The team is honest and starts a timer from when they arrive and pause when they take breaks. They show you the timer at the end for the hourly rate. What I appreciated most about their crew was their efficiency, coupled with care and concern for your items as if it were their own. First they did all the boxes which they were super fast loading into the truck. Then they wrapped and disassembled anything that needed to be. They removed legs off dressers to prevent them from being broke. They wrapped my sofa carefully, and dismantled my TV from the wall. I had a lot of mirrored furniture and a glass dining room table and they were all in excellent condition. Nothing was broken or missing, everything was as promised. They charge by the hour and offer a discount for cash only. If you are looking for a reasonably priced mover, then this team is for you! My only recommendation if you are seeking to save money is to wrap and disassemble as much as you can before they arrive. However we were okay with them doing it because we wanted someone professional to handle our items! Would highly recommend WeDo Moving for your upcoming move. They gave him a quote that was cheaper than others so we went with them. The DAY before the move, they called back saying that we were misquoted and doubled the price which was more on par with other quotes. (Not happy but okay fine) The day of they arrived with a smallish trailer. They were positive and upbeat about it all fitting but there was no way. They asked if I could take all the small items...(nope, this is why we are paying what we are, I can't afford to get an additional trailer or anything) then I told them I have a sleep number bed, provided them with the make and model, and they said they could disassemble and reassemble no problem and disassembled the bed. When speaking to the sales person or perhaps I think it was operations, the itemized list that they had for us (which they never asked for initially and only asked how many bedrooms) was completely incorrect. We gave them an itemized list and they came back and gave two options: one we can get just a 10% discount, let the movers continue, have them bring a second trailer that we load ourselves, and pay for them to come bring it up to our new place which would be more money, or we add labor and completely double the price. Yeah no thank you. Also they mentioned that they don't do sleep number beds and we let them know that the movers said they could and already took apart the bed. Needless to say we asked for our deposit back and fired them and asked them to reassemble the bed. They did that, assured us it was working, and were so kind, thanked us and left. When I went to the bed to check on it later and to make the bed since now we had to book other movers for a different day, they were not inflating. Upon further inspection they had ripped the magnets from the mattress and now half of one side of the bed wouldn't inflate nor is it now staying on the base correctly. When I reached out, customer service simply said they would send out a claims form that would take 7-10 days to review. It is going to cost 190$ just to have someone from sleep number LOOK at the mattress and try to repair it. The kind customer service rep also said nobody was able to speak with me regarding this aside from her because they were "busy". Considering the amount of headache they have caused and wasted time, I would think they would have made this more of a priority. Apparently not. If they resolve this issue with my bed at the very least, I'm more than happy to amend my review but I could not stress to use another service more. The fact that they misquoted by over 1000$ only to let us know the day before, did not communicate about an inventory list and misquoted AGAIN based on our needs, and then broke my bed (accidentally I'm sure) but without trying to resolve it right away...absolutely unacceptable.

My husband and I are excellent packers so when the crew (usually just two guys) shows up we are ready to start moving boxes to the truck. We carry a lot of the boxes, ourselves to speed up the process and reduce our costs due to hourly pricing. I think the price for this company is pretty hard to beat and we've had a really good experience every time with no damage to any of our belongings.
