Peach Cloud and regular iced latte.
    Paulie G.

Another spontaneous find. The facade is very inviting and the decor is nice. Service was friendly and quick. My friend ordered a Peach cloud and was not wow'd by it, the macha flavor was not evident and peach flavor was weak. The poster picture of the drink looked way better than actual. The ice coffee was okay.

Their coffees are amazing!!! The Turkish coffee was one of the best I've had. The matcha was also very tasty and well made. Great location with a nice atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended.

    Adeni/Karak Chai

This is a lively coffee shop in the heart of SoHo. It was quite busy on New Year's Day. They have lots of seating, but it might be a bit of a wait for a table. It is quite casual in that you can pull tables together and mix and match chairs to suit your party size. I ordered the Adeni / Karak chai. You can order it with or without sugar. We included the sugar and it was pleasantly sweet. Warm and comforting, it was perfect for a winter evening. My friend and I ordered the same drink so they recommended we get a pot, which was aesthetically lovely in all glass, and large enough for three of us to share, with plenty to spare. I also tried their carrot cake. I love that it had no nuts or raisins. The cream cheese frosting was rich and delicious. We also had the pistachio cake and it was airy and subtly sweet. Great place to catch up with friends. It's bustling, but if you enjoy background noise, it could be nice for reading or studying as well.

    Dubai Milk Cake

Cute Yemeni coffee shop. The chai was very good, but I wasn't especially wowed by any of the pastries. The Dubai milk cake and chocolate cake were good. I thought the bee bites were cute, but the bread wasn't that good, especially when it cooled down. The inside is beautiful, and so was the teapot. There is a lot of seating. At ~4 on a Sunday, it was moderately filled, but people seem to drop by and leave quickly, so tables emptied while we were waiting.

Omg loved the ambiance and drinks here! The workers were super friendly as well, I asked for a recommendation and was very happy with the drinks we got. Super yummy and clean inside. Would go again

Haraz Coffee on Spring Street was such a pleasant surprise! I stopped in not knowing what to expect and left really impressed. The drinks were excellent!! The Matcha latte with coconut was smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and the pumpkin latte had a nice seasonal touch without being overly sweet. I also had the chance to try Yemeni coffee for the first time, which was a unique experience and something I'm glad I discovered here. The staff made the visit even better :) they were super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely warm, greeting everyone with big smiles that gave the café such a positive vibe. I also tried the bee bites bread...it was good and not too sweet, which paired nicely with the drinks. Overall, this is a great spot to relax, try something new, and enjoy quality drinks with great service. I'll definitely be coming back!

Saffron Chai. Pricey but tasty. Wish the chai spices were a bit stronger

Side note: Suggested they add desserts to this spot's listing which appears to have been done. This is one of the many Arabic (usually Yemeni) coffee (or qawa) and tea (or shay) shops that have popped up around the city more recently. By comparison to others, the prices are a tad higher and they concentrate more on desserts. They have also have capitalized on trends and stuff a bit more and the inside is a bit fancier compared to Moka or Qawah House or otherwise which makes sense a bit with said higher prices with there being plenty of space. I've been here a handful of times though I haven't actually had their coffee. The first time I was here, I ordered a Saffron Chai which was tasty. The saffron flavor was pretty good with some threads on top of said tea with the tea itself being somewhat well spiced otherwise. I would say it was worse than the only comparable one which is the Kesar Chai at Ruhani in BK near Barclays which has a stronger saffron flavor. The second time, I ordered a Karak Chai which is oddly in the same description as the more common Adeni Chai as those two drinks are bit different. The former word means strong and said tea flavor was quite strong with the spices being a bit lighter compared to the better chai at Ruhani as well as the best chain which is Qawah House. However, it is better than Qamaria or Moka. In terms of desserts, I would say they excel at those more though I think they've got a little bit too ham on the whole Dubai trend though I think their interpretations are tastier than most spots. The Dubai Milk Cake is outstanding with it not being too sweet with the layers of pistachio, knafeh/kataifi, and a light chocolate layer on the bottom. The Dubai Mosaic cake which costs a bit more was denser with some more crunch as there are biscuits within said cake. Otherwise, it's a tad dry but hey you're probably having a tea or coffee with it which helps with the dryness. The Chocolate Mousse is not recommended being a bit dry and overpriced while the Dubai Cup is expensive but full of goodies. Overall, this is a tasty different take on an Arabic coffee/chai spot. It's a bit pricier but not by that much and the drinks are solid while the desserts are better. I prefer some other places but I still like it.

    Saffron latte
    Alesia B.

The Saffron Latte is absolutely incredible. The Saffron Latte is so delicious. I literally will have one every single day that i am in town. My hotel is very close to this coffee shop so it is conveniently located and it is also gorgeous and clean inside. The vibe is peaceful and chill. The employees are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I truly had an excellent first experience and i am back for the second time and it was the same great service and delicious latte. I would not go to any other coffee shop while i am in Soho.

Ok, so I was today years old when I found out Haraz was a chain! They just opened up a location in Atlanta near my job, so I was excited to see one in SoHo. I've been hearing rave reviews about Haraz from coworkers. The moment you walk in, you feel like you've been transported to the a luxurious, beautiful cafe in the Middle East. The baristas and cafe staff were so delightful and kind. I wanted to try something simple this time around to experience Yemeni coffee without going too far outside of my normal taste palette. I opted for the Haraz latte, which is simply coffee with spices and evaporated milk. I believe they add a little honey as well. It was an acquired taste at first, almost like a spiced chai with coffee and milk. Once I let the ingredients sit for a second and blend, it was delicious! I definitely want to visit the Atlanta location and try a few other options.

I am a coffee lover, and for the first time in my life I had Yemeni pistachio coffee single shot. Where do I start with the taste, unbelievable. The coffee is one of the best coffees I have ever had in the U.S. Loved the decor, atmosphere is very cool, with very lovely people. It gives a very European cafe vibe. The service was excellent! Definitely recommend checking out this location or the other location on West 4th.

(Overall: C) - Beautiful cafe serving equally beautiful drinks and pastries, with spacious seating that serves to be a great work / study spot. Unfortunately, my palette disagrees with most of the flavor palettes of the items served and the place runs a bit expensive. (Saffron Honey Latte: C) - Pretty drink, but the high acidity of the yemen-style coffee dominates the mild flavors of both honey and saffron in an unpleasant way that creates an acidic and bitter-forward combination. (Pistachio Latte: C) - This drink has the wow factor with that dubai chocolate gradient; however, I also found the pistachio flavor only to add earthiness, that similarly magnifies the acidity and bitterness of the yemen style coffee rather than complement it. (Pistachio Croissant: B) - Picture perfect croissant that unfortunately only looks good. The pistachio cream lacks pistachio flavor and is not well distributed within the croissant. Further, the croissant has no texture upon a bite despite its perfect sheen. (Dragonfruit Refresher: B) - This is the least aesthetic of the items they serve, but also the most pleasantly flavored. I enjoyed the fruit-forward refresher with a delicate balance between sweetness and acidity. Food: -1 Presentation: +1 Price: -1 Atmosphere: +1 Service: E Menu: +1 Overall: 3 stars Insta/Yelp/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

Staff at the register = very nice. Location is busy, but staff always kind, relaxed and asked if we needed suggestions or had questions on the menu . Service was quick... ordered for here and only one came in a ceramic. To be honest... take it to go if they are busy. There were a lot of tables needing to be cleaned, we cleaned our own. Dropping this to 4 vs 5. The coffee is strong and delicious, so they take care in making it... a reasonable reason for a lack of cleaning. The atmosphere is nice, location is brand new and service is what kept this as a 4 totally Top notch.

    Pistachio Croissant will filling!

This place is new and just opened up a few months ago. I have to admit it is a little expensive but they are located in a a high end area! Okay so let's get to the actually coffee and pastry. I ordered their dripped coffee and it was similar to other coffee shops except it cost about dollars more but the ambiance is just so amazing! The Pastry on the other hand was pricey but indeed very unique. I tried this green looking croissant it literally changed my mind of croissants. I've had cookie croissants and thought those were amazing but never have I had a Pistachio Croissant that was just filling inside. It was different and unique! The crust on the croissant was very nicely flaky and the filling was just warm if you ask them to heat it up! It had right amount of sweet! It felt really nice with the coffee. Aside from all of this, this place closes around 11pm! I find that amazing for coffee shops that close that late. If you're looking for a late night work/study with a spacious ambiance coffee vibes or you want to just try their stuffed Pistachio Croissant, I would totally recommend this place!

The Jeju Green Tangerine Matcha honestly just tastes like a tangerine selter drink but in the best way, because I don't typically enjoy seltzer or carbonated beverages. I really enjoy the flavor and the carbonation isn't too strong, probably because I brought it home to drink. I don't really taste the matcha but I would definitely still order this again. 2. Matcha Einspanner. This is my first time having an Einspanner so I have no idea what I was expecting but this is DELICIOUS. It's so silky and smooth and the TASTE is just right up my alley. The matcha is light but you can still taste it. Absolutely, would drink this all the time if I could. 3. Purple Sweet Potato Latte. This. This. Omg, why haven't I tried this sooner?! The first sip and initial taste, I almost tasted nothing, just milk. And then all of a sudden, there's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. As a sweet potato lover, I was in heaven. I have absolutely no words for this drink, just try it. 100/10 recommend. This is probably my favorite one out of the 3 that I bought. I went around ... 2:45PM on a Friday and most of the seats were taken, if I remember correctly. There were a decent amount of seats and the space was decent. I liked the minimal aesthetic they had for the design of the interior. Not to forget, the staff at the register was absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions, she's so sweet. I think I'm disappointed that I haven't tried this place sooner. Y'all get out of your comfort zone and try the Purple Sweet Potato Latte !! Or if not, just try this place out. I will definitely be recommending the Purple Sweet Potato Latte to all my family and friends.

While it was a fun and unique drink, I probably should have opted for something else. The topping was literally like actual tiramisu rather than just tiramisu flavoring, and it felt like there was more ice and tiramisu than latte. Personally, I would have preferred more of the tiramisu flavor without the full tiramisu texture mixed into the drink. That said, it was an interesting concept and I'm glad I tried it. I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying another latte on a future visit.

I probably never leave reviews in general, especially negative ones, but this experience was so…read moreegregious that I honestly felt like I had to say something. I've worked in restaurants and bars long enough to understand that staff drinking happens, but this was on another level entirely. I came in with a group of friends and one of the bartenders, Will, was so visibly drunk that it made the entire experience uncomfortable. Slurred speech, wobbling behind the bar, taking orders while chewing food with his mouth open -- it was honestly embarrassing to watch. He looked like he absolutely did not want to be there. At one point, my group had been trying to get his attention for another round for quite a while while he stood around talking with coworkers. We then watched staff take a shot together, and when he finally came over he burped mid-conversation and literally had whatever he had just been drinking dribbling down his neckbeard. That was the moment where the whole thing went from unprofessional to just gross. What made it worse was that it didn't seem isolated to one employee. Throughout the night we watched staff openly taking shots and drinking behind the bar like it was a house party instead of a business. There's a difference between bar culture and complete lack of professionalism, and this crossed that line hard. One of the friends I was with actually frequents the DUMBO location and said that the last time she was there, the same bartender also seemed intoxicated, which makes this feel less like a bad night and more like an ongoing issue. The DUMBO location itself is in an amazing spot, which makes it even more disappointing. But ownership seriously needs to get control of what's going on there before someone gets hurt or the place develops a reputation for having drunk staff on the clock. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable enough that my girlfriends and I won't be coming back. I genuinely hope the employee mentioned gets help if this is a regular thing, because nobody should be working service in that condition.
