Writing another review because I just love their food! I wanted to write a review because there was an incident with my Grubhub driver a few weeks ago and they were courteous enough to give me a call incase anything was wrong with my food. I order pick up sometimes but mostly through Grubhub. They are always so nice when I pick up my order and polite and not rushed. The service is just always so great. Their shawarma is soooooo tasty! The restaurant got good reviews and I'm not sure why. To be fair, they were actively remodeling the premises. However, that doesn't explain the filthy, archaic bathroom with black spider looking things on the floor which could have been asbestos! The peeling plaster and dirty ceiling made me sorry I'd eaten there. Except for the very fresh and tasty cucumber tomato salad, and the flavorful humus, the rest of the food was a real disappointment. The "fall off the bone" lamb shank was dry and actually had to be sawed off the bone! It was served with a thoroughly bland sauce that tasted more like tomato soup with okra. The baklava was dry and pasty. The beef sawarma looked like a plate of worms and was also dry though my dinner companion said it was OK. I suggested we try this restaurant based on the reviews and I wish I could get a refund. Our waiter was very nice. However, we sat for one hour after the meal and he never returned to fill our water glass until a workman asked him to. With many delicious Mediterranean restaurants in the Valley, this one is off my list. read more

I came here with my mom and we shared the appetizer plates of falafel, babaganouj, hummus, and spinach pie. That (plus the pita that came with the dips) was more than enough to fill us up. Our server was very kind and accommodating, but mostly left us to dine in peace except for occasionally checking on us. The food? Phenomenal. This place is awesome. We were greeted by a friendly gentlman at the door and seated promptly. I ordered the chicken and steak shawarma combo, my fiance ordered the chicken kebab. I love this food but I don't get it. Every time I go there it's different. Hopefully they will settle in. One time they did not have the buffet, so we came back when they suggested and it was still not there. Then we came for pick up and regretted missing the buffet that was happening. Grr! Some friends and I went to dinner last and shared a meal family style along with some hummus. My son ordered the chicken nuggets. ALL of the food was amazing and large portions! The wait was a little long, but the service was as great as the food, so it was well worth it. We realized our table wouldn't fit the food, so our waiter was so kind and moved us to a bigger table to better accommodate us. The prices were similar to other Mediterranean restaurants, and they had plenty menu options. We ordered a sampler place, and beef shawarma. The shawarma comes with rice and option of hummus or salad, plus choice of sauce. Service was on point and to top it off our lovely waiter gave us a baklava on the house.
