At that point, I asked for a manager and he refused and said I could go request one at customer service where Jason showed up. Jason assisted me with my plumbing questions, helped me find the right parts and I left to go purchase at a competitor. While I was in lawn and garden I was passed up by two female associates eager to empty out garbage cans versus acknowledging me in the aisle or offering me assistance.
