They had an insane pizza deal on Fridays. Was the pizza amazing? No, but the deal was! Wings, pizza, salad, AND a dessert! All for $30. Crazy!! They also had crazy pastry deals like buy a dozen donuts get a dozen free! The first time we went, we had an incredible experience. Incredible! That first experience was so good that it kept us coming back. Yet, Every. Single. Time. We went back we had issues. Some of the issues we've experienced included: losing our order, waiting over an hour for our food, attitudes on the phone, and outdated information on their website. When they lost our ticket order we waited (not exaggerating) OVER an hour for our food. They didnt even apologize lol I'm not looking for a comp on food, but damn not even an apology? We waited there, in person, at the restaurant. Another time I called to order a muffaletta. The girl on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Then she said there's no such thing on the menu that sounds like that. I get put on hold. I wait for 6 minutes then someone else answers the phone and says it's not the day of the special (they changed it). I call to order a sub. They no longer make subs past a certain time, but that's not updated on the menu on their website. We call and at times no one answers the phone. So we have to call a few more times to only have the phone answered by an exasperated employee. I can't keep up with Sergio's. Sergio's has left us in the dust lol I truly wanted to love this place. The food is good, the prices great, and the first time we went was so fantastic that we held onto that experience despite all the issues that kept happening afterwards. I think we're gonna stick with Yeller Sub & Tully's going forward. Also, if you are looking for delicious Italian dishes be sure to check out Il Localetto Rossi in Nob Hill.

Wings are decent size and cooked right. The fries though- damn good fries. Pizza- we hit a rush and something went wrong. Not sure if ours was slipped or given away BUT the cashier/waitress figured it out before we did, tried to make it right with us while we were waiting for the pizza to be re-made. Yeah, it was a long wait, but again- the food is amazing and they caught their own mistake, and did their best to make good. That's a sign of a great place in my book. I also got a dessert togo for later. I'm not going to say which one so it's not sold out every time I go- but the desserts are delicious.

The venue boasts this incredibly charming, traditional Mexican exterior, but inside lies the most brilliant, high-concept fusion of Mediterranean and Mexican influences. The design choices are utterly inspired, creating a space that feels both vibrant and beautifully curated. Now, let's talk about the concept because it is a total masterclass in bespoke dining. They feature an exquisite display of fresh meats, artisanal sausages, and meatballs you simply select your precise desires and hand them over to be cooked to order! The level of attentive, personalized service was nothing short of magnificent. Frankly, the only other place I've experienced this caliber of hospitality is the legendary Red Rock Deli. It was such a refreshing, novel treat! I selected a gorgeous array of meatballs and premium ham. The kitchen absolutely transformed them, pairing the meatballs with beautifully prepared eggplant. By the time they presented it alongside two divine Stuffed Cabbage Rolls and warm, artisanal bread, I was entirely enchanted.

The brats were delicious - whatever herbs are in there are delicious. The schnitzel was also good and there was enough we were able to take it and eat half of it later. We also ordered meat pierogis and sweet pierogis. They were all very small. For$16-$20 I would've liked them to be more than two small bites/one large bite each. There are no fountain drinks only cans/bottles. All that said, like I said, the meats were delicious. The potato salad with dill was delicious. The Eastern European market stuff was fun and I saw a lot of things I want to go back and get. There's a lot of cool polish stuff on the walls.

We ended up grabbing sandwiches for ourselves as well. We couldn't help it, it smelled too good in there not too! We both left with the chopped beef sandwich and added and tomato to our sammies. Keep in mind, toppings that are not included in the sandwich description are at an additional cost of .50 cents. No biggie for me, but good to know right? I kept it simple and just got the sandwich, but they do have some side options. If I recall correctly, there is an option for chips (of course!), potato salad and perhaps a pickle. I'll pay more attention on my next visit. I am definitely returning because the chopped beef was dericious! I did have to wait about 20 minutes before i could bite into my sandwich, and it was still amazing. I plan to have my next sandwich there and am sure it will be even better. I'll try not to just inhale it.

They offer quite a variety of Bahn Mi Sammie's, Noodles, salads dang, they also have the Korean Corn dogs!! Let's just say I can come here many times and order something different! The balance of the savory meats, the pickled daikon radish and the freshness of the cilantro is just EPIC!! The drink menu is extensive, Bobas, Teas, matchas galore!! Again, I'm already focused on what I'm getting next time I come in! The service is friendly and welcoming, we were those people who showed up 30 mins before close.. I know I know. Fail! First, impression, the service was polite and understanding. The sandwich and drink came out within 10 min. Their Banh Mi was flavorful and was in a 9in roll that was lightly crispy and filled pretty well. I am used to shorter rolls that are stuffed way more. I felt like I ate more bread than toppings, otherwise I would rate it higher. It's about a $12 sandwich, on par with Subway footlong prices. The fruit tea was great, although I question the practicality of the canister it was served in. Instead of a plastic cup with a straw/no straw, it was in a plastic can that you can open like a soda can on top. I disliked how I couldn't reseal it or reuse it. If I wanted to recycle it, I'd have to put effort taking out the lemon wedges, which I did in order to. So, if I had the choice, I wouldn't get those cans. Everything costed about $20 before tip. I think in the future, I'll ask if I can get extra meat and veggies to make the Banh Mi feel more full. The place was also very bright and clean. I liked the atmosphere where there's plenty of seating. They also have every table with soup utensils and condiments bc they also serve pho.
