Not the easiest to get to as the entrance is a little hidden. Just turn in at the tall/high sign. Really liked this place. I hope they survive as a lot of restaurants in this location have passed - I'm guessing partly due to the location. I had the Dungeness crab clusters. Awesome! Large, meaty and fresh. Delicious. My wife had the Weekend Special. I had a lot of her shrimp as she couldn't eat it all. My Dad had the Fried Catfish and Fries. Everything was excellent. I would definitely return. My only complaint was that we came early (4:40pm) and the 1/2 price draft beer special started at 5pm. No break was given.

Made a random choice to stop at this restaurant on a road trip. Excellent food and well-seasoned entree items with great service. Nick was our server and he was great! A great and lively atmosphere which makes it a nice backdrop for a wonderful dining experience. You could tell it wasn't fresh catch seafood but it was almost as good. The market price for king crab legs is ridiculous these days but we had a healthy portion. We fed our son from our plates and the server endured there was a little extra potatoes, shrimp and corn, which made a difference. I felt valued here and appreciated by an excellent staff who do what they do because they enjoy it. Tips to enjoy your time here: 1) Wear the bib and gloves - you're going to need it. 2) Don't wear your Sunday best because if your bib falls off (as mine did), its a balancing act to avoid getting something on your shirt. So, 3) make sure you get that bib tied on securely! What a wonderful evening and exposure to one of Scranton's finest eateries. We will most definitely be back!

While eating I noticed the texture was off. Like the food was not cooked properly, or handled properly. I had just assumed it was from being frozen. After leaving the restaurant I began to feel light headed. Within an hour of being home I began to vomit uncontrollably. The facility needs to be investigated. Not my first rodeo with food poisoning. Request a facility Inspection repot be safe!

I was really in the mood for crabs and couldn't wait to try this restaurant. When I arrived I parked in their private lot. I walked in and was greeted and asked if I could sit at the bar, which I did. When I sat Nick was my bartender and he was nice. They had happy hour specials but I went with the top-shelf long island iced tea. It was so pretty and tasty. For my meal, I got the Wednesday special of the 1lb headless shrimp and 1/2 lb crab in the cajun sauce. When I dug in it was very good and there was plenty. The bill wasn't too bad and I enjoyed my experience.

Wanted to try this place since my wife loves crab, it did not disappoint. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Had the lobster bisque which was smooth and tasty, as well as shared appetizers of Hushpuppies and also clam strips, both were tasty, my wife was also really impressed with their cocktail sauce (I prefer tartar). I had the twin 6oz broiled lobster tail dinner which was tender, succulent and sweet. My wife had steamed crab legs which she enjoyed, we also had steamed crawfish and steamed shrimp/ scallops with others at the table, everybody really enjoyed their meals. Have seen other reviews complaining about the prices, but I thought they were fair for what you're getting. We averaged about $30/person. Will definitely be back. It's a fairly new place, give it a try.

I really enjoyed my experience . The poboy catfish was delicious and the sweet potato fries were a nice option. I saw the meals our table was served and they were so appetizing that I came back and ordered a special fish boil with broccoli and corn. They also honor a military discount which is very kind. I have to say that our mild seasoned Cajun boil with the snow crab mussels and shrimp had but more oil or butter and salt than I cared for but it far exceeded my expectations and the service was exceptional from the hostess to the waitress Angela.

This place is closed permanently. I went there and it's totally vacant and overgrown. They should close the website.

The interior decoration is one of a kind and a must see. It has a museum vibe to it, with many historical pictures, toys, collectible items, Art, and sculptures. I am going to guess that if all the decorative items were going to be sold, there's probably and estimated 1 Million value to all those items, just a guess. There is an area with souvenirs of The Office on sale and many items on display. One could spend hours looking at the incredible shadowboxes, model trains, war memorabilia, movie displays, model ships, etc, not to mention the Dunder Mifflin gift shop! The food, however, is another story. The menu is large and varied and has some delicious appetizers (particularly the Bang Bang Srimp and the Crab Balls--addictive) and entrees too, but the very pricey stars of the menu leave much to be desired. The "Just Seafood" entree looks mouthwatering by description and costs forty effing dollars, but I'm being completely honest when I tell you everything on that plate was drier than a popcorn fart. The dish comes with shrimp, scallops, and lump crab meat. The best thing on the plate was the THREE scallops they provided. The crab was genuinely the worst, driest crab I've ever had. Worse than low-quality frozen snow crab at Red Lobster or the grocery store. The shrimp was overcooked and pathetically seasoned with a light sprinkle of paprika (which fell mostly on one shrimp and none of the others). I had to salt my own food at the table because everything was flavorless. All in all, if you're in Scranton because you like The Office, stop here and have some CHEAP starters and drinks, grab some cool Dunder Mifflin merchandise at the gift shop, and enjoy all the awesome art they have at Coopers. Pay no mind to their expensive seafood, it sucks. Service: the waitstaff are lovely, friendly and attentive. They're great and deserve praise!

We arrived right at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday as they were opening, and everything from the service to the food exceeded our expectations. Our server, Michelle, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made excellent recommendations. They had several daily specials that all sounded amazing. We started with the cheese fries, which instantly brought back nostalgic memories, they were simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious. For our meals, my husband ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad, topped with two large hand-breaded chicken tenders tossed in mild sauce with blue cheese dressing. My daughter loved her 6-cut Red Pizza, which arrived perfectly crispy and full of flavor. I ordered the wings, fried to perfection and served with mild sauce and blue cheese. On Michelle's recommendation, my son went with the Breakfast Burger, and wow! It was enormous and incredibly juicy. Every bite was outstanding. If you're anywhere near the area, do not sleep on this place! Their slogan says "Almost Famous," but I honestly don't think they'll be "almost" for much longer. Get here before everyone else discovers this hidden gem, you'll be glad you did!

We ordered the following appetizers: pepper shooters, fried calamari and the pork belly. Salads come with every meal and a nice small charcuterie board is complimentary.
