I'd honestly give this place a zero out of 10! I was extremely excited to go to this restaurant that I had found on TikTok. Because I was in the search of trying the soft serve margaritas that have gone viral all over social media. this in particular restaurant was one that popped up on good ratings of soft serve served margs. So we had to do some errands in Clarksville for the day and we decided to pick this as our dinner spot for the night. Meanwhile, like I said, I was very excited to try the soft serve margaritas.. well as we approached the restaurant it was very packed and from the back of my head when a restaurant is busy I'd assume that it's a great restaurant! So we proceed to walk in and the server looks at me and greets us politely!! I say we will wait for a table when One is next available! He said "well it's bingo night. I don't know if One will come available" I was like I understand that! I said is your outside seating available? and he said actually yes! he proceeded to say that I will Get you seated and have a server right with you. I was like OK great! We proceeded to be sat outside, and we waited and waited and waited, which was OK. I work in the service industry. I have been for the past nine years. So I completely understand. Well, it took our server 20 minutes to come out to see what we wanted as a beverage.. she was in a hurry. I told her I understood that she was busy and to take her time because I'm very understanding. And the guest I had with me were as well they've all worked in restaurants... so time goes on we order our drinks. She comes back with no drinks to let us know that they are out of the soft serve margaritas and they're out of beer. Not all beer, but the particular beer that we ordered. So I ordered a different drink and my boyfriend orders a different beer and she brings my drink back to us and proceeded to tell my boyfriend that they were out of the 's Dos Equis XXL so he just orders a miller light, well I went into the restroom and I physically watched a server serve a soft serve margarita and serve a customer a DOS EQUIS XXL. I didn't question it. I just let it be what it was but the only reason we really came to this restaurant was for the soft serve margaritas. So she comes back to the table with a Bud Light which was supposed to be a miller light... She did not table touch. She did not do anything right in a situation where she was thrown into/ servers were understaffed and was taking on too much of a responsibility that could not be controlled or be handled. The food was absolutely disgusting. The drinks weren't cold the beer wasn't what we asked for and like I said yes, we had errands to run in Clarksville, but we also live 2 1/2 hours away from your restaurant and we picked your restaurant to end our night off with and it was very disappointing. And also, the bathrooms had not been upkeeped They stunk like sewage. The toilets weren't even positioned on the studs. The doors do not lock. There was no soap to wash your hands with. It was just overall was very upset with this experience and I'm not saying that this restaurant is a bad restaurant but the experience that mine, and my friends and family had was absolutely diabolical. read more

Food was ok, service wasn't good. We were served by 3 different servers and they added a mandatory tip onto the bill. One of the servers I don't think understood us which is why she switched to someone else. We went for bingo night but the bingo was very anxiety creating. He called the numbers so fast I couldn't look at the menu, or order food or talk to the people at my table. Was impossible to eat and do bingo at the same time. My oldest daughter went here the week it opened and has been raving about the appetizers and great service. Finally this past Friday I took the hubby on a date so we could check it out ourselves. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by a beautiful young lady who made me feel so welcome. The inside of the restaurant is very plain and has a worn down feel; I'd heard the location used to be a Jamaican restaurant so I'm thinking maybe they haven't quite put their own "stamp" on it? How cool would it be for them to maybe get local artists to decorate the walls or make cool pottery for the place? Anyway the waitress came to the table and gosh she too was just as sweet and kind as the greeter. I mean, it really feels like they are thankful you chose to eat with them. Menu is large. Appetizers looked interesting so I went ahead and ordered the cheese dip and our waitress recommended the guacamole casero. Margaritas were 2.25 for regular and I think 2.75 for flavored so I started out with a pineapple one. Hubby usually enjoys Sol or Tecate but they were not on the menu so he settled for Modelo. The Guacamole appetizer was SO GOOD. Huge chunks of fresh avocado, just the right amount of citrus. Delicious! They had Molcajete as a special for 14.99 so hubby ordered that. I tend to stick with fajitas and they had A Hawaiian one that promised large chunks of pineapple (my fav fruit) so that is what I got. The drinks were alright. A basic margarita that For the price it wasn't bad at all. Food came out quickly and we were surprised at how much of everything you get. My food was good and filling. A definite 3.5-4 star but Hubbys Molcajete? Incredible. He's ordered this dish only a couple of times that i can recall in the 27 years we've been together because when it comes to Mexican Dishes he's real particular about how 3 things are made outside of him and his family cooking it: Tamales, Menudo and Molcajete. But he was very pleased tonite. He DID get a side order of tamale to try but he and I both thought that compared to the rest of the meal they were a bit bland. I would encourage everyone to come check this place out. Most everything was good to great and there was so much food that we were stuffed and still brought quite a bit home for the next day. The food is delicious and the waitresses are very nice. I prefer to order off the menu but I hear the taco bar is good. Bingo is a ton of fun. Parking is crowded. I have been very concerned about the way the Bingo caller treats the waitresses. He has been seen publicly berating them in the restaurant until one was in tears. I think she was asking him if he wanted a drink and he felt interrupted. Still, no excuse to be hateful and it makes me very uncomfortable to attend. read more

My husband and I are from California, home of all great Mexican food. Moving out here has made it somewhat difficult to find those amazing authentic Mexican restaurants that we are accustomed too back home. We stopped at this place a few days after it opened and OMG it did not disappoint! It is well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions we might have had. I ordered the asada plate and it's just like the way they make it back home! My plate came with 2 thin pieces of grilled meat with a great helping of grilled onions, side of rice, and beans. AMAZING. Being that it was over 2 hours away, we were not able to get it. I was in tears over this and with no problems, they refunded the entire order! Very friendly yet apprehensive staff who've obviously been berated by the customers who walked past the Short Staffed sign and were not willing to be patient. Wish the beer selection included more than Corona and 3 typical American beers. Food took typical time to arrive and the portion size is very good! I had a burrito Mexicano with chicken, peppers, rice and tomatoes. The chicken was tender but, I like a little more flavor other than salt so I won't be back. My husband's chorizo burrito had burnt salty sausage and the rest of the burrito had no flavor so he was disappointed. Again, short staffed, trying to survive the pandemic so try them out. This place was absolutely great! The food was yummy. I was happy to see this was not a HOT plate Mexican food place. All the food was fresh and delicious. The portions were also very good. The dish I had was very good with the ratios perfect. The meat consisted of Chicken, Steak, and Chorizo Sausage mixed with veggies. The meat to veggie ratio was perfect as to not let the bitterness of the green peppers to overpower the flavors. The meats were perfectly cooked and not dry. The chips and salsa were also very good. The chips tasted very fresh and house made. The salsa as well was very well balanced in flavor and tasted house made as well. I had the Enchilada and it was just perfect. It also tasted fresh and had a very good sauce that covered it. The sauce was not typical of the red sauce you usually find and with very well seasoned beef it was actually one of the best and unique enchiladas I have ever had. The refried beans were average in flavor and I would like to have seen a bit of smokey flavor in them to come up to par with the rest of the dish. They were still good none the less. The tortillas were very fresh and tasted homemade as well. The menu was extensive and had things on it not typical in most places like this. The place was clean and the staff members were very friendly and helpful with all of my questions and service. The prices were on average or below considering the quality of food and service received. This is a place I would return to often and definitely worth checking out. read more

Native Texan here. Been living in Clarksville for 1.5 years. I'm appalled with the thought of dumping cheese whiz / Queso on anything Mexican. I understand that this is a regional thing so it is what it is. 5 STARS HERE and a few suggestions PORTIONS are great. Guacamole Casero is very chunky and not a bunch of green mayonnaise. Chips warm and crispy Black beans and refried beans are offered. The Guacamole that is placed on your order is the BEST I have had in Tennessee PERIOD. NOT GREEN COLORED WHIPPED MAYO. Seasoning was light on the chicken but wasn't too salty. Fajitas came out sizzling in a skillet which is the way it should be done. Chimichangas were borderline PERFECT. Light on the shrimp but that can easily be fixed. SUGGESTIONS: Offer RED AND GREEN salsa with the chips. Use red and yellow bell peppers in the fajitas. Wife hates green. Plus it ads color to the plate. More shrimp in the Chimis. Make CHEESE DIP a option and do not put it on everything in the menu. Salsa not chunky enough and bring a bit more heat to it. Offer WHOLE PINTOS as an option. Pintos, green onion and Cojita cheese on top. Ok, his is now my favorite Mexican place in Clarksville. Not true TexMex but close. read more

Greeted and attended great. Customer service Expended. The restaurant is kind of small but cute at the same time. Some friends and I came here to get some food to go. It had good amount of stars for us to come here but how they put our food inside the plates we didn't like it at all. I ordered soft tacos and some fried beans the tacos were all hard tacos. Which I didn't order it like that, and I didn't like it so I didn't eat my food at all. The food was exceptionally delicious. The Margaritas were 2 for the price of 1 ($5.55 for both). We enjoyed a hefty portion of the beef and chicken fajita dishes. It came with 3 seemingly homemade warmed flour tortillas for each (6), and 2 separate plates of rice, refried beans, and a salad that consisted of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and chunky guacamole. It has both booths and tables for sitting and a nice umbrella seating area outside. It's clean, has beautiful authentic paintings and decorations, and has good parking, in front and back, as well. The staff, made the experience all the better. They're so friendly and attentive. My family of five, will definitely be back. read more

So, I just had lunch by myself. When I got my ticket, 15% tip was added to it, by them and then they charged me another 97 cents for using my debit card.
