Miracle workers! Our carpet is OLD and was stained with everything from doggie accidents to heavy traffic areas, to wine, to coffee....you get the picture. Armando was diligent and determined to get those stains out, and I was shocked to see the results. It has not looked this good in years! Ok, so our carpets are old. I walked through with Vlad before he started, pointed out a few really rough spots, but explained that the carpets upstairs were original in the house, and I wasn't expecting spotless, just clean. He said I had healthy expectations! But he still worked hard on some tough stains. The family room upstairs looks amazing. The downstairs carpets are newer (not new, just not original) and they all look great, the stairs look great too! Except for some stains in the kids rooms, you wouldn't know the carpet was 25 years old. Will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend! read more

Seriously outstanding care and professionalism. Harley was able to remove urine from our carpet (no thanks to our 250 pound Mastiff). Not an easy task. I used Harley Harper's carpet cleaning business several months ago and had vowed to provide a great Yelp review. Today I found his card and realized I never did and realized my effort to help him was less than he did for me! As the other reviews stated, he responds promptly, shows up on time and does a great job. There are a lot of carpet companies out there and I have used them, but it is a waste of time! Harley was professional and friendly and his prices were cheaper than the larger steam cleaning companies. We had some water damage in our detached office and he put in a new carpet pad, re-tacked the carpet down and cleaned it. It was as good as new when he finished. He also cleaned several wool area rugs in the house as well as our couch and chair and everything looked amazing when he was finished. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I called Harper Carpet Care after having the worst customer service from Air Comfort Green Seal Carpet Cleaners. I was frustrated and at my wit's end but after one conversation with Harley, I was relieved and had my faith restored in customer service. I told him about my horrible experience, how we had furniture moved into the garage for over a week, waiting for this other company to stop rescheduling, and we were desperate to get it taken care of. He was very empathetic and made a special exception to fit me into his schedule for the next day. He showed up on time, with an employee to help him, and did a wonderful job on our carpets. They look 100 times better and two weeks later the house still smells so clean and fresh. Harper Carpet Care is highly responsive and provides excellent service. I have a sensitive, allergic dog and was worried about chemicals and whatnot in carpet cleaning materials. Very professional and hard working, Harley cleaned all my carpets (about 3000 sq ft home) for $300 and the results were impressive. It had been about 18 months since previous professional cleaning, white berber carpet with 3 small children, you can imagine!
