    House special

As someone who has gone around to the majority of viral "best smash burger" places, this is the best. Everything is proportioned perfectly. Crispy edges, thin patty, fresh ingredients, never soggy, all the flavors blend perfectly, and everyone working there is amazing, especially Carlos!!! The only burger that survived for a picture is his house special burger which was unbelievable. All the sauces are made in house and taste like nothing I've had before in the best way possible. You KNOW somewhere is the best when they legit have only one thing on their menu. Side note: best onion rings and the sauce with them omg

You know it's a local staple, when the people start coming in right at opening time! Ordering at the front was a little difficult, but the food was good 3 classics 2 singles 1 double crispy outer edge for the patties 1 onion ring very crispy, comes with sauce 1 loaded fries, cheese was very rich, good for cheese lovers, and maybe not for non cheese lovers There was a mistake with the order total, but he helped correct it and did not show attitude, very good. My friend saw this place on YouTube. Very simple ambiance, sit in bar style, and mainly togo orders

Was craving smashburgers and stopped by this spot. It's small and cozy with some bar seating. Regular: We got the regular smashburger and it was honestly pretty decent. Nothing too special but the green sauce they leave out at the seating really helps with cutting the fat. Wisconsin: Similar to the regular but with butter. Honestly was too greasy for me and it was a little sweet? Western: This was my personal favorite. Nice and hearty and the fixings were yummy. I wish the fried onion was a little crispier to provide some more texture. Loaded Fries: A riff on animal style fries from in n out. They're a bit saucier bc of the cheese sauce. I think the onions could be a little more caramelized. Fries: Regular standard fries. Crispy and a classic. Overall, not a bad spot but nothing amazing in all honesty. I'd come back if i'm in the area craving a smashburger but wouldn't go out of my way. Pricing on a double is confusing and inconsistent; choosing a double at the top might be pricier than just adding an extra patty in the add ons section or vice versa.

Buttery Wisconsin burger- trust me, heaven

I don't know where the juiciness ends and the greasiness begins and guess what? I don't care! We ordered the Wisconsin (add butter, well yeah ok!) and Oklahoma burgers, doubles, and eased into a burger coma with sublimely delicious onion rings. And HP sauce? Where have you been since I lived in PA three states ago? Epic Come here. We got takeaway and it was beautiful. Friendly staff, highly recommend, open later.

I was passing by Hamburger Project and luckily parked right in front. So I made a point of waiting in line. Order at the kiosk and wait for your number to be called. The smash burger was aright, nothing out of the ordinary. The double classic $10.89 was kind of small. The fries $4 were crispy. The food comes out fairly quick with only 3 guys working the line. Bar seating only, not good for big groups. Street parking

This is a pretty no frills burger joint with decent prices. I had a single patty smash cheese burger and fries. The burger was hella solid. I also loved the house hot sauce on both the fries and burger.

If you can get past the drama with the owner, this has got to be one of the best burgers you can get in the area. I'm obsessed with the butter burger, super umami and perfectly warm and gooey. There's just one cashier and diner style seating. It's fast casual ambiance with a clean chic atmosphere. I'd come here for a meal before a show at the independent, absolutely stellar date night material. Can't wait to come back and sit in for their cheese fries.

This place has been on my list for a few months when Epik High filmed a food vlog here. My partner and I came here for lunch during happy hour so we tried one of their happy hour special and then ordered a Wisconsin burger. For the happy hour special, we added another patty to make it a double double. I will say I might've enjoyed it better if it was hotter. Its weird because we see them cook everything in front of us so not sure why the burger taste lukewarm lol. The yuzu bottle sauce the employee told us to use honestly made the burger have more of a speciality. The fries weren't anything special but super crispy. Parking is mainly street parking so it can get busy on weekends!

    Added Jalapeños for $1 extra

Very underwhelming burger and so overpriced. Will not be back unfortunately. The fact that I have to pay $2 extra for tomato and lettuce on my tiny burger that already costs so much? No thanks. Also very misleading pricing - their website says extra sides of patties are 2.25 each and online ordering they're 3.50 each. 3 stars because the guy working was friendly and nice and the burger was ready very quickly.

This place is a hit!! Great location, good vibes, and amazing food!! I will happily go back anytime!

Quick and yummy! We were looking for something nearby the square, and stumbled upon this spot. The burgers were basic, but still good! I added jalapeños to mine and it was a good kick. Workers are friendly and we hardly waited to get our food. It's just a bar facing the kitchen, so there's not a ton of seats. But it seems people just eat and go.

Yeah this is a great go-to burger joint. Good price, interesting burgers without it getting too crazy. The peppers and onions in the Oklahoma burger were awesomeee, usually I don't like peppers but they did it right. Fries were chill, could've had a more fun seasoning but guess that means I need to try the loaded fries!

    Western bacon burger (special)

Small little spot but food comes out quickly. The flavors are great. The staff are very friendly and goofy! I do wish they had sauces like ketchup or bbq available. They give you ketchup packets but 3 for 2 burgers and a side of fries isn't enough. It's also hard to eat as there's no where to put the ketchup if you're eating fries. They do have this yuzu sauce on the counter but I didn't really think it paired with this style of burger. I wish they were more generous with the bbq on the western burger as I think that is what partially makes the burger! I would definitely come back but get it as togo so I can bring it home and enjoy more sauce and have a plate to put the items on.
