The staff is pretty good about quickly cleaning the tables after people leave, and they've got K-pop performances on the television. I did not stay to eat, but the ambiance was fine. We literally have to cook extra meat at home just to turn these into actual cheesesteaks. And the cheesesteak rolls? The menu photo shows four halves. What showed up was ONE roll cut in half. That's it. The curly fries were the only thing remotely worth the money. Charging extra for every tiny add on while simultaneously skimping on the actual food (and the addons) is wild. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least put enough meat on the sandwich to justify calling it a cheesesteak.
