What made the experience even more frustrating was the amount of back-and-forth between the staff and the owner. BLAME GAME! The staff blamed the owner, saying he didn't know there was a reservation, yet we had spoken to both of them. The explanations kept changing, which made the situation feel disorganized and lacking transparency. The issue wasn't that someone had a reservation--it was the poor communication and how the situation was handled. It felt like they were only focused on serving whoever was immediately in front of them rather than honoring what they had already told waiting customers. Our time wasn't respected, and no one took responsibility or offered a sincere apology, nothing meaningful! Especially when we have always been going there we're very loyal to restaurants and adamant about supporting local business. The entire experience left a sour taste.
