Pleasantly surprised. I ordered bún thịt nướng and it was amazing. Pork has a golden carmel brown marinade and had just the right amount of flavor and smokiness. Pickled veggies were fresh and crunchy with a slight tang of sweetness. Generous helpings of meat, veggies and vermicelli heaped into a giant bowl I could hardly finish and came out within minutes. The very first time I visited Happy Pho, I ordered the filet mignon pho to go. I received my order and everything was piping hot and fresh. That encouraged me to go again. The second time I went, I ordered food for my whole family (over $80 spent) for pickup. I ordered a few pho options, a few plates of the shaken beef item and other menu items, but everything was cold, stale and not fresh. This was after being told it was a 20 minute wait and ended up waiting for 46 minutes. Needless to say, we won't be coming back or ordering take away from here. read more

My normal Pho restaurant is no longer delivering so I tried Happy Pho for my usual Pho Ga order. I was very pleasantly surprised at how the order was exactly as I would have wasted it to be! The bowl was packed with noodles, chicken and cilantro with a generous side of (very fresh) bean sprouts and spicy jalapeños. As well, they provided hoisin and sriracha on the side. My meal was the perfect quality, temperature and portion with freshness being a key factor. I also ordered a Thai tea. I tend to like my tea on the creamier side. While this one wasn't as creamy, it was still tasty. It was definitely stronger than I usually get. Not a bad thing, but I have to remember not to order it for dinner when I need to sleep within a few hours. read more

Tried this spot after all the highly rated reviews, I wasn't blown away but I wasn't disappointed except by my pickup. I ordered online was told food would be ready about 12:39... I showed up at 12:45 to give it some extra time and I didn't leave with my food until 1:10... that was a little unfortunate but changing times it happens. I went with a vermicelli bowl with shrimp and steak the steak had amazing flavor. Overall I am undecided if I would go back, the food was good but it wasn't great and the wait for pickup really sucked... but I feel I need to go back to get the Pho so I'll give it one more go when I can eat inside. read more

Everything here is delicious! I have not tried one item on the menu that I don't absolutely love The tofu and salmon spring rolls are delicious and the dipping sauces are the best I've ever had. Their Pad Thai is also literally the best I've EVER had and cooked up perfectly every time I order it. The salmon rice plate is also a favorite of mine-- I recommend the passion fruit sauce veggie pho is also some of the best I've ever had, with perfect noodles and broth. Portions are very generous, price is great, food is always on point here. I recommend it every chance I get! No No No No. Don't do it. Ordered chicken pho and spring rolls. I ordered it for delivery so unfortunately I could not check the order before leaving. They did not give me ANY of the good stuff for the pho. No sprouts, limes, mint, basil, siracha, chili paste, nothing. The spring rolls were absolutely awful and just as bad was the peanut sauce. Pho was obviously bland just plain. Took two bites of each and threw it away. Awful and a waste of money. I got the passionfruit green tea which was good, but soooooo sugary. Im looking forward to visiting this location again. My first experience wasn't what I expected. We arrived and got seat. Our drinks were brought out. Our order was taken... after our order was taken and our food brought out, no one checked on us. No water refill, no "need anything else", nada. At first glance I was a tad bit disappointed our shrimp pho only had 3 shrimp, the beef pho only had 4 pieces. And as we know they're super thin.. the flavor though... that made my experience go from 1 to 3 stars! Maybe we were there too early on the morning for the staff? Whatever the reason for my first experience was, I'm hoping with all my might, that my next experience is better. This place has 5 star potential 100%! Also maybe some more bean sprouts and sliced jalapeños for a group our size next time? read more

Delicious. I had a pick-up order for beef stew and loved they offered a choice of bread, egg noodles, or rice noodles. Pick-up was ready and timely, well packaged. This place is hit or miss with many of their menu items here, except for the pho - which has always been great. The service is very fast, whether you're eating in person or order for pick up. It's okay. The bowl tasted better than it looked. I had the filet mignon pho and the wife had rare steak and brisket pho. It wasn't the best we've had, but certainly not the worst. The soup was salty. I would not recommend the filet. They also take a long time to serve for pho. We went into a pretty empty restaurant and it took probably 20 minutes. The Pho broth is lacking in flavor like it was watered down. The pho noodles are okay... didn't seem fresh though because it was a take out order and the noodles were cold when we received it. Overall, the pho is just okay which is ironic because they have "Pho" in their name which usually indicates that Pho would be their specialty.
