I'm torn between giving them 1 or 2 stars but there's potential here. This post is fairly delayed, I hope there's been improvement but I doubt it. First of all, fairly new salon run by Fifi (the owner). She gets 2 starts cause Thai lady works so fast, efficient, and you can be in and out with a brand new set of acrylics in like 40 min. She has an affinity for very nicely shaped nails. Im super picky on that. HOWEVER, while she's doing your nails, she's also found tons of other things at the same time cause they are understaffed to the max so you're not her only priority. Where the 1 star or the 0 star comes in, is that this salon uses the FDA banned MMA! I had no idea until I went to two different nails artists to redo my nails after Fifi had done it. This absolutely illegal substance took over an hour to soak off my nails, and was this gooey, sticky residue. If you don't know what MMA is or what kind of damage it does to your body, feel free to Google it. There's a reason it's banned and why I will never support another salon that uses this substance! read more

Very unprofessional. Even with an appointment they make you wait because they don't properly communicate their time availability. Since they don't know how to manage their time well, both my manicure & pedicure were rushed & done very poorly to compensate for other waiting customers. It's one thing to have ugly nails but to have them be done painfully too? They were far from gentle, cutting my skin with all the tools trying to be quick & catch up on time. Updating. I've been going here for the last year or so and with my last 2 visits have become deeply disappointed. Fifi overbooked and will throw you off to any person she hires 2 days before with little to no experience. I requested to have her do my nails last night because my sister was so upset with the tattooed man that did her nails. Well, she did mine but rushed and they look awful. I did a gel manicure and they are already lifting. The design is so scratchy. She continues to overbook and in result does a bad job on every manicure etc. if she took what she could then she'd be better off getting more money in tips...sad that I need to find another salon after all this time. Also charged me $50 for such crappy work. I'm too embarrassed to even share a photo of it. read more

Was unfamiliar with this place and happened to be in the area. Chose to go here because it was rated high. Wasn't too busy at the time I was there. I needed gel polish removed and a mani/pedi. I didn't get the lady's name that did my mani pedi, but I'd highly advise against her. I do know it wasn't the owner. My fingers were cut extremely uneven and the polish job was a sloppy mess to the point where my husband commented "who did this?!"...and he doesn't know anything about nails. I took the nail polish off and ended up cutting my own nails once I was home. She also didn't remove the base of my previous gel manicure. Customer service and quality of service was poor for the cost of a Deluxe pedicure $50. The lady barely used the hot stones and the massage was just rubbing lotion in. She painted my toe nails before the massage therefore could not complete the massage including my feet. My daughter n law had the same quality of service with a different lady. I think they over booked on purpose and rush each pedi to make as much money and tips they can. I won't be going back. read more

This was my first time at this salon and the service was great considering it was a busy Friday evening. I called for an appointment the day before for my 7 year old daughter and I to each get a manicure and pedicure and when had to wait about 5 minutes upon arrival before being serviced. Our techs did a speedy yet beautiful job and even painted the sides of our nails which is something most places don't do because they are rushing through customers lol. The staff did their best to accommodate walk in customers on top of their appointments and everybody was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back to this location! read more

Not a clean place!The Nail techs were doing pedicures with NO gloves one started walking right over without washing their hands to do my nails. I had to tell the tech she couldn't touch my nails until she sanitizes her hands and reminded her she just had a persons feet in her bare hands! Super sketchy! There was no clean tools brought out it was the same cart of tools she used on the persons FEET! Sick! Please be cautious... also remember that they change the price when they feel like it. What's displayed is not what they charge. I left not finished because I was that disappointed! I think the board of cosmetology needs to pop in more here and TRAIN proper sanitation laws in Nevada! Beware... fungus is NASTY and comes from unsanitary practices. Staff was eating and drinking while doing pedicures as well as talking about customers notin a good way in Vietnamese. I can speak and understand Vietnamese so it was so unprofessional to hear what was being said about paying customers!! I hope you find a better place to be serviced! I did not see any clean tools pulled out on customers there was one natural manicure tech she wasn't Asian and her tools were cleaned and with each customer she pulled out a clean set. STAY AWAY. It's like everyone at this place has an attitude. Their customer service is not trash, it's Hell, and the service is not even worth it. Was there two weeks ago and a tech named "Cindy" did a pretty color on someones feet, asked her what color it was, she immediately shuts me down.."it's a custom color, I do for you next time". Today was next time, I told the front desk I would wait for her so she can do the color and AGAIN same attitude. At that point I walked out and I will never go there again. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS: I requested a pedicure with shellac and they first said 35 on the phone and when I showed up they tried telling me they had 3 different pedicures ranging all the way up to $75. My biggest problem came when I noticed the poor quality of the cuts on my nails and the dryness on my feet was still evident. My husband called to get prices after the fact and a lady couldn't even explain what the difference between all the pedicures were. This place just puts different prices to trick you into paying for the most expensive one and they don't even do a good job at it to begin with. Decided to try this spot out because my regular nail salon is closed for renovations and obviously some really good reviews. I called a week before to make an appointment for a gel pedicure and they got me down for 9:45 am. Showed up and only a couple minutes till they got me in the chair. So good job on keeping appointments time. The lady that gave my pedicure was KIM. She was polite and got the gel colors for me to look through. She did a great job up until I didn't get any pumice stone or anything for the bottom of my feet. Once she started with the color, I politely whispered and asked if she was going to get the bottom of my feet with a pumice stone or scraper (don't know what it's called) and she said she would after. That and the short foot massage was the only negative. From the time I sat in the chair to the time I paid was only 30 min (good if you need a quick pedi). The store was very very clean and everyone was friendly. I might give it another try. I also heard that they do amazing acrylic nails and design so that might be worth a try if your looking. So all in all a good experience. Only took one star away for the lack of attention to the bottom of my feet. read more

Let me start by saying that Fifi is good at doing nails. However I went to her a couple times and everything was great, appointment on time and good job. Third time I scheduled I arrived to my appointment on time just to see she had just started set on someone else. She kindly asked me if I'd be okay with her mother assisting me and I not so happily agreed. Nails came out not so great. Today I call and make an appointment again and again I arrive on time and again she wants me to have her mom do my nails. When I call to schedule every time I make sure and specify I want Fifi to do my nails. This time I said "no you did this to me last time too" then she tells me well can you wait 20 minutes. I refused and left and she offered tomorrow but I said no I'll just go somewhere else. If I have an appointment why do I have to wait that long? She clearly is overbooking herself and providing very bad customer service by rushing her clients. Most people don't have time to sit and wait long periods of time. 20 minutes was not such a long wait but the fact that she tried to do it again was what I did not like. Listen to the one star reviews ‍ I set an appointment, And we got there about 10 minutes before our appointment time. -We waited 30 minutes PAST our appointment time. -They gave us a pedi menu 10 minutes into the pedicure and did NOT ask what kind of pedicures we wanted. - One of us got a massage, and the other did NOT. -Almost got charged 30 dollars over, and after asking them to explain why it costed what it did, they apologized and said it was their mistake and fixed the bill -I was in so much pain throughout my appointment because they were RUSHING, I would've preferred have them not do my nails and say they don't have time than charge me for pain and a bad job -one nail artist was jumping from four different people in between steps because she OVER BOOKED Why would someone come back, I don't know, but I certainly will never give this business my money again. 200 for one plain full set, and two 20 minute pedis? Saw this place posted as new on yelp so I figure to give it a shot. Scheduled a morning appointment. Pedicure service seemed rushed. I do not know her name but this was my first salon to experience my service being rushed. I wasn't given any menu options to choose from. So I just took the basics. I normally go for a Deluxe at other places but I had no menu offered. Regardless it would have been bad with the lady that did my Pedicure. Her energy seemed very unwelcoming like she was not in the mood for work today. From the moment she started cleaning my toes and scrubbing my foot, it was a lack of energy. She made me hold my own foot up and she scrubbed super light. She kept coughing too under her mask. Also, it was not a normal massage like others normally offer with Pedicure services. She was just gliding the rinse water on my legs, no lotion. She grabbed a hot towel and brushed it over then threw the towel on the floor. My gosh, could've at least put it on top the foot spa not throw it on the floor with attitude. I still managed to tip few dollars not my average tip I do. Main lady (owner) was very nice though, she kept asking everyone how we are doing. I just said I am okay. I'm not the type to complain or bitch because my time has already begun with the service and I cannot waste anymore time. So I figure I can give a feedback through here. My French manicure was not like the usual. It's supposed to be a slightly pink clear coat then top coat. She just did the white tips then top coat once. She went the second time with top coat cause I asked. Tiny air bubbles if you look closely or feel the top of each nail. There is still some cleaning needed around my nails. Next time, I will stick to my usual nail salon. It was just a bit further. I do not think I will be having any service here no more. Bad first time experience. read more

Friendly, but never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted just started working on my feet. It was the shorts pedicure I have ever had (20 mins). The chair was bad, it poked me in the back and never moved up or down just one spot and one speed. No sure how they have 4 stairs on here. I would never go back. read more
