 2025…read more I purchased it for the purpose of hauling bark to my property, after one load of bark the powder coat int he bed of the trailer began chipping off in large chips. Upon further inspection, there are shoe prints in the powder coat, as if someone walked on it prior to being cured. My two month old trailer is beginning to rust due to the large powder coat chips being gone. I have spoke to the dealer who sold me the trailer and have spoke to the corporate office, providing pictures and videos of the bed of this trailer. The warranty department admitted that it could be a bad powder coat job, but have not made attempts to resolve the issue. At this time, after many back and forth emails and phone calls, I have decided to let people know that Big Tex does not stand behind their products. They have made no attempt to resolve the issue.
