I tried calling other salons and either no one answered and I was directed to book online. But no matter what date I picked there were no appointments available. A wonderful spot. They did a great job and made me feel comfortable. I was a little worried about COVID things, but felt a lot better after seeing the precautions they took, having everyone sanatize their hands, having temperatures taken, and most importantly, meticulously wiping everything down with cleaning solution. This place was really great!!! You would think I'd be more skeptical about trying new nail salons, but what a relief that this place was so amazing. They took three of us for pedicures and a manicure less than an hour from close. The pedicure was pleasant, the women took their time and were incredibly gentle. They were very sweet people. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seated for my pedicure right away. The young woman (Emmy) was very pleasant and very gentle. I got a rub scrub and a lovely leg/foot rub after the polish was applied. She did a beautiful job. The place is small and when I was there on a weekday afternoon, very busy. The women work as a team and it seemed like a well-oiled machine. Many people in the salon were regulars and I can understand why. Brought my mother in law for mani/pedi's for both of us this Sunday morning. We were both pleasantly surprised with how relaxing the whole experience was. It was quiet and comfortable inside the salon. All tastefully decorated like a spa, without the spa prices. 4 technicians were working and yet it was such a nice calm experience, with soothing music. We both tried the dip nails for the first time and were very happy. My MIL had someone working on her toes and nails at the same time. The whole experience was perfect and efficient. At the end we were given a wonderful hand wax dip which felt great! It also was very easy to make an appointment through yelp with a quick response. Expert tip - Saturday mornings & Sunday afternoons are busy. Found this salon by chance about 18 months ago.... and I couldn't be happier. I have been to my fair share over the years starting in Arlington in the 90's, then Chelmsford and Woburn until I was walking home from the convenience store and saw Happy Nails along the way. Stopped in without an appointment and have been going there ever since. Many, many manicures and pedicures later, and now several of my family members are going there as well. All the women working there are pleasant, genuine and professional. The space is very clean, yet relaxing and inviting. Walk-ins are welcome and they are more than accommodating. They make my feet happy! And let me just say the hot wax, wet towel and then hand massage after each manicure.... amazing! Highly recommended!! read more

This is a wonderful nail salon. Jessica, the owner also does waxing. Lynn & Tiffany work there as well. All 3 are excellent. I have been going there for several years now since I discovered their location and as long as I still live in the area I will not go anywhere else. Jessica is always accommodating and even when I call at the last minute she is able to fit me in.. They are always cheery and such nice young women who work very hard. There prices are also very reasonable. I have gone to a number of nail salons and this by far is the best I have ever been to and will continue going there.
