Great customer service! I booked an appt via email one week in advance. They were prompt in responding with a reasonable quote. David arrived right on time and was extremely pleasant. I had booked the appt to have my carpets cleaned upon moving out of my apartment. At the last minute, after I had already paid and David had walked the unit with me and explained what he would do, my landlord showed up and said I shouldn't bother having the carpets cleaned because he would do it himself no matter what and take it out my security deposit. Frustrating! I felt bad and insisted that David should keep 50% of what I paid for his time. David was very understanding and refunded me the full 100%. So while I didn't get to experience the company's actual work, with stellar customer service like that I know they deliver a great service. I will definitely use them next time! read more

Amazing service from Hart's! Reliable, professional, affordable, and thorough. Appointment was scheduled easily and conveniently. Matt came out and was very friendly and explained, in detail, exactly how he was treating our couch upholstery and stairs. I opted for their organic cleaning service, which was no extra charge. We have 4 cats, and there were urine stains to remove. He took his time to do the service very well and thoroughly. Couch and carpets smell great- I can once again sit on and enjoy my couch! They are really nice and did a great job for us. We have four rooms to clean. Two of them with animal urine and paint spots, which is difficult to clean. They tried their best shot, but didn't get the paint spots off. They didn't charge me for these two rooms. The other two rooms are cleaned perfectly. We called Hart's to come and clean the carpets of our rental home. The tenant left the carpets a dirty mess and we were not sure if they were even salvageable, but David came out and did wonders on our carpets. I chose Hart's due to their ratings on Yelp and I was not disappointed. I was quoted a very reasonable rate for cleaning three rooms of carpet and one room of tile. I had pet stains and odors and the tile grout was dark. The technician even cleaned my other bath without charge. I didn't know my grout was a pale gray. I thought it was brown. As we were listing our home for sale, we had contemplated replacing our Master Bedroom carpet, but after Hart's finished their job, the carpet looked very good. Our house sold in one day. I was immediately impressed with this place when someone with a heartbeat actually picked up the phone the first time and every time I've called. All the other carpet cleaning places I tried were either straight to voicemail or an annoying menu option. I called around for several quotes and Hart's was one of the most reasonable by far. They showed up on time and got straight to work. It wasn't a huge job but they managed to finish my 1,100 SF condo in about an hour, right as scheduled. When they were done the difference was night and day. The carpet was several shades lighter, it was no longer matted down and the place didn't smell musty anymore but smelled great.
