Love this place!! We had to drive 25 minutes out of the way for dessert and it did not disappoint!…read moreThere were shaved ice, ice cream, smoothies, and alkaline water. The people helping us were so fast and kind. We asked them what we should do later that night and they gave us good recommendations for out-of-towners. Our ice cream was delicious. I got the kid size Oreo! It was so good. We ate our ice cream in their back patio. They have a tarp and some picnic benches for their customers. There's an afghan market next door where we got bread to-go! It is a perfect spot!

Unfortunately, the service didn't match my expectations. After waiting in line, the woman at the register finished helping the customer ahead of me, then walked away without acknowledging me. I stood there for a bit until a young man noticed and kindly stepped in to take my order. I really appreciated his attentiveness and friendliness. While waiting for my two hibiscus lychee green teas, I noticed some confusion behind the counter. The employee preparing the drinks couldn't find the green tea and had to keep asking the same woman for help. She eventually took over, but the drinks didn't taste right. There was no green tea flavor, or lychee only hibiscus (I'm not saying she didn't add it, it didn't taste like it.) Honestly, the bigger issue for me was the lack of customer service. The previous location I used to visit always felt welcoming, so this was disappointing. A simple acknowledgment like "I'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. That said, I DO want to give credit to the employee who stepped in and helped me--he was polite and attentive. As for the woman with short hair, I hope she works on her customer service approach. I may come back to try the ice cream since I think it's Gunther's and that's always a safe tasty choice, but I likely won't be ordering the iced teas again. March 18,2026 @6:58ish pm

This led us to Bingsu Tea in Natomas on Del Paso Rd. This shop has plenty of parking as it's a pretty big shopping center that it shares with many other businesses. When you walk in,the shop has the cutest interior design, little tables on the right side of the store, cute little design touches on the left. Ordering is mostly handled by two kiosks on the left. Menu is pretty lengthy but since we came here just for the Bingsu dessert dish,it wasn't too tough to decide. I've been here two times now and both times I got a Bingsu dessert dish. The 1st time we got a Oreo version and the 2nd time we got the Strawberry Mango version. Each ran about $14.30 I'm a little out of my element when to comes to this dessert as I'd never had them before but I will tell you this, both versions were excellent. Not too sweet, which was a surprise, the ice cream and the shaved ice on the bottom worked together flawlessly.A drizzle of condensed milk added a nice touch and enhanced the flavor profile. Between the two I think I preferred the strawberry-mango version but it's really close both were really high level. The Oreo version definitely hit right if you're in the mood for chocolate sweetness. The desserts are big enough to share-we shared with 2 people on the Oreo and 3 people on the strawberry version. In closing, I 100% recommend this shop if you're ever in the Natomas area and want to try out a pretty unique dessert experience-I'm sure you will enjoy it.

That guava cloud is thicc and velvety, full of guava flavor. It paired beautifully with the floral notes of Jasmine tea. I would definitely return for this. Taro paradise milk tea supposedly uses real taro, but my Asian mother said there wasn't enough of it in the drink, making the taro flavor light and diluted from the milk. I cannot vouch for the quality of this beverage, but it's a bit disappointing to hear it fell short. Strawberry smoothie was a hit and my grandpa happily finished it all. He's not easy to win over so imagine my surprise when he reported that it was a really good drink. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the bingsu despite it being such a hot day, but this won't be our last visit. We will return for more!

It took half an hour after putting in my order for it to be ready. I went with the Original Milk Bingsoo. They have four bingsoo options, plus a combo of two of their flavors (half strawberry, half mango) on the kiosk menu. They also have a variety of drink options and some pastry items in the case, although I realized I didn't pay any attention to what was in there; my focus was the bingsoo. The bingsoo was good, the only thing I didn't like was the mochi was pretty hard. Great serving size and easy to share with another; I definitely wouldn't be able to finish it myself. Bright, open interior. A few plants throughout. Could probably use a few more tables inside. There was a couple seats available after I ordered, but the tables were taken. The tables did clear out by the time my order was out though. They keep it pretty cool inside, I had goosebumps by the time I was done with my bingsoo. There is limited interaction with the staff, but the person who called my order waited for me to walk to the counter to grab my order after calling my name and number and greeted me with a smile. I would definitely return again! Great, sweet treat in the warming weather.
