Ok, these guys are great, or at the very least, Jaime is! Out of three carpet/upholstery cleaning companies, he is the ONLY one who was able to get old pet odors out of my couch! I could not be more excited or thankful! He also did some work on a West Elm pouf that no one else would touch! But wait, there's more... while he was cleaning my couch, we found a week+ old wine stain behind my couch. He used some amazing solution and was able to get the red wine off my white walls, baseboards, and bamboo flooring! Harley and I have crossed paths a number of times when I used to be in the same business several years ago. His attitude, quality and end product always amazed me. So when I got out of the carpet cleaning biz there was only one choice to call and that was Harper Carpet Care. I knew Harley wouldn't be coming out himself to do it but I had No hesitation when he said he'd send out Jamie. Any of his employees I ran across in the past were just as good since Harley takes the time to properly train his employees for a very extended period of time. Only after they have ridden with him for a long time does he turn them loose on there own. Jaime kept very good communication prior to his arrival and during. I ended up having to leave before he was done but I had no reservations about leaving him alone in my house. I have used Harper Carpet Care again since then and will continue to do so. This is my fourth time using Harper Carpet Care to clean my carpets. I initially chose them based on their reviews. And I have been very pleased with their quality of work and professionalism. The last two times Vladimir cleaned my carpets. He is super friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. Before he starts, he spends time explaining what he is going to do, and he encourages you to ask questions. Both times, he gave me helpful tips to help maintain the cleanliness of the carpets. I also have to mention Harley who responds to service calls and schedules appointments. Each time I've called to schedule service, he has always been very professional and responsive. He is always willing to work around my schedule. Overall, Harper is a very reliable and professional company who cares about the quality of their work and making their customers happy. I had a guy from another company clean my carpets a couple years ago and it sucked. This job was noticeably MUCH better. No soap in the carpets, finished quickly. The only thing I would warn you is if you have red stains, they can get them out but they charge a TON for it (like $50) to spray something on it and iron it out. It's called Red Zone. Incredible. Harley was a pleasure to speak with on the phone, asked me all of the important questions (access to water, etc.). He then gave me a 15 minute window of when he would show up, and he was on time. He mentioned that he had done a drive-through of my apartment complex earlier so as to know what he was in for. The cleaning process was quick, affordable, and he was great to shoot the breeze with while he was working. Thank you Harley! Upon moving out of my rental home the lease required me to clean the carpets and the owner insisted I use Deep Eddy carpet cleaning. Right after they worked on the carpet it released a terrible pet odor from my 2 dogs living there. The owner accused my dogs of peeing in the house which wasn't true - I asked Deep Eddy to come back and they deodorized the carpet which left a different terrible odor. The landlord has been getting very ugly about this situation. After reading the yelp reviews about Harper Carpet care I called Harley who was so wonderful to squeeze me in on short notice and sprayed some material on the carpet and in the air which eliminated the terrible odor. I am so grateful to have found someone who knew what they are doing and I wished I had been able to call Harper carpet care first. read more

These guys are great! After seeing their stunning reviews on Yelp I called them to get an estimate to clean the tile and carpet in my house. Their estimate came in lower than others that I called. They called before they came, arrived a few minutes early, are super friendly and did terrific work. I really like that Harley himself comes out on the jobs since his name is on the business. He brought Walter along who has been working with him for a long time and knows everything inside out. Harley was also training a new guy while at my house and I really liked the details he was telling him about which I overheard. Things like how to protect my stainless steel dishwasher from the heat of the tile cleaner. The work was very thorough - every spot removed from my carpet, the tile grout looks as good as new. I will definitely hire them again every time I need my carpets and ceramic tile cleaned! read more

This a great carpet/rug company. I have used their service on several occasions to clean a rug in our house that was very dirty with dog hair etc...This morning we woke up to the results of our dog's stomach virus and I called them and they got someone here by early afternoon! Harley did a great job, restored tile grout to original color. Peace frog came out first and said the grout downstairs was pretty much stained and impermeable to cleaning and kind of that it was a lost cause. But Harley got it back to original color for a reasonable price. Even wore little booties over his shoes to not track dirt everywhere which I really came to appreciate after peace frog forgot to. Also they did my carpet which turned out very well. I'll use them again next time floors are beyond my scope of cleaning abilities! read more

After a couple of years of procrastination, I called Harper Carpet Care to inquire about carpet stretching. In my formal living room I had a rather large wrinkle right at the entry area, and I had several smaller wrinkles in the family room. After reading all the positive reviews I called Harper's. Christy told me how to measure the square yardage and when I called back she gave me an estimate. I agreed and Harley Harper came out to do the job. He was very thorough and honest as he looked over the situation when he arrived. He did warn me that the big wrinkle might not completely be unnoticeable as the carpet was very stiff. But he went right to work on his own and completed the job in less than 2 hours. There were some problem areas as he had previously noted, but he did the best he could and I was satisfied with the results. He charged only the price that was quoted even though he did some extra work and put all the furniture back in place for me (I am elderly),...AND he even vacuumed the rooms for me. Don't hesitate to call Harper Carpet Care. You will be happy with the service. I will be calling them again to handle some wrinkles in my upstairs rooms. read more

Harley saved the day! I had scheduled with another carpet company that I had a Groupon coupon from. We set the alarm early Saturday am to get up and move the rest of the stuff off the floor for them to have better access for their 8am appt. They never showed, never called, had no number they could be reached at... I was not a happy camper to say the least. I got online to see if I could get someone else to come in at the last minute but absolutely wanted someone good and DEPENDABLE. I spoke with Harley a couple of times, he was already really booked for the rest of the day (this is the Saturday before EASTER, no less). He called back said he'd do it, came from Buda area to Round Rock to do this for me and I CANNOT say enough good things about the experience. He was very knowledgeable about the types of carpet and rugs I had, said what he could and could not do. Was quick, thorough, easy to work with , had a great price and the carpets look great - It doesn't get better than this. Harper Carpet Care saved our berber! We will definitely use these guys again. Our rescue Boston terrier had uncontrollably exploded all over the carpet in one of the rooms upstairs a week after bringing him home. It was jaw-droppingly extensive - who knew such a little dog could do so much runny doo. There was no way I could clean it all up by myself. I seriously thought that the carpet was ruined and would have to be replaced. Then I realized that it was worth trying a carpet cleaning first, especially when you compare the cost of cleaning with new flooring. Harley and his helper were professional, called right before they came over, and did the stairs, hall, master bedroom, and the horribly insulted room. It all came out immaculately, 100%. I had them deep-clean the carpets + pet deodorizing, and then agreed that the teflon coating was a good idea in case of any future flooring attacks. I also asked Harley about my Persian rug and he did that for me, too (it is a much lighter color now that it's clean). Everything I had him do was clearly explained and priced. I plan to have these guys clean our carpets once a year from now on. They were fun and knowledgeable and did a bang-up job. read more
