We ordered online and they delivered food for 7 to our hotel room within 45 minutes. They made special accommodations for my stepson who is allergic to dairy, eggs, and nuts. The service we had bordered on decent to neglective. The food took 45 min to come and was wrong. 3 of 4 items were sent back and still came back cold and wrong. The check came and there was absolutely no credit on the bill for all the inconvenience. When the manager finally came to the table and we ask about it they were gracious enough to give us $4.17 off of our entire check. Service was great, but the food was interesting. The free rolls at the beginning were quite obviously frozen beforehand, but they were free so I can't really complain. The salmon was good, but was served on a smear of yum-yum sauce, which threw me off a bit. The flavors are both amazing separate, and together it was just strange. The menu has a wide variety of options to choose from. It features items such as Korean dishes such as bulgogi to American burgers. My husband and I love their burgers, especially the cowboy burger and the the mushroom swiss burger. All of them are great! We come here pretty often and both recommend the house made avocado ranch dressing to pair with your salad. The bread rolls that come with your meal are soft with a hint of sweetness. They have delicious mashed potatoes. Their prime rib is tender and juicy. Appetizers that we have tried and loved are the fried mushrooms (very hot, dont burn yourself), breaded shrimp (generous amount recieved), and the loaded potato skins. If you are looking for a drink the mango mojito is the perfect amount of sweet, not too much, not too little. My only critique is that I wish they had half salad size options as well as a side salad option. With a menu that big you are bound to find something to your liking! read more

My mother wanted to try this place out for awhile but I was skeptical after hearing from a friend he got sick after eating here a while back. Menu looked very good and the place itself was very clean. My 4 and 3 year old daughters and I joined grandma for a lunch date. We got fried, calimari, potato skins, and mozzarella sticks (we ordered dumplings instead of the sticks but my mom deep down wanted mozarella sticks so we kept them). Her fried rice and spicy beef or whatever was good and came in a tortilla plate looked nice. I got king lo mein (that was more like spaghetti noodles) I asked for spicy but didn't get it. Long story short my stomach hurt about an hour or so later and I couldn't eat the rest of the day, and both my daughters threw up exactly 3 times each about 30 min apart. Grandma didn't experience and sickness though. Very disappointing lunch date that turned into taking care of sick toddlers and being sick myself. read more

This was my first experience with this restaurant and I was not impressed as soon as I walked through the door. The first con was something purely forgivable, they stated that our table was cleaned. It was not, again very forgivable. Moving on, I got the SEVEN page menu. That included a drink menu...with a totally seperate drink menu, non of which included their liquor options which my waitress, didn't seem knowledgeable on either. After figuring out that they have their "house liquor" too afraid to ask, I finally was able to order our drinks, and appetizer. Never have I ever had crab Rangoon with smuckers strawberry jam...that was odd to say the least. Next, our entrees arrived, oh my lord, the shrimp and lobster tail tasted almost like there was bleach mixed into it. The steaks were wrong, my wife ordered it one way I ordered it another and I guess the communication in the kitchen went bunk because our steaks were sitting on the wrong plate. Not to include that even with a medium steak it was tough as hell and over seasoned...the manager also had an attitude when we asked for them to correct this. Their food is NOT made on location it's expensive for no reason. Gordon Ramsey would be pissed, and this place would and should be shut down. read more

This has been my go to place when I want a good meal. The service has always been above par, to great, there is always someone friendly to meet you at the door. Their appetizers are great, I love the alligator tail when they have it, and their crab ragoon is a work of art. Their Prime rib is always a winner, and they have this prime rib Cajon pasta I just cannot get enough of, and a pineapple sweet and sour chicken dish that my son loves, I think it is a little sweet, but it is good. I have tried their steaks too, and I have yet to be disappointed in them either. I have tried a few of their noodle dishes and didn't care for them as much as I did some of their other dishes. And I have yet to try any of their mixed drinks yet, so I cannot comment there. But to wrap it all up. The service, the location, and the quality of the food is all great. I see some bad reviews of this place, and I don't know where they were at, but it wasn't the Harbor Café I have come to know after the past 7 years I have been eating here. I have eaten in this restaurant, and taken food to go home with, and while not every dish I purchased there will become my favorite dish in the world, many of them have. I always judge a Chinese place on their hot and sour soup- this place was pretty good with fresh ingredients, but no pork and a somewhat sweeter flavor that was not sour enough. I noted the same "sweet" hints in the hot garlic beef that I ordered, and the crab rangoon was particularly over sweetened. This was our first time here. They offer a large range of food. We ordered crab rangoons for an appetizer and they were delicious. Light & crispy, with a delicious sauce drizzled on them. I'm not sure, but it may have been plum sauce. I would have liked to have a bit more of it, but that didn't affect my opinion of them. They were perfectly made. Next out came the rolls. Brushed with honey butter on top, they were nice, warm and freshly made. The consistency was outstanding! That being said, I wish I hadn't eaten one when I saw the size of the burger I ordered! The gentleman who brought it out was extremely friendly, and made conversation with us which was nice. By the way he was dressed, I'm assuming he may have been an owner. It was the cowboy bbq burger with a side of onion rings. Even after cutting it in half, it was hard to pick up! I didn't bother adding the lettuce, tomato & pickle that came on the side. The burger had a nice char taste & cooked to perfection. I would have preferred cheddar to American cheese but it still was magnificent. The onion rings were spot on, light & crisp batter, not too heavy. I ended up leaving with half of my burger in a doggy bag & can't wait to enjoy it for lunch tomorrow! It has been a long time since I ate at this place. In fact, it was called the "Tumbleweed" then. The place is not well lighted. We had a new waitress and she was fantastic! I ordered the orange chicken and that was a mistake. I guage the quality of orange chicken by Panda Express. This chicken had been previously cooked and was just warmed up to be served to me. It was tough. My wife ordered the General Tso chicken and here chicken was also tough. I asked the waitress to tell the chef and she did. The chef replied that it was just cooked quickly. We chose this place due to the sign outside advertising prime rib dinner for $9.99 and all of our group love prime rib so we decided to give it a try. We had a wonderful time. Our server, Kennedy, was very pleasant, helpful, and did a terrific job taking care of us. We were mostly from out of town and would recommend eating here as a must. VERY friendly owner who speaks to me each and every time i come in there. and remembers me. very large menu and great prices. they have a super happy hour but i have not tried that. i have had two lunch special which were quick, hot, and tasty. ive also had one of the appetizers which was wonderful and so large i didnt finish half of it. i received an additional drink when i finished about 3/4 of mine pretty much each time i went in. cant complain about service at all. read more

Finally, they bring out our drinks and my wives drink is wrong, and then the food comes and well, crab legs were decent but everything else, awful. OK so I am visiting this Establishment with my wife from Washington state, whose on a business trip. We visited a day after Thanksgiving and sat at the bar. The young lady who was the bartender made good drinks and was pretty cool. Our check came out to be $80, we ordered the Alaskan crab legs and a lot of drinks. At any given moment there were probably 4 couples or tables occupied while we were there, and we were there at least 2-3 hrs. Thinking about how good the drinks were, we decided to go back the next day. We sat at a table and ordered more drinks and decided to order calamari, huge mistake. They came out fried and "white" you definitely knew they were not fresh, had to come out the freezer. It was the worst "calamari" I have ever eaten. As we sat there and another couple walked to the bar our waiter says to us, the management wanted me to tell you that the bartender from last night will be in soon. The wife and I looked at each other, as if we were thinking, so! As we sat there for 30 lookin at the menu, my wife is getting depressed and tired. This restaurant is just dead to hell! We decide to pay and leave. As we're walk-in out, the management says to us, the bartender from last night will be in soon. Lady its not your bartenders, its your slow restaurant with no customers, unpredictable food, and inability to liven this restaurant, and not to mention the very old decor, john taffer from bar rescue would be very disappointed with the ice machine that had a lot of mildew on it. Now to give them a break, there drink list is large. Oh forgot to mention how bad the menu is, they have way too much going on, pick one thing and concentrate on making that, cause when you have too much going on in your menu, it makes it very confusing on what to order. read more
