I finally mentioned it to the person at the front desk because it's starting to feel frustrating. Last time, I was charged $55 for a fill, but the time before that, I paid $45 for a new set. I always get the same length (#1), so I asked why there was such a big difference. He told me that they were longer this time and that she had to file more during the fill. I go every 3 weeks, every single time, and I always get the same length, so that explanation didn't really make sense to me. Also, the last time I went, the nail tech was pretty aggressive and actually cut underneath my nail, causing me to bleed. I honestly don't know how to feel because I do like the nails, but at the same time, I can't help but feel like I'm being overcharged. I just wish the pricing was more consistent and transparent.

And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. I hear good things about pedicures here.

She stood up and started to talk to someone in her language and sounded aggressive. She then took off her gloves and stood up and tossed her gloves on the table and walked away. She left me sitting there for a few minutes then she came back and just sat there. I asked her are you going to do my nails? She said no! I was so bothered, I just got up and walked out. I can back on Tuesday to let the owner know and she really didn't seem surprised. She just smiled and said sorry. DO NOT COME HERE! They do not value your business.

She said they don't work with acrylic but in a tone like I should already know this information. I felt like she didn't want to help so I was like "ok" and hung up. Then I was like let me just call and ask how much gel x would be. Again, not friendly at all and very dismissive. I asked how much a design was, couldn't give me any info. Didn't ask me what design and couldn't even give me a price range. Not helpful at all. I just moved to Claremont two months ago and I've been looking for a new salon. I would've been a loyal customer as I get my nails done biweekly, but the person who answered the phone today was not friendly or welcoming at all. Wow it's crazy that this lady responds like this to reviews after treating customers so badly already. Such an unprofessional response. Her other reviews make sense, she is not professional or nice. I stand by my review, I hope she improves.
