I'd give Hart's 5 stars for service, just like everyone else. Nice people, prompt and efficient. I deducted stars because my relatively new beige Berber carpet still faintly showed the "traffic lanes" where people walk even after the carpet was cleaned (and some stains were not completely removed); I suspect this is a function of the kinder, gentler chemistry of green cleaning and not company-specific. Also, subjectively, it seems to me (and my wife) that the carpet now looks grungy quicker than before. MIght cleaning have removed a stain-blocking chemical applied by the manufacturer? Lastly, owners of manufactured housing should consider the possibility that the steam may reactivate the smell of ancient pet urine in the particle board substrate of an old doublewide. I suggest this because, before cleaning, ours (amazingly) had had no discernible odor, even though it had been closed up for over a year when we bought it. Now there is a faint odor of nastiness, even six months after steaming. (Can't be coming from our newish carpet since our cat "goes" outside --- to make sure, I've checked with a UV light for cat urine.) ... Again, not a company-specific problem but something to consider before any steam cleaning is performed in a home with an MDF floor. Perhaps other double-wide owners can confirm (or refute) this observation? read more

Really happy with this company! Very easy to set up an appointment. Call the morning of to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and to see if I wouldn't mind them coming a bit earlier. I was out an about so I asked if we could stick to the original time, and they said no problem. When they showed up we did a walk through and I showed him what areas needed more attention. He let me know that it would take about an hour and a half and told me the price. The price did not change from the price I was given when I set up the appointment. And wouldn't you know it about an hour and a half later they were done. He let me check it out and showed me a stain he couldn't get out. Which was not a surprise to me because it had been there a while. They did 3 rooms a hallway and a staircase (which counts as the 4th room) I was very impressed with the job that was done. After having a "dog emergency" that was well beyond a Rug Doctor, I called another company....MISTAKE! Only thing good that came from that phone call, they were able to be here within an hour or two. However, they did a terrible, TERRIBLE job...stains still visible and ODOR was unbearable! That said, we checked here and found David! He fit us in as soon as possible and did a FABULOUS job cleaning up what the other company messed up...Seriously! My husband was shocked at the color of the water given we'd just had it "cleaned" less than 48 hrs before Hart's arrival. That said, I would give Hart Carpet Cleaning 10 stars if it were allowed - he's HONEST (we left door unlocked so he could get started while we weren't home), DEPENDABLE (ahead of schedule) and price was a VALUE! The carpet in my house is at least 10 yrs old and we have two small kids so you can imagine how filthy it gets. We had another company steam the carpets 5 years ago when we moved in and they didnt get all that clean. So I figured they were just old and never going to be nice again. I used the rental self steamers several times as thinking it did just as good of a job. Boy was I WRONG. I finally decided to have the common areas professionally cleaned for a big party we had. WOW, I was so impressed by these guys. They took their time and really got out some set in stains I thought were never coming out. My old carpets are cleaner than I ever thought they could be. We ran into an issue where we needed to get our couch cleaned due to some naughty dogs using the bathroom on it. We found Hart's couch cleaning on Yelp and decided after reading their reviews to go with them. We scheduled the in house cleaning for the next couple of days. The gentleman who came and serviced our couch was super professional and really nice. When he arrived, he had his mask on and even wore covers for his shoes which definitely gained bonus points. He cleaned the couch spotless in about an hour and a half. We were more than satisfied with the results of the cleaning. We will definitely use Hart's again once when we need our couch cleaned or if we have another accident on our couch (which is inevitable). read more

So I had only used a carpet cleaning service one other time and you couldn't really tell a difference in what was done, mostly because of the type of carpet. Well I'm older now and own my own home and I have 2 little boys. They love to run around and spill their drinks from juice to water to chocolate milk. I've been in my home for a little over 3 years and what can I say, Hart's Carpet Cleaning did a bang up job! The spots I thought would never come out came right out!
