My sales associate was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He and the others I interacted with donratr 5*s. The finance guy was also very friendly. Once we crunch numbers and they showed me the cost, I said ok great Ill take it. Finance guy said ok your score is ###. I responded with I'm pre-approved at my credit union AND I know my lowest score from all 3 crefit bureaus is ###...which was well over 50pts higher than he had just quoted me. Immediately his attitude changed but he asked if they could meet or beat the APR, would I finance with them. I responded if you can beat it, absolutely. He came back saying he couldn't beat it because my credit score was ###. Again I responded I had just checked and the lowest of the 3 was ###. His response was "you can't use Credit Karma." He became short and acted annoyed as he finished up the purchase order. The next day when returned with my check, a different finance guy took care of the paperwork. He was friendly and nice but it felt as if they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. This was the worst car purchase experience I had in the 10 cars I've purchased in my life. While I personally will definitely not purchase from this delearship again, I would give the sales associates I dealt with 5*s and recommned them. But I strongly caution buyers to know your credit score from all three credit bureaus before you try financing with them. read more

I purchased my wife a new 2018 Honda CR-V Touring AWD, and told the salesman we're leaving on vacation and will pick it up in a couple weeks. I signed the paperwork, and the salesman said he'd make sure it was serviced, and cleaned, so we can pick it up when we got back. When we arrived at the dealership, the salesman showed us where it was setting. There was light scratches all over the vehicle, and looked like it had been washed several days ago, and wiped off with a dry cloth just before we arrived that morning. We showed the salesman the light scratches, and told him we'll have to pay a detail shop to remove the scratches. He said it looks better than most of the vehicles they clean, and told us he bought a new vehicle for his wife, and had to send it back to cleanup 5 times. We also showed the salesman a spot on the headliner, but didn't say anything. My wife was driving home, and noticed the steering wheel trim was scratched. The windshield washer fluid was empty, and the tires had 28 PSI, and are suppose to have 51 PSI. I was looking under the vehicle, and noticed the manufacture forgot to install a hanger on the exhaust system. It's hard to believe the vehicle was serviced, since these things were not checked! The vehicle has 15 miles, and has been setting in the garage since my wife drove it home. We contacted Honda, and are waiting on a response. We contacted an attorney, and was advised to give Honda a chance to respond. My family has purchased several new Honda's at this location. read more

What differentiates a dealership is its ability to make things easy for you and give you the best out of the budget that you have chosen to go with and to provide you the best customer service possible. I am a PHD. Student and I also work full time so I have to make time in order to carry out any additional activity ( like looking at cars etc.). I also I am a first time car buyer so I was scared and trying to keep a control on my budget. I went into hare honda and was assigned to "jimmy". At first he read me well. He showed me cars that were in and out of my budget. When we walked out into the parking lot he showed me a two door Honda Accord EX-L which I test drove and fell in love with. After two hours I was ready to ask for a decent price. I googled and it turns out that the price was over the market value it was being offered at in second hand market. So I bargained. At first they said let's see what we can do. I appreciated the fact that they were at-least taking a look into it. Three hours passed. I talked to a manager, another manager and waited. 4 hours passed, jimmy comes back and tries to convince me to buy the car. 5 hours pass, they tell me that I can't finance the car and that by end of 8 months I need to pay all my dues. They say it's gonna cost approximately 3000$ f Per month. Then... the finance guy walks in and gives me numbers for leasing a new car which 35k and waaaaaaay out of my budget. I was ok still and patiently dealing with the situation even though my time was wasted with all this hassle and lies. The ending of this situation was the climax and it got me to hate hare Honda. Jimmy the sales guy had the audacity of telling me that "just because you want it doesn't mean that you will get it". I just blinked. Is that how you should talk to a customer who just spent 5 precious hours with you? After you trying to dupe the hell out of the Situation by trying to sell a new car? Is that how you treat your customers...? By telling them that they can't get they want after spending hard earned money ? I literally loathed him for saying that to me because I sure as hell was getting what I want. The next day he calls me. I repeat the same price to him and he repeats the same shit to me "just because you want it doesn't mean that you get it". So I guessed that's what Hare Honda's motto should be. I turned my eyes towards Enterprise car sales instead. Their service was much faster and easy. I mean anything compared to this shitty experience would be good I guess but I definitely would discourage anyone from walking into this location. read more

I wish I would've gone to a different Honda location. Have had multiple unnecessary issues with this location when purchasing my car. First the sales man knew less about the model than I did, also found several things that he actually misinformed me about. Once we finalized a price and my credit was ran and my car was ordered from another location. When I came in to get the car and finish paperwork, I was handed documents that were for a price THOUSANDS of dollars higher than negotiated price. I spent HOURS waiting for paperwork when I thought everything would be ready and waiting for me, I was well qualified as well as my credit went so there was no hold up there. After hours I finally drove away in my car! Come to find out the location RAN MY CREDIT TWICE, I still have not received my billing information from the honda finance or the paperwork to get my plates and it's been over a month at this point. I left messages for different people, including the GM, finally 1 sales manager called me back. He promised he would handle my duplicate credit run and would get back to me. It's now been 20 or so days and I still haven't heard from him. I finally had to go on Honda.com and start a conversation with the internet department. I'm not sure if they just expect me to be ok with the fact that I now have a more damaged credit score thanks to them. I guess I'll be lucky if we get this solved with the way things have gone so far. -update spoke to David in a finance department who was supposed to get the credit check stuff figured out for me. I have reached out to him and again have not heard anything back. -called dealership insisting to speak to a manager because my temp plates expire this week (45 days after purchase) and they have still been negligent on getting my paperwork to me so I can register my vehicle. I was assure my info was being given to a manager and they would call me back and again haven't heard anything. -I see the comment on my review from Hare Honda to contact the GM....ha! Thanks for the main number to the dealership, yes I already have that and left the GM a message weeks ago but no one bothered to respond to that either. I am seriously sad that I gave this dealership my business....just terrible that a business can be ran in this manner. read more

Service was okay at the dealership as we were able to test drive a similar car to one that was being cleaned/detailed that we were truly interested in. However, afterwards we had requested follow up on the car being detailed but heard nothing. I called and text four times and received assurance we would be the first to know when the car we were interested in seeing was ready. On the fifth attempt I was told the car sold. After making separate and fruitless attempts to talk to the sales manager we vowed to not do any business with this dealership now or in the future. read more

Do you love filling out paperwork multiple times? Do you enjoy a long wait in a lobby after being told something will be ready on your arrival? Do you want the thrill of wondering if you'll get your information before your paper license plate expires? Then Hare is THE place for you!...We bought a 2018 Pilot at Hare about a month ago and have been amazed how so much can go wrong. They made us come back a week later to re-sign the paperwork. Maybe forgivable since they just changed ownership, but they showed how apologetic they were by making us wait for about 45 minutes when we got there. Now a month later we have no paperwork to get our license plate, no billing for our payments and here is the topper - you can't make this stuff up: they just asked us to come back to REDO THE PAPERWORK FOR A THIRD TIME! Are you kidding me?! How can that even happen, ever?! Should we going in and possibly wait a long time with no expectation they will get it right this time? They need to figure how to do this correctly, they are totally wasting a huge chunk of our time. Go to a different dealer until Hare sorts this out and save yourself from the frustration of a dealer who is not living up to even minimum expectations. read more

I highly recommend Hare Honda, especially Mike if you are looking to buy a new vehicle. On the same day, we went to three local dealerships to look at vans. One was uninterested since I said we weren't buying right away. One out and out lied to me. Mike at Hare Honda was great! He was so patient as I asked a million questions and very honest about the features of the van. I ended up really liking what Mike showed me and contacted him several times to talk and look, and every time he was so helpful and patient. I ended up buying a van much sooner than I expected because I was confident in the decision since Mike spent so much time with me. Plus, Hare Honda got me a great deal. read more

I purchased a new ridgeline in December. The truck is great so far. The salesperson was good as well. However the service department is horrible. The car was supposedly prepped, it was a demo, and was to be cleaned and given an oil change. When I looked the truck over the next day I found dried soda on the back seat white goo and water in the trunk(I specifically asked this be taken care of when I saw it). There were scuff marks all over the upholstery and back doors. I found a water bottle and numerous caps under the front seats. Today I checked my oil, and it was over filled by at least 1/2 a quart. This can damage the engine. I informed customer service of the state the car was in the day after I got it and they didn't seem to care. I am so glad I didn't purchase those maintenance coupons they try to sell you. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Now I have to go out this weekend and spend money on an oil change to correct their incompetence. What kind of service department can't even change oil correctly? Walmart does it right every time. Don't trust these idiots with your vehicle. read more

if i could put 0 i will definitely do it. i took my car 3 weeks ago because failed system was on and the car was vibrating. they said it was a sensor and that it should be okay less then 1 week later was doing the same thing and is up to today and the car still there my husband has to call because nobody was informing us what was happening with the car, and today Nelson decide to call and said that in order to fix the car we need to pay $3500 (the car is 2 years old and is the third time that we have to take it for the same reason) we also pay (to Hare Honda) for an extra insurance and guess what? the insurance doesn't want to cover the damage. So why do they offer an insurance that i can't use. they told me that will cover motor but now they don't want to be responsible! please dont make same mistake we thought that because is a dealer they will be responsible but not. obviously the car was not in good conditions when we got and that is the reason that is giving us to many problems. read more
