I was driven by this place one day and decided that we should try it out, but couldn't that day. Today we decided to try it out cause we were right in the same parking lot and it wasn't busy and I had also seen a review from a fellow elite yelper. I was pretty surprised because it was dead that one customer and it was a little after five but the young man behind the counter said that it has been pretty steady and busy right along but welcomed the break. Before ordering I had a short chat with him about you know what they're all about the food. He was pretty helpful when I was asking her about the different menu items. The two chick'n sandwiches were pretty good. The original that I had was really tasty and had good flavor. It was crunchy and the bun was fresh.. it also had a nice kick because of the jalapeños in the lucky sauce that's on the sandwich. The barbecue Lucky Chick'n it was also good. The sweet potato fries with the bomb sauce were tasty although I have to say they were limp in that crispy at all. I think next time I would ask them to leave them in the fryer just a little bit longer. I ordered the cookies and cream shake as well as the Mexican Mazapan one and both were very good. I thought the place was pretty cool and it was nice atmosphere for the type of restaurant it is.. Lastly, I would like to add that overall I like the place my only problem is that they are so expensive and I understand that it cost more to source the ingredients needed to achieve what they've done. I would say that occasionally I would do this but overall $53 for two sandwiches two shakes and a fry is a bit much.

Great vegan fast food. Spicy BBQ sandwich, Buffalo Chick'n Fries and the New Mexico Dawg were the chosen ones for our feast. All very tasty and a fun spin on plant based fast food.

The happiest lunch ever!! I loved the vegan NM style hotdog and Thai shake! Everyone was so nice and as a vegan, I was thrilled to have delicious , flavorful options . Can't wait to return!

Amazing restaurant! Many Gluten free options! The GF bun tastes amazing and doesn't fall apart when eating it! I have been many times and the service is always amazing! I'm so happy that ABQ is getting more local gluten free options!

Annapurna is serving Ayurvedic, plant based cuisine with a beautiful reminder that food can be both indulgent and nourishing. We often forget how powerful food as medicine can be, and this place brings that philosophy to life without sacrificing flavor. The cardamom blueberry pancakes were DELISH and the kitchari was seriously comforting and flavorful. Service was wonderful, the atmosphere felt warm and community driven, and with multiple locations, I'm already planning my next visit. Will absolutely be a customer for life.

We came around 3:30pm so we could catch the masala chai happy hour. I love masala chai and rarely have the chance to get freshly made dairy-free chai. I was disappointed basically from the first moment after walking inside. The server greeted us by announcing, "We are out of vegetables today." I didn't know how this was possible; eventually, she explained that they had run out of the "veggies of the day" that come with certain dishes such as the yogi plate; they were still able to provide vegetables in other dishes like the kitchari. But I was shocked, since I love vegetables, and their veggies of the day are so prominently advertised. I asked if the other location had vegetables available today. The server was unable to tell me. We decided to place our order anyway. I had some questions about the baked goods, since I rarely get the chance to have desserts that are vegan and seed oil-free. I was curious if any of the baked goods was entirely oil-free or at least free of coconut oil. The server seemed very unmotivated to help me figure this out. When I asked about ingredients, she just repeatedly pointed me to the labels on the cookies that denoted the type of sugar each one contained as well as certain allergens, but did not have full ingredient lists. I asked if the chef or manager might be available to clarify certain ingredients, only to be told that "the chef usually only works in the mornings." I was at a loss, and eventually, with some obvious reluctance, the server went into the kitchen to ask one of the cooks about the ingredient lists. The server returned saying "Yes, the majority of the items have coconut oil." Ummmm the majority? Which ones, exactly? At this point, I gave up and just did not order dessert. I tried to order an iced chai which they were out of. I ended up getting a hot chai as well as kitchari and dal. The chai was pretty average. It wasn't particular spicy nor particularly hot. The kitchari and dal were actually incredibly delicious. It's rare to find a restaurant that doesn't use excessive salt; these dishes were perfectly seasoned with warm, nourishing spices and very little (if any?) salt. Even the fact that they were served basically lukewarm didn't detract from how much I enjoyed them. This place seems truly special and I don't know if my experience was an exception. I really wanted to love them, but they made it pretty difficult, despite having great and healthy food.

It's in a historic area but the inside is chic, modern, and lively. Bold paint colors, unique bar and table sets, and they even have chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The only caveat is that it is LOUD. Between the noise of eating, talking, and the music, it is difficult to hear each other. The service was excellent. I wish I could remember his name to give him a shout-out. He was knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions for drinks, appetizers and main dishes. He also, was friendly and funny, and took care of us without hovering but was somehow always there when we needed something. The food was excellent, with large portions, great flavors, clean ingredients and fresh new takes on a lot of dishes. I had the Sourdough Gnocchi with onions, brocolini, and added salmon. It was truly amazing! They had a blackberry shrub, which is non-alcoholic, that I was able to add alcohol to and it was delicious! We also had the calamari for an appetizer and it was beautifully done, perfectly cooked, with light breading, and excellent sauces to dip it in. If you haven't been, I would highly recomend you check it out!
