After the meet and greet, I was able to use their convenient online calendar right away to schedule appointments. We just had the first day of sitting, and I got emails after every visit with pictures, a list of what was done, and a written summary. It's so nice to have the freedom to leave the house guilt-free, because I trust WPPC to take care of my babies for me. The price is also a great value for the high quality service. This was my first time here, and I tried it because it's close to my job. I was leaving to go out of town for the weekend, and it would have been easier to drop off my dog before work. They open at a reasonably early time. Before your pets first stay, you have to leave them for an acquaintance period. This period will show how they adjust well to other dogs. The one thing I liked about this place specifically is that I didn't have to worry about my dog being being in a cage away from the other dogs the entire time. As my dog isn't neutered, there are other places that i've taken him to that cage him alone and have solo playing time with him and the caretaker. The acquaintance period let the business know whether or not the dog would adjust well in the new environment. After that, I was able to book a stay for my dog. The moment you walk in, there's a pet shop slightly to your right that has a bunch of different treats and other cool pet items. Additionally, the place is beautiful. They have a grass wall and a neon sign that's super cute for puppy and me pictures. My pup stayed here for the weekend. At the end of every day, they send you a little report about your pup. They tell you which dogs he liked the best and how he was feeling. I would certainly recommend anybody to visit this place if they're looking to board their dog or otherwise. They also have a daycare service. The quality of care and the reasonable price are two main reasons why I would return.

They were very trustworthy and reliable. We felt very comfortable with both giving spare keys to our house and alarm codes. They cleaned up any pet messes that occurred while we were gone (hairballs, etc) and made sure my diabetic cat got her shot twice a day. This is a great alternative to boarding. The animals no longer have the stress of being locked in small cages in boarding. They seemed very happy and well taken care of each time we returned from vacation. This is a wonderful service.
