Their reviews as well as overall ratings were what attracted me to use them as well as their experience with split units. My call was answered right away & I was able to get an appointment the next day. That went very smoothly & the technician was very professional & helpful. Unfortunately a while later my Carrier unit's fan motor started making noise. It was Easter weekend, but I called them to see if they could send someone to at least take a look at it. Chris the owner responded to my call & despite being with his family, said he'd be over later that day. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me that the previous repairs on the ac unit had replaced the fan motor with the wrong size motor for that unit. He took the time to educate me on why the motor was wrong & had resulted in damage to the fan. As a result, both the motor & the damaged fan would need to be replaced. He said he'd work on getting both a new fan and motor for the unit. Unfortunately there were non in stock from the local suppliers as well as LA. We're able to find the right motor & fan at an out of state supplier which was able to ship it UPS 3 day delivery. Parts came a day early, & Chris was there the next day to install both! He again showed me how the new motor & fan were not only the right ones for my unit, but also how it would be more energy efficient as well. Chris is a true professional who genuinely cares for his customers! I'd definitely recommend him to any of my friends in the future!

Before the tech could come out, the unit started working again, so I canceled. Kali, who I'd been in contact with, was super understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all. She even offered a discount for a future check-up--seriously great customer service! Fast forward to Labor Day weekend--of course, the A/C dies again, late at night. Thankfully, a storm rolled in and cooled things off just enough to sleep. I immediately reached back out to Kali the following morning, and she had a tech, Chris, at my place within a couple of hours. Chris was awesome--super professional, explained everything step by step, and even took photos to show me exactly what was going on. He found a few lingering issues that should've been addressed by a previous company. His quote was fair, and he gave helpful, budget-friendly recommendations without any pressure. What a fantastic experience! Starting off with meeting their salesman Julien who showed up on time,…read morewearing a company shirt and listened to what type of system I wanted and what my budget was and then presented me with 3 options all within my budget and within 2 hours of our meeting! Next came the 3 person installation crew: Aaron, Johnathan and Jesus Jr. They showed up on time, in uniform and introduced themselves to me. They installed my new split system ac unit with an inverter compressor with a gas heat fan coil unit and installed new diffusers throughout the house in 10.5 hours working non-stop (I gave them access to the drinks in my mini fridge to keep them hydrated) but I was very impressed with their work ethic! They even fixed the 2 pre-existing issues I had with no air flow in 2 of 3 rooms by rounding out my duct work that had become squished. In the course of moving the old fan coil unit out and the new fan coil unit into the attic, the ceiling sheetrock was cracked; they took pictures and reported it to their boss and brought it to my attention. So, Next Level scheduled a repair man for the ceiling and a Tech to investigate the lack of air flow in the kitchen. 2 days later Roberto and Bryon showed up first thing in the morning. Roberto not only did a great job repairing my ceiling, he also repaired the area around the new thermostat that needed touching up. Bryon adjusted the volume dampers we added to our existing ductwork to force more air to the kitchen that had always been starved of air flow. My whole house is now very comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to receiving my electric bill to see how much I'll be saving!!! I found Next Level by using Google AI and asking for the best AC companies with the best pricing and the highest customer satisfaction ratings and Next Level was one of five companies I interviewed.
