The service here is very good! The staff here is super friendly and helpful! We ordered the 2/$19.99 and everything was delicious. Came out hot and cook perfectly. This is a busy location because of it being located by the hotels for the airport. Definitely not disappointed.

Great service, great food and perfectly cooked. Efficient and fast! I wanted a classic breakfast and got it!

Maan I've lived in MD almost 4 years and didn't realize a Cracker Barrel was that close to me! I did not realize Cracker Barrel was tucked away near BWI airport. A wonderful heavy breakfast spot right before a long flight is a cheat code I definitely felt like I stepped all the way back in the South but being a Deep South girl, it was a little comforting. The random wall knick knacks and the store you cannot escape nostalgic.. The staff was okay, they did what needed to be done. The food was consistent and I cleaned my plate and left with the itis. 10/10 ....ooh when did Cracker Barrel add mimosas to the menu!! Shocker but it was surprisingly GOOD and I left with a buzz. Simple, delicious and comforting. I have to go back!

First visit to this Cracker Barrel! It's sett up like most others with the Country Store and since we're in MD their products! We ordered Chicken & Dumplings sides were Turnip Greens & Fried Apples and the wife ordered Chicken Tenders with a side of Dumplings & Hash Brown Casserole Chicken & Dumplings are always good as is their Turnip Greens the fried apples made for alight desert we were impressed with the amount and size of Chicken Tenders but they weren't actually tasty the Hash Brown casserole was salty and on the cool side( breakfast leftovers?) Naiya our server was excellent very pleasant and accommodating she did a great jo

We decided to stop here for breakfast. This was my first visit to Cracker Barrel. The main entrance enters into the retail store. We were seated immediately in the main dining area. The decor was very interesting, old photos, instruments, a deer head, even a gun. We placed our order with the waitress. I ordered the grandma's sampler breakfast with French toast, plain hashbrowns, Impossible vegetarian sausage and eggs. My bf ordered French toast and spicy chicken sausage with a side of fruit. Overall, the food was okay; just a basic breakfast meal. There's room for improvement on the service and the food.

For anyone that knows me, they all understand that I have serious love for Cracker Barrel! I beyond excited to dine at Cracker Barrel while passing through on our way to NY. With that being said, I walked in feeling elated and left feeling dejected. Let's start with the positives! Cracker Barrel is one of those country chain restaurants that is known for its cute country decor inside and out. The exterior has the wood panels and anorak chairs on the porch. Walk inside and you'll see the cutest country store in town! They have some kitchen accessories, toys, Americana decor, clothes, and candy/beverages for the road. When we walked inside, there were 2 ladies working at the cash register. They assisted people as they paid for their meals and souvenirs, but they never signaled for a hostess to help the rest of us. We all stood around at the hostess' booth for about 10 minutes. No one came to assist us. The lady behind me walked into the dining room and let them know that she had a line of people waiting to be seated. They had cleaned off tables, but we were still standing around trying to figure out what was going on. Finally, they seated us and we were already frustrated. But that was done and over with. It was time to order our food! I ordered the fried shrimp meal with a side of mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. The meal already came with biscuits, so I was happy. Their biscuits are usually pretty good, so I was ready to eat! The biscuits didn't taste the same. They were super dry and they didn't have the same taste or texture that they've had in the past. I am convinced that those country fried shrimp pieces were cooked in the same coating that they use for chicken. It was super bland! The mashed potatoes didn't taste as fresh as they usually do. The meal was nowhere near what we've had in the past. Keep in mind that I LOVE Cracker Barrel and we've been to multiple locators across the US. So, this was nowhere near what we're used to when we dine at their restaurants. Also, when I got up to wash my hands in the restroom, there was another line of people waiting to be seated. One gentleman said that he'd been waiting so long. If they didn't acknowledge them and attempt to seat them that they were leaving. There were plenty of empty tables that were cleaned off when I went back into the dining room. Yet again, the hostess was nowhere to be found. For what it's worth, the decor gives the feel of a true Cracker Barrel restaurant. The service is incredibly slow and for the record, it wasn't even busy. The food was bland and service was slow. It didn't seem like the place was understaffed, so I really don't know what the problem was. Nevertheless, I'm going to have to agreed with other Yelpers. They really could do better and they have a lot of work to do to keep their customers happy!

I arrived Tuesday evening around 6:30 and had no trouble finding a seat. The restaurant was 1/3 full and seemed well maintained. The tables were cleared in a timely manner and the floors were swept. I ordered the southern fried chicken with fried apples and okra, hash brown casserole tots, and a peach tea. The peach tea was sweet, with a candy-peach artificial taste, but still refreshing. The tots were slightly crispy, I wish they were crispier. This was served with thick cut bacon bits that had a nice smoky flavor. The whole dish quickly left an old-oily taste in my mouth though. The biggest offender had to be the southern fried chicken. I've had better chicken at Popeyes. The pieces were small, barely crispy, and very dry. Hardly any seasoning at all. The fried okra was alright, and the fried apples were good as always.

Went twice to this location. First time for dinner and they had no fried food because the fryer was down. No fried chicken at a Cracker Barrel? I went back for breakfast for our second visit and the service was extremely slow, it was busy so I can expect some wait time but 45 minutes after being sat at the table is a bit extreme! And the worst part was that after the wait, the food was cold when it came out....never returning.

This remains my favorite place for family breakfast. They have really good lunch and dinner too, but in my head Cracker Barrel means breakfast. If there was one criticism that could be improved, it's that the tables here wobble horribly. At table I'm currently sitting, you can see a 1 inch gap between the foot of the table and the floor. That's enough to splash drinks around and annoy customers during the entire meal. I can see another table leg that has literally a half inch of napkins wedged under one of the seat. Clearly, this is a problem that everyone here is aware of. That's probably just something that I'm peculiar about though. It doesn't stop me from coming back.

Still don't know how to rate a place a half a star. Rsvped online checked in upon arrival and still had to wait an hour plus after I checked in which was not the time provided initially. I would've gone to First Watch had I known it would've taken 2.5hrs Food was mediocre good variety just not flavorful or prepared well. It's always crowded and they seem to always be understaffed. It had been quite some time since I last visited and I'm certain it'll be longer than before. Save your coins and time

We ordered the Maryland Rockfish, Herb-Crusted Salmon, and the Shrimp & Crab Imperial. Everything was delicious, with the Shrimp & Crab Imperial standing out as the highlight of the meal. What made the visit even better was the friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. The young man who greeted us was very courteous and ensured I received the window seat I requested, which set a positive tone right away. A special mention goes to Ari, who was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive throughout our visit. Ari's warm and engaging personality made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. We enjoyed the experience so much that we will definitely be back. We were so eager to dig in that we forgot to take photos beforehand, which says a lot about how good everything looked and tasted. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

When I looked up it's menu I saw that it had a New Mexico theme - score! So I was very excited, and hopeful that the food would bring back memories of trips to Albuquerque. It did! I'm a huge fan of Hatch chiles. I roast and freeze a case or two from Wegmans every year (August 21 in Frederick, baby!). So when I saw Hatch chiles used extensively across the menu I was VERY excited. Ended up ordering stacked enchiladas (corn tortillas layered with refried beans, shredduce, tomatoes, topped with a fried egg). I asked for "Christmas style" - a 50/50 mix of red and green chiles. It was excellent, every bit as good as any I ate in Albuquerque, with enough heat to make it, well, perfect. The rest of the fam enjoyed a mix of sandwiches, burgers, and salads. Clean plate club members all! Prices were good, and service was attentive and fast. And it's a hell of a lot easier to drive to Catonsville than it is to fly to New Mexico to get my chile fix!
