Looking for a locally owned restaurant as you travel up 75 in Tennessee? Harrison's is the place to go!! The staff is friendly and the food is fabulous! I strongly recommend the brisket - either the sandwich or the platter. When my platter was delivered the server thought it was a little "too dark" so they delivered another plate to supplement my already delicious amount. The platter comes with two sides, I choose the smashed potatoes and added a side salad for $1.99. It was crisp and loaded with tomatoes cheese and cucumbers. My daughter has the quesadilla with chicken. It disappeared so I'm assuming it was great since she's usually a picky eater. Five stars for this local restaurant. read more

The restaurant was clean and neat but the food was excessively salty (beyond edible) and when we told the waitress she blew it off with "They'll serve it no matter what and some people eat it up and some don't." She did tell us we could order something else as an alternative but with dietary restrictions and the fact that EVERYTHING was over salted, we chose to pass. On this visit we were very disappointed. The food is good, and they get the food out there relatively fast, with a good large menu. The service is very good. They check on you pretty often. One time, I feel like they came every 5-10 minutes. The atmosphere is nice, it's calm and the restaurant isn't really loud and not very loud music. The outdoor seating is really nice, too. Upon arrival, we asked to sit outside because we saw tables on the patio. When we got got there we saw the only tables left didn't have an umbrella. When we asked if they haven't to have any more umbrellas she said no and didn't offer any other options or suggestion. That felt a bit off. Then our waitress arrived who was the sweetest young lady (excellent bright make up and earrings too)! I ordered the strawberry pecan salad with grilled chicken. They didn't have any more blue cheese, so I asked for feta instead. That salad was perfection! Just the right amount of dressing. The honey pecans added just the right touch. The had forgotten my avocado but the sweet waitress quickly brought me some out. They also never let my sweet tea get low. The awesome salad and waitress is what brought my rating back up. read more

Food was dry and distasteful, there were bugs in the bathroom, and the head of staff was disrespectful. Food 2/10. My host was extremely sweet but beyond that I wouldn't eat here again. The GM Penny, is disrespectful, the other manager I met was named Jen, also extremely disrespectful and neither were professional at all. If you want to treat your family to a nice meal this isn't the place to do so. From the moment we were sat down, to the moment we left, we hadn't seen a lick of respect or professionalism. Have been wanting to try, smells good when ever I've driven past. Unfortunately we were disappointed, a simple burger was disappointing not only for my self as well as my son. Seemed like they were frozen not fresh. You know it's not good when the kids aren't eating! My salad had so much black edged lettuce, I was picking it out the entire time I was trying to eat the salad. Our server was great! Another server had BO that was making us nauseous! I used to love this place but the food quality has really gone downhill and the prices surely haven't. Came in for lunch yesterday and got the spinach queso dip as an appetizer and it was nothing like it used to be, looked like baby food and was hardly warm. Had to ask for some bread rolls and they were very hard. Catfish was a little undercooked and the side of mac and cheese was so overcooked it was mushy. Really disappointing experience, only decent thing we had was a burger so probably won't be back anytime soon. read more

The food is cheap, they have a few good things. Ribs are great, Strawberry chicken salad is wonderful. Everything else is just nasty, or so so. I like 2 miles from this restaurant and I never eat here. Service has always been good. read more

Had ribs again on 11/21/20. They were good, tender and meaty. Fries and slaw were ok but nothing great. They continue to miss sales opportunities at the 2 nice hotels across the street. No paper plates, no delivery available. Management must be satisfied with the status quo when growth opportunities are in front of you. Corporate should look at this. read more

Great place! Stopped here on a road trip home from Chicago. Everyone enjoyed their food. Kids had burgers, fiancé had catfish. I subbed blackened shrimp for the cilantro lime shrimp with 2 sides (rice pilaf and broccoli). The blackened shrimp in another menu item was described as jumbo and these were not. I made the mistake of assuming these were jumbo. I do love shrimp but I also always forget that the tail is still attached and I had to peel them off by hand with the blackened seasoning. A little messier than I intended. Taste was amazing. The broccoli and rice pilaf were also amazing! Given the opportunity, we would return to Harrison's again! read more

Stopped in for wings and a glass of wine. First time at this place. I was pleasantly surprised. Wines was well chilled and wings were enough for several people to share. The sauce was. It overly Spivey and had a slight sweetness. I would order these again. Overall prices were good. Great atmosphere, ample parking and great service. I had T-Bell. If you are a beer drinker, only a few on tap and. I thing special. Normal bud light miller lite or Yuengling. Plenty of tvs in the bar area and clean restrooms. Happy hour daily from 4-7. read more

We had my grandmother's memorial service dinner at Harrison's. She always thought that Harrison's was the "fancy" restaurant in Clinton, and who were we to disagree? Our appetizers were really delicious; I was a fan of the quesadillas, and the onion rings were a big hit. Everyone who ordered the filet mignon as their entree seemed pleased, but the ribs weren't quite as good; the sauce was a bit too ketchup-y and didn't soak into meat the way I like it to. The service was friendly and prompt and our water glasses were kept full. For the low cost (and given that this is Clinton, where I'm guessing very few Michelin stars have been awarded), it was a solid four stars. read more

Husband and I were in Clinton, Tenn visiting family, we all went out to have dinner at Harrison's Grill and Bar. We had 5 in our party and were taken to our table by a very cheerful hostess. Kennedy was our waitress and came right over to our table to greet us. Answered questions about the menu and took our order. Restaurant we noted was very clean with nice decor. Food came out in a timely fashion. I ordered fried shrimp with cheddar mashed potatoes and cole slaw. It was a generous portion of shrimp, light batter, they were delicious as well as the two sides and hot, we also had a basket of hot rolls and butter.
