I called Hart's a week or so ago and David Hart, himself, answered the phone. When I described our house to get a quote, he told me about a special they were having that would make my previously anticipated total even cheaper. He (again David Hart) called 30 minutes before arriving, as promised. When he got here he was professional and efficient. I am am avid yelp user for recommendations on local services, but terrible at actually leaving reviews. Hart's was THAT fantastic that I could not NOT leave a review for David and his company! I called on Saturday, got a quick quote that was $85 less than another 5 star reviewed yelp company and decided to give him a try from the other great reviews and since he's a local business. I was NOT disappointed! He provided a fair quote for a sectional couch, an area rug, and one bedroom. He came on Monday morning, without us having to be present, and charged LESS than quoted because my sectional was not a large one! Regardless of that, he was so easy to deal with, did what he said he would, and our home now smells AMAZING. And the bedroom carpet looks better than before we moved in, which was supposedly professionally cleaned. Really did a great job! Our upstairs carpet had so many stains from spills and high traffic areas that we were pricing carpet. We decided to see if it was savable with a good carpet cleaning, but were not holding our breath. Wow were we surprised! It looks great. No need for new carpet yet after all! I did not realize the difference a REALLY good job would make. I contacted Harts cleaning for some routine carpet cleaning prior to our new baby. We had the carpets done before by a well known company so I didn't think much of having them done again by a different company. Harts was on time, the gentleman explained the process, took care to protect our wood stair railing from hose scuffs and got to work. The process was extremely smooth and unobtrusive.When he was done, we were shocked at how beautiful the carpet looked and felt. This was way beyond our previous experience, which we had no real complaints with (other than a rather peculiar technician trying to push a side hustle). I remember our carpets feeling a bit "crunchy", which I just translated into "clean". With Harts, our carpets looked new and were so soft. You could no longer see the common wear pathways down the hallway. Additionally, they didn't smell of heavy chemicals, which again, I had interpreted as a byproduct of the cleaning. We assisted the drying process with some box fans and they were completely dry by the morning. Overall, my husband were really impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, thoroughness, and quality of the service from Harts. We felt their prices were reasonable and reflective of the aforementioned qualities. Most importantly, we can't stress the difference in quality between this company and our last, and we weren't even all that unhappy with the previous one. My wife and I used Hart's to clean our concrete floors, all our grout, and to steam clean our carpeting. David Hart (owner) did the work himself and I have to say the quality of the outcome and his work are the best we've seen. We had some stubborn sticky areas (from rug underlay) that would not come up. We've had two other companies out to do steam cleaning on our concrete floors and until Hart's came today, these stains wouldn't come clean. Great price. When the technician arrived he was friendly and professional. Did a great job prepping the area with bumpers and prespraying stains. He took his time and was thorough. I was notified by text that he was on his way and introduced to the technician. Much better than my last experience who didn't do a good job and overwet the carpet. Jerry did a great job on my upholstery. There was an "accident" on one of the cushions of my 6 month old sectional. I didn't want to pay to have the whole thing cleaned as overall it is still new, but the pee had to go. I scheduled with David the owner, and they were able to get me in the next day. Jerry showed up(unlike Peace Frog), on time(not like Stanley Steemer) and did a fantastic job for a great price. We plan on having them out in another 6 months for tile and area rug cleaning. Just had these guys come out yesterday, so it's been about 24 hours. I found out about them because everyone on Reddit Austin recommended them, and their Yelp reviews are pretty unbelieveable (they've got almost nothing but positive things going back to 2012!!). First, if you're carpet cleaning with one of those shampoo vacuums, just don't do it. To clean my 1 bedroom apartment, it takes a good 3-4 hours to do everything. This means 4 tanks of cleaner for 500 square feet or so of carpet covered area, followed by 4 tanks of just water to get everything out. And I'm not even sure how clean everything is or if I got everywhere. This is a way more sanitary service (it's just extremely hot steam at 250 degrees!), efficient, and better for the environment. Second, Hart's is very professional. I called and made an appointment, and David Hart himself answered. I got a text message alert the night before confirming my appointment, and the guy who was sent out was very professional and very on-time. I have a pet as well so I'm going to have Hart's come out every 6 months. I can't believe I put off having this done for so many years. read more
