Geez... where do I begin?…read more I was hungry and haven't ate since 8:30am. I was in the area and I planned to buy something from Food lion for lunch. One of those frozen dinners. Something easy to warm up. Then I pulled into the parking lot... I saw the words "Happy Fortune". For some reason I decided to check it out and see if it's a Chinese restaurant. As I entered the building, I saw a white man at the counter. I have never seen a white man at the counter. Kids... yes. But never a white man. I was doubtful of ordering. ... I wasn't sure what to get. So I decided to do a simple order of fried chicken wings and fried rice. Before leaving the parking lot. I opened the order and was greeted with goodness. I normally eat half of my order then eat the rest for later. My big back self. Ate the whole thing. I left a few grains of rice and bones. Safe to say. It was one of the best meals I've had. The wings were so so crispy. I could hear every crunch in every bite. I will come back and get some more.

As for the chefs and cooks, they make every dish delicious, fresh and served in a short amount of time. The sushi chefs are artists that curate, assemble and plate everything, making sure it's complementary to each individual piece.
