I'm have been lucky lately finding great spots to try. This is another great find. The Pho here is great and the vermicelli was also great. The Pho I got was enough for two meals, the bowls are very large with a lot of meat, noodles and veggies. Although, the one I ordered, Hue Style noodle soup/bun bo hue was suppose to come with thick vermicelli, I got thin. I did not complain or mention it, it was still great, probably would have just been a little more filling. It is a spicy lemon grass pho, yum. Prices are reasonable as well. The pricing online does not match their menus, just be aware. I always find some decors very interesting, this place seemed pretty typical of an established Pho place. But eat I noticed is they have a bunch of dinosaurs all around on the walls, was wondering how that came to be, funny little things like that make it fun. Great flavor and service, but where's the tendon? My group stopped by for a solid meal and ordered quite a spread: the Spring Rolls, the Grilled Pork Chop plate, the #5 Pho (rare steak and brisket), and the #3 Pho (rare steak, well-done flank, brisket, and tendon). The good news: everything tasted great. The broth was flavorful, the pork chop chargrillisciously tasty, and the service was very attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The bad news: The #3 was a bit of a letdown in one specific department. It's supposed to come with tendon, but as seems to happen often at pho spots, there was barely any (if at all). It's a bummer when you order a specific combination for that texture and it's missing. I give this a solid 3.4/5. My bowl is the brisket, steak, and tendon pho. The broth was amazing. They stack you with lots of meat and less noodles. Most pho places give you more noodles and hardly any meat. I was super happy. I give this bowl an overall 4.9/5. My kids got the chicken pho and they usually have leftovers but they devoured it. While the rest of my party ordered pho, I wanted to try their rice dish and chose the shaken beef dish. The dish came with a fried egg which was appreciated and uncommon for this dish. Today 082825 I came in upon opening, ordered the same dish but to my disappointment they gave me frozen broken noodles all smashed together and as the broth broke down the noodles they became much and broken, blahch! Quality of protein was bottom tear and unsatisfactory as well as the broth seemed generically made with a powdered base and not bones! I also ordered coconut juice as the photo shows fresh meat from the nut but came out from a can of processed sugars and very little nutrient. Lastly I was served a glass of water with no refills or even being asked if I would like more. Employees, guessing the owners are to busy with family coming in and being in their phones. Quality is there which sometimes can be hit or miss at other places I feel like. The service is quick and helpful at times. Inside is chill and a straightforward set up. This place serves a variety of Vietnamese entrees, from Bahn Mi (Sandwiches), Pho, vermicelli bowls, rice dishes- to name a few. I was driving from LA to San Diego & this place is located right off the 405 in Orange County, so I decided to give it a whirl. I wasn't disappointed, it's not the best I've ever had but it's really good. The ambiance is average, as is the prices. Ultimately most pho places aren't good enough for me to want to go back to (except my favorite ones) but I'd go back here. The order itself came with an egg roll, so I inputted a request to see if I could get a shrimp egg roll instead as I don't eat pork. When I got to sit down with my food, there was plenty of toppings such as peanuts and sprouts to adorn on the noodles and chicken. I'm pleased to say that the egg roll was substituted as requested and that the food was very yummy. The chicken was well marinated and had a perfect texture -- not chewy.
